I recently came here for a good friend's wedding. The property is beautiful, the pool is awesome, and the wedding was gorgeous. However, I've experienced two major problems with this resort and am really disappointed in Marriott. First, I have had an extra $300 charge from the hotel on my credit card for the last three weeks. The transaction date was the day after I checked out and had already flown back to the states. I have called and emailed Marriott several times to resolve this. On the phone, I was told they do not know what the charge is from and have no record of it and cannot do anything about it. This is strange--you would think the accounts receivables department could account for it and see that they do in fact have $300 extra from me. My emails have been completely ignored. The second problem is the room "upgrade" we paid for (twice). Just do not do it. My partner and I had just gotten engaged, so we were excited to upgrade the room. We initially went with the first upgrade, which was billed as a "partial ocean view." Key word is "partial"--you could barely see the ocean, and the room had two queens beds rather than one king (which we were not told). We decided we would do one more upgrade to the full ocean/pool view since we were in a celebratory mood. The second "upgraded" room was even worse - it was further from the ocean, more obstructed, on a lower floor, and the room smelled badly of mildew. The shower leaked all over the floor. By this point, we didn't want to make a fuss so we just stayed with the room, which was $50/night more than the original room. When I called about the extra $300 charge, I mentioned the disappointment with the room. While the woman I spoke to was technically polite, she offered absolutely nothing to fix the situation. All in all, the property is great, but we spent a ton of money at this resort, and we are completely disappointed in how Marriott has handled these issues. And I still am missing $300.

This place is 5 stars because of the facilities and the people. The pool is heated and I believe the largest one I’ve ever seen in 57 years! The breakfast buffet rocks and Reyna is absolutely wonderful lady and server. She took excellent care of us. The pool service is outstanding and want to give a shout out to Carlos, he was the best and bent over backwards taking care of us. We had lunch in the bar and Victor was our waiter on several days and he was outstanding. I believe the Marriott takes good care of their people here. They ALL praised their employer! In return, the Marriott is lucky to have these people working for them. These 3 I mentioned defined hard work and true service! I am sure the rest of the team is just as good, but these 3 were special to us. This is our 3rd time back to the Marriott and we love this place and will definitely be back.

Had an okay experience at this resort. Food and drinks were overall good. Great quality food, especially at Mikado Japanese restaurant. A few things to note would be the following: - You must sign a receipt after ordering any drink or food item- bartenders and servers expect to be tipped even if you order a bottle of water. - Champions sports bar was beyond awful. Service was slow and staff was not friendly. Our waiter rolled his eyes as we ordered our food. - All inclusive is not really all inclusive; many menu items have an extra fee. - My number one complaint was the ambiance. I’ve stayed at a few all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and I think this has been the most boring. No live music during the week, no music by the pool, no activities during the week. If you’re looking for a quiet resort this may be the place for you. Nice hotel but unfortunately won’t be back.

I want to give a personal shout out to baggage Concierge; Ramon and Santiago. We have been coming here for over 25 years and a pleasure to be greeted by Santiago every time. Ramone took excellent care of our bags and held onto them for hours due to our delay. Always greeting us with a smile and friendly chitchat Overall stay was really nice, but the Rooms could use some TLC. Over high Season we pay over double for the same room which is a little much for small room. Location is great and they work hard at pool service. Never have to wait too long. Wonderful place overall.

