No. No. No. It is so noisy to live here. 11 lanes of traffic out front with 3 speed bumps to make it crash bang noisy. The bar and music next door stayed open late at night. The pool is always cold. WIFI did not work many times. So glad when our holiday was done.

The view is amazing but since it's close to the highway it is extremely noisy, i could barely sleep there. Definitely not for long stay. The location is great, close to 2 supermarkets, the beach and marina are 5 min walk. Free parking. Hot water.

ocean deck 12 is located on the end of the discovery princess. Have to book the cruise in order to enjoy this one. Highly recommend booking this cruise!

View is gorgeous and pool is kept clean! Rooms were very spacious and the beach is a 10-15 min walk away.

Best views and Central location to everything you need. Yes. At night it is noisy but Vacationers love to party on the water and it's all about the water - the to live for ocean and city views- at Deck 12. Love it. Every Rose has its torn. Noise vs Million dollar view?!- buy earplugs and enjoy 🤣

Extremely noisy with pool side music and many Airbnb type weekend fiestas sometimes all night. There is no one to enforce any regulation. This place lack security and control.

Convenient location beside Walmart and the main road through the city.

The pool is incredible. Cold in the morning until about 1pm when the sun is high enough to warm the deck, at that point it gets outrageously hot and sunny (in a good way).

Our whole family - 8 people between 2 units - had a wonderful time at deck 12. The views at the back are breathtaking, the views at the front are beautiful - sunsets over the ocean daily and morning cruise ships docking. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location made it easy to get anywhere by bus. The cerveceria capultepec next door had great food and great service at a great price. Will definitely return. I recommend the grocery store instead of Walmart. The latter was absolute chaos. Hasta la Vista Puerto Vallarta!
