Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very busy and did a wonderful job with seating guests amongst all the covid restrictions. The food was not as tasty as usual however.

really not much to say here, chain restaurant with very polite staff burgers are ok if you are in a rush a little more expensive than the local variaty but with the flavors you are acostummed to with new changes every here and there overal likeable place specially the second floor makes me enjoy my food in peace.

I've been in different Carl's around the country and this one didn't like me at all. It was dirty and everything looks old. The hamburgers reminded me the ones in Burger King. The service was good and fast. Should be better, because is located on an excellent point.

I was in a rush and ordered a cheese burger meal with Pepsi. The food arrived in 3/4 minutes. The girl serving me was called Blanca she was very polite. The burger was very average and French fries where hot but soft. I served myself the Pepsi which was over dosing the syrup mix. Quick meal to take away for 84 pesos. Asked for no tomato. Receive very large slice of tomato.

Good option for a fast burger. The drive thru not working well is on the middle of the shopping mall exit. Lot of traffic

The manager insisted that they over charge me against the protests of the other workers. There's way better food available within a few feet of that place, they have permanently lost a customer for a few pesos. I will never return.

I have had Carl's Jr in a lot of places... This location looks like the workers are not too motivated to be there... The burger was good but the service was minimal and the restaurant was OK... Not the cleanest

The place is dirty and very old. The service was awful, the employees were extremely rude and wanted to kick us out 30 minutes before they closed because they had to “clean up”. If I’m not mistaken they close at 11:00 to clean up after 11:00. Terrible experience would not recommend.

For an American food chain... they do well! This location is way better than the ones in Puerto Vallarta! When you need a good old fast food hamburger and fries... this Carls jr. wont disappoint.