I have to say that I expected much more from this resort and I think it was possible. I can honestly say that I only enjoyed 2 days out of the 7 days I stayed for. The first downfall was that they hosted a convention of some sort with a lot a lot of men. (It looked like they had been somewhere). They literally stared at you with evil eyes and made you feel very uncomfortable. My gf did not feel comfortable or any other woman that was in our party to go anywhere by themselves because of how they would stare and mug. Personally when you go to a resort you expect things to be nice and sort of quiet, that was not the case with all these people. The pool was chaos, they were racing and bumping into us. Grown man were going on top of each others shoulders and fighting to pull each other down. One night our party was having dinner at “champions” one of their restaurant. There was a soccer game going on it seemed heated I understand that. Something happened during the soccer game and all the men started to use profanity and rage with a bunch of kids around. That could be understood but the thing that caught us off guard was that one guy smashed a glass cup on the floor. There were kids in our group playing that could of hurt one of them. In addition these men and women were smoking all around the resort with no respect with smoke free zones. At one point I went in an elevator with a cigarette on. I hate smoke. Lastly you couldn’t even enjoy your balcony because there were so many of these groups around yelling and screaming. A huge disappointment for a week that was supposed to be relaxing.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK THIS HOTEL AT COSTCO TRAVEL FOR A HUGE SAVINGS. Excellent location for a quick trip from the airport (less than 5 minutes drive), puts you in the hotel zone and an easy walk to the marina shopping. The hotel itself, our room and the service was all great. The pool is incredible, top notch in all regards. You won't be spending much time on the beach as there are crocodile warnings (the most recent crocodile attack was literally at this hotel, Google it..) That said, the one thing that really was a gripe for us was that their "kids club" was closed every single day of our week long trip. It was absolutely a huge part of why we selected this resort and it was just completely non functional. The kids pool was great, but the slides had been removed so it was just an ~18" deep pool for kids to walk around in. Great for the little ones though. All in all, it was a great stay and we will certainly consider it on our next trip down.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT & GREAT LOCATION! We got a day pass to enjoy the pool, beach, and facilities. We had a great time and we were very impressed with the layout of the resort, the food, and the staff. We also got a couple’s massage on the resort next to the beach, it was WONDERFUL!

I looked forward to coming back to this property but my experience is definitely falling short . The food and experience from restaurant and pool service staff is very disappointing and not meeting the quality, timeliness and friendliness I have come to expect as a loyal Marriott traveler. From the housekeeping aspect I have asked to refill the shower body wash and now three days later still not filled . While the massage at the spa was excellent the facial at the spa I do not recommend. When I raised my concerns to management all I get is a thank you for telling me no sincerity empathy in their response . If you have a choice for your stay in PV you may want to look at other options until Management gets the quality back we have come to know over the years at this property

Best experience! We started at a different resort and it was a disaster. We moved to Marriott and best decision! Service was great. Rooms clean. Food was good. Pool was clean. Beautiful grounds. While it’s family friendly it’s not over run with unsupervised children like the first place we booked. Ernesto, Carlos, Armando for excellent pool service! Audrey the manager at mikado! Great food and even better service! My daughter got sick while we were there and they offered to get a doctor to see her and gave us all the supplies we needed for the room. Truly a great experience! Will definitely return!

Loved this hotel. On the beach and beautifull pool. Food was good and amenities plenty. Close to the Marina full of restaurants and shops. Why only 3 stars? They nickle and dime you to death! We paid an upscale price for this hotel ahead of time. They charge extra for everything. They added an extra resort fee plus tax and charged us for an upgraded room (which we did not ask for and didn't get). Breakfast buffet our first day was $50. If you stay here, take the short walk to the Marina for meals. Could have stayed at a nicer all inclusive for less. Had to ask twice for maid service to clean our room. Unrully kids running around pool.. Will not stay here again.

This was my first time visiting the resort and was blown away by the attentive, friendly service from every single employee-- from the time you check-in, to the serving staff, poolside staff and attendants-- each and every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. We did not have a worry in the world while staying here. Isn't that the goal when you're on vacation? We had breakfast, dinner, and drinks while on the property at each of the restaurants. Each time, the staff remembered our names and our preferences, an example of the customer service and attention to detail the staff has for their guests. The food was excellent in each restaurant and no complaints.

Five stars for many reasons. The pool is large with a view of the ocean and surrounded by plentiful seating and umbrellas. Service at the pool was outstanding and quick. The beach is amazing and right along the property with amazing sunset views. Food and drinks at resort are great with an equal emphasis on presentation, taste, attentive service, and reasonable prices. The lobby has nice seating, as well a coffee and ice cream shop. Taxis into town are easy to get. A highlight was the walking distance to the marina with numerous restaurants, shops, salons, a weekly Thursday night market, and excursions. The bathroom of our room was nice but the bedroom furniture (chairs and couch) seems a little outdated. Still, our room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. We recommend going into the marina to get water at Oxxo as it is much cheaper than getting water at the resort, although two water bottles are included daily. Would come again. Most people we met at the resort have been coming again and again for years and know the staff by name for a good reason.

My wife and I stayed for a week at Marriott Puerto Vallarta for our anniversary and enjoyed every second of our stay. We were upgraded to the ambassador suite which was spacious and had an amazing view of the beach. There’s so much to do at the resort that it’s difficult to leave. The hotel pool is the biggest I’ve seen, and the spa is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is huge and has many diverse options. The hospitality is 5-star. A special thank you to Ulises and Esmeralda of concierge for helping surprise my wife with a rose petals on arrival. The complimentary champagne and strawberries is truly appreciated.

