This is a brand new luxury, modern-style condominium. We rented a one-bedroom unit with a king bed, side tables, ample closet space and cotton robes. The kitchen has full-size appliances, a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and kitchenware.  Chilled bottled water and two beers we're stocked in the refrigerator. A washer/dryer unit is built into a cabinet. The bathroom has a single sink, lots of counter space and a walk-in shower. There is a TV,  both in the living room and in bedroom. Wi-Fi is included. There is a small pool, lounge chairs, ice machine, food prep area and a grill on the top floor. From V Azul is a short walk to the beach and the main tourist areas of Puerto Vallarta.

We had a suite which was very comfy that was located in the "Romantic Zone" of PVR. It's got a front and back balcony, and an infinity dipping pool at the top floor. The location is very quiet and walkable to many local restaurants and pubs. Our staff was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. For the value, I don't think there's anything better in the area.

Second time visitor to this wonderful gem of a place. Stayed 2 weeks and it felt like home. Thanks to Alexa and team for working so hard and always making us feel welcome. We can't wait to return soon.

The food was really authentic and the breakfast fruit selection was unbelievable. The wildlife in the area was wonderful and the people were very helpful and welcoming. Hospitality is definitely valued here. The size of the place is perfect, not too big, not too small, with just the right amenities. It's not a "gone wild" type of place so you're able to relax when you want to, and enjoy yourself with plenty of activities when you want.

Wonderful staff and lovely accommodations. The pool is a wading pool and the roof deck is a little small, but more than adequate. One block from the beach, so the beach clubs are an easy option. The building is about half way up a steep hill, but hills are a fact of life in this part of town. Quiet room, close to everything in Old Town.

Spacious, clean, and nearly every amenity you could need for an extended stay (kitchen, in-unit laundry, wifi, etc). Staff is accommodating, helpful, nice. Would definitely consider staying again if we make our way to Puerto Vallarta in the future!

The place is at a great location. Close to everything. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed. Very clean. Overall, a great place for a long stay. We stayed 2weeks.

The property is located in a great area. Units had everything including laundry. (We stayed in unit 203). We found it quiet in the bedroom. One night people were on the patio late. Never heard a word till I used the bathroom and opened the door leading into the kitchen. The pool is small. More of a large hot tub size, but had a great view. Location was great!!! Wish I had pictures, but the other ones are accurate.

Very nice little property just a block or so from the beach. We stayed in a small one-bedroom apartment. Very modern and clean - well appointed.
