Been staying here for many years. Over the years I had heard complaints about the owner. I never met her so I thought the the complaints were unwarranted. I ran into her on my last visit. She’s rude and mean. I won’t be returning.

Absolutely disgusting and I've never spoken poorly of an individual person ever on my reviews until now. When I brought up a concern of the cleanliness, the manager Maria said because I complained I had to leave immediately. She was very angry, canceled my reservation and essentially through me out. I was also shocked when I arrived to see the photos completely misrepresent the room. There's a sheet for a blanket, wet mattress, hair all over the bathroom. Absolutely NEVER come to this place.

I think it worth, it's cheap, clean and about four squares from beach. There are many store/food/beers near too. Just one thing that i didn't like enough was it's you can hear noise coming from reception or cleaners. I arrived early and they assigned to me one room without bridge I missed to have one but I was able to check-in early so that worth it.

The rooms and hallways were splendidly decorated, there was free water in the hallway, the receptionists were very accommodating. The rooms were adequate and cleaned very well. Just be ready to carry your suitcases up the stairs but that’s okay, because it’s a good work out! Also, nice natural lighting!

Great service from Juan and Maria Jose. We had a few issues and these were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Apologies it didn't work out but many thanks for helping us. All the best.

Great staff, accommodate all we asked for. Small rooms but Clean! Good view. Get a room with a balcony, people watching is great on this busy street. Free Morning coffee and cookies, green juice not my favorite but a nice gesture. Fairly noisy from street noise but the air conditioner drowns out most if it. The romantic zone is busy and noisy, don't like that, don't go, best restaurants and bars in all of PV within moments of this hotel. Need maid service ask for it. They try very hard to respect your privacy so they do not bang on your door asking to clean your room. Leave a good tip. These people deserve it.

Awesome deal! Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and kept daily. I stayed in a small room but it was perfect because we were out and about all the time. The beach is a 5 min walk. Everything is nearby!

Great hotel for what we were looking for. All the reviews were pretty good for giving us a heads up on everything. The traffic noise was there but nothing that wasn't manageable. We don't like staying in our lodging went on trips because we like to experience everything and get out of the room. The room by no means is something special, but it was clean, has a refrigerator that definitely helped, and the private balcony was also good. Everything we wanted to look at in Vallarta Viejo was in quick walking distance. Safe and secure with a night guard too.

We called the number provided in the reservation and it didn't work as we wanted to know if we could check in early as we were arriving at 7 am. We emailed them too and we didn't get an answer. The room was good, clean and good for a two days stay. However we we checked in there was work done outside and it was a bit loud. we went out at night and when we came back the room smell pretty bad. We had to open all the windows...

This hotel is in a great location in the heart of old town Puerto Vallarta. While the accommodations may be considered as basic, it is very clean, well maintained, and the service from every staff member was excellent. I will stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Room was adequate for short term stay as you need to live out of your suitcase. No storage for clothes besides some hangers. Located close to south end of Malecon and Zona Romantica. Bring your ear plugs as the hotel is on the 200 highway so super noisy. Staff very friendly. Great that they allow luggage storage for early arrivals and late flights.

Cant complain about service. Everyone very helpful and friendly location is walking distance to Malecon and beach. Keep in mind it is in a busy road. So there was constant noise, (I had no problem to sleep but my friends did). Beds are ok but hard (2 out of 5) and in my opinion thicker pillows are needed.

Loved the location and the staff! Very clean, good size room for one person. Cozy, simple decor, for the price it definitely fulfilled my needs. Will stay again when returning to PV

Rooms small and basic, but price is commensurate. Atmosphere, artwork and staff are exceptional. Location perfect.

Had to check out a few days early due to a family emergency. They refused to refund my money for the remaining days