My fiancé and I wanted (needed?) to get away to Mexico and landed on Puerto Vallarta, which was one of the best decisions we’ve made in the last few years. And the staff at Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa are a large part of the reason why. Juan (valet), Yesenia (housekeeping), and Richard (poolside) made us feel at home in a foreign country, and that’s not easy to do. The resort itself is beautiful, and everyone was wonderful, but these three absolutely are on the short list of reasons we will return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, highly recommend.

This hotel is quite literally a paradise! Between the customer service, the rooms, the amenities and the rooms it was like a piece of heaven! Oh and did I mention it is right on the unbelievable ocean!?! Ernesto was one of the most amazing bellhop I have ever come into contact with. He greeted us in the lobby and he saw I had cut my finger and immediately jumped in to get me a bandage and get me patched up. The next day when I was in my everyday clothes he still recognized me and he came straight up to give me a hug! Absolutely amazing! I was blown away by his genuine care and concern for each guest! The breakfast was to die for! The views and the beauty surrounding this facility was amazing!!!! 10 out of 5 stars from me!

All the staff was excellent. Thank you Warren and Miguel for great service at La Casita. The chiliquiles are awesome! Maid service is wonderful thank you Erica! Room 2035! Our only complaint is the service on the beach and the upper Nova sunset bar stinks! Plan on getting your own cocktails at the bar. We tip well so was expecting great service.

Beautiful resort! Had a canceled flight and was booked into this hotel and it was really nice. Food was exceptional but a little bit expensive, dinner was about $70for 2 with incredible grilled chicken cooked to perfection with steak tacos and 2 ice teas. Next to the pool and service excellent. Breakfast was very good as well and they offered a buffet for around $30 a person. Rooms were sparkling clean, bed were exceptionally comfortable and pillows were real down pillows that made this a great stay. A/C works just like it does in the states, different speeds, temperatures and worked really good! Pool was fantastic but the ocean had signs out saying crocodiles were spotted but a few still went in the water without issues and the beach was incredible with no rocks. Incredible stay and we wish we stayed here instead of the secrets all inclusive but we enjoyed that in our own way

This hotel is so pretty. The adult pool is heated, and the beach seating area is full of umbrellas and comfortable beach chairs. Do not expect to see blue color ocean and white sand, like Cancun. At least not where this hotel is located. But if you take tours to the island you will see it, it is beautiful. Do not expect to have authentic mexican food here at this hotel.

Room was clean and nice. Customer services were amazing. Be aware for people coming into travel that this hotel has essentially no AC unless you are dining, at the shops or in your hotel room, as it’s designed to be so, so I was sweating the whole time… anyways. The pool was the best pool I’ve ever been to, with an amazing ocean view. The beach was amazing, a little harsh & has crocodile warnings though. There was a strange scent in the bathroom however though.. the floors were clean. I’m very self aware on hotel rooms everywhere I go, and I thought my room was very clean! Usually I sleep with complete silence and in the dark, however throughout the night for all nights I stayed, there was CONSTANT bird chirping. Room had a nice view of pool / beach, thought it was lovely. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, and the poolside services were amazing.

Marriott Resort and Spa in Puerto Vallarta is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and an amazing pool. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. However, the food options could be better. It's worth noting that the hotel has a heavy United States theme, so if you never left the resort, you wouldn't get a full Mexican experience. The marina is a very short safe walk to enjoy many more restaurants. The Gym is well equip with everything you need. There is also a great sports bar here that has tons of TVs that plays all sports just ask them to put your game on. The ocean is private and clean. Overall very nice stay Nice resort will stay here again.

My husband and I spent last week at this resort. Absolutely amazing! We paid for all inclusive and I'm glad we did! Amazing food, friendly staff, clean rooms. Pool and beach areas are stunning! Few restaurants on the property with great fresh sea food and fruit and the bar at the pool was pretty nice. Few minutes from the airport, we felt spoiled! Will come back again!

The employees at this hotel will go out of their way to make your stay special. Friendly, attentive, urgent service goes beyond what’s expected. Fantastic pool and poolside amenities - the size makes it feel like you have plenty of room to yourself. On top of that, great rates with a fantastic view. With a location only 5 minutes from the airport, how could you go wrong?

