Worst customer service in the world. They never have the pepperoni pizza ready so they make you wait or make you buy the expensive pizza because "that's all they have a the moment" also they are scammers!!!!! This is for all 3 locations here in Vallarta, they do all the same thing!!!

I ordered deep dish and the person behind the counter handles me a 3 cheese pizza, to top it off, i tried to pay with a 20 dollar bill, she said we don't take dollars, which I'm cool to it, give them a 500 pesos bill and claims that has no change, a Caucasian guy walk in and pays with 500 pesos and no problem, They're pizza isn't the grates i just wanted something quick to bite, for disclosure I don't even buy it in the US (at home)

Bad service the 79 pep is never ready i waited a hour and it's not the first time the ones that are ready are always the most expensive ,this will be the last i go there do not recommend.

Waited 20 minutes in line then they turned us away because we didn’t have mask even though the sign was no where to be seen

Love the Canela stix they make and the chocolate sauce that comes with it. Their boneless chicken wings Buffalo flavor are also delicious!. The staff does a great job of quickly processing customer orders while not getting overwhelmed during those busiest times of the day. Watch out for raccoons if you take your food outside to eat or wait on your Uber - I was astonishingly robbed of half (2) my order of cheese bread by a couple of ballsy raccoons which snuck up behind me while I turned away and made a phone call. Sneaky raccoons.

Surprisingly good pizza. Better than back home, never frequent Little Caesar’s there. 100 pesos at the time of this writing. Easily fed 2 people.

The cashier/CV counter server was awfully rude, after the purchase of a large pizza and 2 liters of soda, she gave us 3 napkins we asked for little more, she almost threw them at us, we asked for a cup she gave us one (1) we asked her for 2 she refused she said Little Cesar's "policy"was to give out minimum count, she almost acted like she didn't want us to eat there, this is my first time and last one to buy or eat there. VERY BAD SERVICE!!! not cheap either the prices are worse than the USA.

The staff must be trained to lie to customers. Every time we try to order a pepperoni pizza they say it will be 20-30min just to try and sell a more expensive pizza (all pizzas are pretty cheap so why bother). Anyway, today I asked how long for pepperoni and of course she says 30min. Usually I would say ok and just wait the 10min or less it normally takes for the pepperoni but this time I just wanted to get in and out. I asked what was available to take now and she listed off a few things. I decided on the three meat. She passed me the pizza box, I opened it, I said it looked old, she said it wasn’t old, I said well it looks old, she said it’s not, I took it. We get home and low and behold the pizza is old, the crust is super hard and the pizza is a little like cardboard. It’s a cheap pizza place so I’m sure the employees don’t make more then the daily minimum wage but come on Little Caesar’s! Now that I have ranted I’ll enjoy my day and never order from this place again 👍