I would rate this property 10 stars if I could. The location, amenities and STAFF are top notch and offer a level of service that is simply unmatched. I checked into this resort after an impromptu decision to check out of the resort that I originally booked for my vacation, and it was the best decision that I made during my visit to Puerto Vallarta. I won't spend a lot of time talking about the other resort on this review, but it was old, dated, far away from everything, and the staff made me feel unwelcomed. I did not feel safe, and lost quite a bit of money when I checked out early, but it was a small price to pay to salvage the rest of my vacation. When I arrived for check-in at Marriott Puerto Vallarta one of the bellmen warmly greeted me and said "Welcome Home". For me, that small interaction immediately put me at ease and made me feel safe and valued as a Marriott guest. I did feel like I was home, and I spent the next few days experiencing the very best of this amazing city. I received a complimentary upgrade because of my Elite status and had got to soak up the sun from my oceanfront balcony. The resort itself is stunning, with infinity pools, beautiful beach views, 6 restaurants, ample soft seating and communal spaces throughout, and a refreshing coastal breeze that seems to find you wherever in the resort you happen to be. I cannot say enough about how exceptional the team members are here. I had quite a few amazing conversations with Warren and he became a pleasant and familiar face during my stay. I spent some time speaking with Carmen while I was sitting in the garden, and she was wonderful as well. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and welcomed is the foundation of having an awesome travel experience. This property knows hospitality and does it exceptionally well. My stay here also reminded me why Marriott is and will remain my preferred brand. They always take care of me at home in the United States and when I'm traveling abroad and, for that, I can't thank them enough.

I can't say anything bad about property or service there because didn't have chance to be there. I made reservation in November 2021 for January 2022 and day before flight I did covid test and come back positive. I didn't go there NOT ! only because I might be positive before flight home, BUT also for the SAFTY! of the hotel personal and all other GUSTS! Try to cancel but due to cancel policy wasn't able to do! which if FINE! Party of three. One week. Hope! They happy. We travel all over and we stayed in Marriott hotels before, but this is my promise I WOULD EVER AGAIN STAY IN MARRIOTT HOTEL! This madness got too stop, and someday come back the day they will treat the people like the guests again.

Absolutely loved this resort! The food and service were amazing! The pool and surrounding views were just outstanding. The resort was so clean and the vibe was just awesome. Really recommend staying at this resort. Also super child friendly! It’s a great place for families to stay.

What a great stay. The staff was very friendly and always so helpful. The resort is as very well kept up and clean too. They have really good restaurants to choose from. Their Buffett breakfast was one of my favorites along with Champion’s. The pool was great and also had a bar attached as well. And the beachfront views were beautiful.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The resort is clean and very relaxing. The rooms are clean and up to date. The pool, pool bar, and beach are all gorgeous. It's very close to the airport but far enough to where there is no noise. Transportation is easy, they'll get you a taxi anywhere quickly (+ it's only a $10 taxi to Zona Romántica). My only issue with this hotel that makes me have to give 4 stars instead of 5, is that they allow people to reserve lounges at the pool, despite the sign stating it is not allowed. People get to the pool at 8am to put their towels down on the lounges to 'reserve' them and by 830, 9am there are hardly any left. If you get to the pool around 11, 12 good luck. My only advice is to beat the other people and get there early to do the same thing they do. It's unfortunate that that they continue to allow this, but that's the only way to get space there if you want to spend the day poolside. Aside from that, everything was pretty perfect.

Hardly worth the 4k. The room was beautiful (We got a junior suite), food was good for the most part, but the customer service was awful. You'd think they would be friendly and more helpful. Do not expect friendly service. Had to ask several times for new pillows and blankets, room service took 30 mins longer than they stated, then they didn't even bring the right food which made it another 30 mins. The safe they provided stopped working twice, we had to have security let us into it. We had a much better experience at Hilton Vallarta Riviera- they are all inclusive and have great rooms and service. Also, be prepared for lots of noise at Marriott. The doors slam ridiculously loud and if someone is partying you'll hear it all night through the thin walls. Last thing, they allow locals to come and get day passes at the pool. This means, when the hotel is already packed, good luck getting a towel or finding a chair by the pool. They should be turning non guests away if the hotel is at max capacity since we're paying so much to be here. Disappointing experience, won't returning.

Huge hotel on the beach. The pool area is not as lush as some of the other hotels but is us pretty and clean. Tons of people here....and everyone speaks very food English. It is very safe. It is directly across the street from the shops and dozens of restaurants that the marina has to offer. Don't forget to check out the art market at the marina on Thursday nights!!! Nice hotel!

Staff was friendly, well kept property but do not book through a third party. Multiple other people confirmed the same experience with Expedia. When checking out we selected all inclusive and filtered by that parameter but when we got here “all inclusive” was no where to found on our receipt. We ended up purchasing the all inclusive but was an unexpected added cost. Total per day was $600 for 2 people. Also had some miscellaneous charges and tips when checking out we had to rectify. Over all good experience with staff, food and drinks but will look elsewhere first on our next visit.

Overall: Great Location near the airport. Property is well maintained. Great Food & Drinks. Pros: Jesus - reception was able to get me the best room available. Drinks & Food ordered was high quality. Servers are attentive. Working elevators. Showers fully functional (full size shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided) 2 bottle waters complimentary per day. Cons: High resort fee. Only 2 complimentary drinks. Food & Drink prices are not reasonable. Pool area needs more beach chairs. Not everyone spoke English (Its Mexico get over it) Beach: Waves are very rough Room minibar over priced.

Always loved this resort for its service and cleanliness- unfortunately that has changed since our last visit in June 2021. 75% of the guests do not wear masks in the common or public areas due to lack of hotel policy reinforcement. Getting a chair at the pool is like the Hunger Games; you have to get up at 7:45am, take towels from the day before and hope that you’re not bum rushed by a group of middle aged people jumping over the ropes before the cleaning staff can open them up. Hotel security is non existent from what I can see- there are no wristbands or way to determine who is a hotel guest or not. With all the recent crime in Cancun by the cartels, this was a major concern for us. We reserved cabanas twice during our stay and we were very clear and specific about where we wanted them located- each time we were put in extremely undesirable areas in the corner of the resort near the bar (heavy foot traffic from the beach and pool) and unruly kids (Thanks Lydia). While we were sitting at the swim up bar, the pool staff removed our umbrellas and our side table and gave them to other patrons- even after our neighbors and I pointed out that we hadn’t left and we’re still enjoying our chairs. We were just cooling off just feet away. All the staff at the restaurants were lovely and accommodating (Eswin, Raul, Jorge and Fernando). Loved this property but we won’t be returning.

We had a fantastic stay here for our honeymoon. We booked with points using chase travel portal and everything was booked as expected upon arrival, including the option I had chosen to have breakfast included. The breakfast was great and totally worth it. The restaurants on site are all quite good as well. Las Casitas was my favorite. There's tons of stuff in walking distance at the marina. Everyone at the resort is so polite and helpful. We did not do the all inclusive but prices for food and drinks were reasonable without it. I would absolutely stay here again and bring friends and family here. The turtle release was so awesome to see too! The only downside is the beach has purple flags daily and is not one I would swim at. But you have a wonderful beach view directly from the pool so we did not mind that at all.

Very awesome resort right on the ocean. Rooms have great views. If you use your free drink coupons don't show them until after you've ordered 😉

Restaurants on locations are honestly quite good. Obviously better can be found in town, but Casitas and Champions are super solid. The server for Casitas, Carlos, is the best dude I have ever met, super quick service, very funny, and remembers everything about you from day to day. The pool is consistently a good temp, the drinks are good and the beach is beautiful. The rooms are decent, big TVs, housekeeping is consistent and never forget anything. Only complaint is the beds are a bit firm for our taste.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently and everything was nice! Hotel is right on the beach so you can walk to it. The pool is absolutely amazing and the swim up bar is very nice. All the hotel staff were very friendly too. I do wish the fitness center had a little bit more in terms of equipment (more free weights, etc.) Other than that I would definitely stay here again! I definitely enjoyed every bit of it!

I am generally not a hang by the pool person, but I love it! I love the swim up bar, the activities, and the view! I feel like I am on Maui! I have gluten and tomato allergy and they are super accommodating! Such a plus for me. The beds are ok.

Great resort, nice beach, good customer service. Close to the airport where you can see planes leaving the airport but far enough where airport noise is not an issue. Arrived Super Bowl Sunday and we got to see the game via pool side. Beach chairs were always available as most guests were in the pool (pool was pretty busy until around 6p). Weather in February was perfect. Garden view room had no view but we spent all day at the beach so it didn't matter to us. Having the Deli Los Mangos downstairs by the elevator worked out great; coffee and pastries every morning! Beautiful property, definitely recommend.

Top notch. Marriott quality. Good restaurants on site. I did the all inclusive. It was great. Could go to any on site restaurant, anytime. Food, drinks by the pool. Swim up bar was great. Had to chill there for quite a while. 😀 beach and ocean was great too. Fresh seafood was awesome wherever we went. Ceviche… I could go on…

Amazing experience staying at the Marriott. The views and beach are top notch. The pool is very large and has a swim up pool bar. The in-pool tanning chairs are a nice touch. There is a very large hot tub can accommodate multiple parties. The presidential suite & normal rooms are all very nice (if I go back I’d get a room with an ocean view however!). The food is pretty good as well. I’d recommend the beef tacos and chips & guacamole. Easy access to the beach and overall great experience!

Excellent friendly services from the room to pool to restaurants. Everybody is ALWAYS willing to help. The head chef personally greeted and double checked on us at our table. Hector/director of restaurants and bar were very friendly and make us feel like family. I would recommend this place to y’all that don’t like pushy sales and services like me. I enjoy/relax at this place. 👍🏼 One small suggestion: I wish they would offer coffee early morning for all guests. I don’t mind because mine comes with but as regular room guest I think they have to purchase coffee in the morning at the deli vs other hotel offering it as complimentary.

Anytime we go to Puerto Vallarta this is our stop. Such an amazing resort. The service and atmosphere are top notch. The breezy entrance with fresh mint cucumber water is incredible on a hot day. Lovethe pool and the amazing beach to lay out. Also so great to have a kid zone so it is quite pool side while they are off to play.

Clean, beautiful property, lovely beach and pool. Miguel at the concierge desk was lovely to deal with and kept on top of our missing big situation- Air Canada's fault, nothing to do with the resort. Found the food at the restaurants just ok, so we ate off the resort for the most part. Pool side service for drinks was lacking as well. As is the case with all resorts/hotels I have been too, I wish staff would keep on top of people 'reserving' chairs with towels when they are not utilizing the pool area. Otherwise we had a lovely time and would go back.

We were not meant to stay at this resort but we were bumped from our original one to this property and could not have been more blessed. This property is absolutely beautiful-the photos do not do it justice. The grounds are so well taken care of and with constant cleaning to ensure guest care. Everyone who works here treats you like royalty and cares about your experience. We have never felt more welcomed and as if our lives were that of a movie. No matter where you are on the property, there is something to admire and someone to assist. We cannot wait to be back to this wonderful property to enjoy more delicious food from one of the many restaurant options as well as enjoy a fresh coconut in the pool watching the waves hit beach!

Absolutely wonderful service. Everyone from the front desk to the amenities, the service was excellent. We got a room with a pool and ocean view balcony, we absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We tried a couple of the on-site restaurants, our favorite was actually La Estencia, which serves the breakfast. Their buffet is delicious and has something for everyone. We did utilize the fitness center as well as the spa, multiple times. The fitness center was one of the best ones I've seen. They have so much equipment, a lap pool, a room for yoga and classes as well as a trainer on site. We also only enjoyed the pool once, as the beach is right there and the hotel provides chairs on it, which no one seemed to use. So the beach was super quiet and relaxing. Very nice and upkept hotel, would highly recommend! Great location as well in the marina area, tons of restaurants and shopping near by.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a work retreat, the views are amazing, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, AC in the rooms was great. All the staff were super kind. Very close to the airport so it's a short taxi ride ($18 US). I am vegetarian and there were very limited veg options on the menus and sometimes it was a struggle to get the staff to understand custom requests for veg items, but they really tried. All inclusive is amazing, but for some reason they obsessively make you sign checks (often separate checks for drinks and food) and especially with a large group this was incredibly difficult sometimes, just seems like there are lots of operational improvements that could be made (like swiping a card). Almost no one was swimming at the beach because I think crocodiles? But the pool has an amazing view of the beach anyway. Loved tandem and solo kayaking!!!!

One of my favorite places. Right next to the airport, within walking distance to the Marina, 20 minutes bus ride to downtown and if you are quite adventurous you could walk. Hotel staff are excellent and the food is great. Best part is you are literally on the beach. Love the room facing the pool, I listen to the sound of the ocean waves all night long. So relaxing!!!
