The Place is big. Prices are very affordable. However prices aren't subject to age but height. So if your kido is out of the CHICO/SMALL size. You will have to pay a GRANDE ticket (Adult price). *Locals get discounts with ID" IFE & Seniors too. You can bring your own food. But not beverages. They will inspect your bag upon entering the premises. Mask are required at the entrance but once you are in you can remove it. There are convenience stores within the park for you to purchase floaties, goggles, swimwear, sunscreen and more. There's several food choices for people whom don't want to stress about packing food. Burgers , hotdogs, pizzas, Tacos, seafood etc. You can attend the sea lion show at nocost, and you can also touch the Sand Tiger Shark. photos aren't allowed. But The staff will take photos of you petting or hugging (that you can purchase for $200 pesos M/N. or purchasea photo Pack.$$) *mask are required for attending the shows but you can remove to take pictures. There's are several slides, for some you might need a tire-float, *floats rentals are $60 pesos x 3 hrs. On weekends. The area of the fish tank exhibit is kinda filthy and smells fishy but it's free.

What an awesome place! Went here not expecting much BUT We were pleasantly surprised!!! The dolphin show and sea lion shows are great. The slides are a blast. No lines which is wonderful. Great for kids and adults. We loved that the price is the price. What you pay for admission allows you to do all the things they offer. The only things extra are food, drink and if you choose to rent a tube or buy photos of you and the dolphins or sea lions and even that is a really great price. Very pleased!!!

So much fun! Great place if you have younger kids and older kids. The pirate wading pool is perfect for little kids and the older kids will love the water slides. We swam with dolphins, watched the sea lion show and got into the shark tank to pet the sharks, water slides, dolphin show and swam in the swimming pool. So much fun and well priced. We spent the entire day there.

Worth the money.. dolphin show was the major attraction for the kids and they enjoyed it...took photos with the dolphins for extra money...sealion show and aquarium are supporting acts and there are some water slides as well.. good for a day out with the family...

Not as advertised. At least it was an affordable waste of money - only $75 to get in. I don’t want to offend this establishment, just beware and keep your expectations low. We were in and out in about 30 minutes.

Fun time for the kids and the prices for food and drinks are good. I saw people bring their own drinks and food into the park so I'm assuming its allowed. Towels and rental lockers are 40 pesos each. Would recommend this place for the family as a inexpensive entire day of fun. Staff are very nice.

We did the dolphin experience which was amazing. We watched the sea lion show which was fantastic. Animals seemed very well taken care of and in a good temperament. Everyone very helpful though it would be helpful to you as a traveler if you know Spanish.

I'm amazed this place has so many good reviews. It is very dirty and run down. Aquarium was leaking everywhere. Fish tanks were filthy. Piss color water in seal tank. Renovating slides, but you can still go down? Ants living in umbrellas. Pirate ship falling apart. Worms at bottom of pool. Disgusting water. It is a literal dive. 2 stars is for our server and drinks. Nice staff. Gross facility.

Not recommended for Family's funs. Waste of money. We arrived 3 hrs before closing time. We paid $120 CAD = $1400 Peso. I was not expecting things are closing up. All the slide were locked up. We got kicked out the pool because it's closed. The cafeteria was closed. Staffs didn't speak english at all only one person but too bad he gone home. Kids weren't allowed to this pool or that pool. Only kids pool are open and my kids are 9 & 10. Splash park in Canada cost almost the same. But all slides will be open to the last second of the closing time. Good to check out this facility. But not recommended. It's waste of money. Just go to your hotel pool is better time spend and it's included.

Is was very clean ... has a hotel.. bar swimming pool... so while kids were in and out of the water slides I refreshed myself with a Corona in the pool... great time...

Water slides are in bad condition. Want money for everything from lockers to floaties rent. Cost of photos with dolphins is more than swimming with them

Such an amazing value! Been several times and zero lines, hardly any other people. It's a perfect way to have fun with your family for very reasonable

Had lots of fun and very inexpensive

We went on a weekday, it was not crowded at all. There were no lines for rides. Staff was very nice and food prices are very reasonable. They even have a bar.

The kids had a blast (two six year olds). Pleasant staff and friendly service. Tasty food and good margaritas! The waterslides were good for the kids but oddly really fast for grown ups (I only went once!). It was not crowded at all. We did the full experience including the sea lion show, dolphin show, and dolphin experience. They were good quality and accessible given limited crowds. The dolphin immersive experience was extensive and impressive. Note that the dolphin pool water is on the cooler side (for the dolphins I imagine). Our kids got cold after about thirty minutes -- wetsuit would have been great to bring for them. Taxi and Uber were hard to acquire to return to Puerto Vallarta. Be sure to have a backup option or direct phone line for car service.

We really enjoyed taking our 10 month old splash. There was a lot to do, and service was great. I am taking a star off because the water in the kids pool was not as clean as we would have liked and the food was mediocre.

Small park but great and friendly staff! Admission pricing was reasonable, you can take as much food as you'd like but no beverages including water ( those you'll purchase inside). Once inside, the staff greets you and takes you to a table where you can sit all day. Lots of shady areas and there's adult drinks too, and good ones! Lines are small, minimal to no waiting times and the bathrooms are extremely clean. I would definitely come again!

One of the locals mentioned this place as an inexpensive alternative for the dolphin and sea lion experience. It was significantly cheaper than the other company that we won't mention. We were running about 15 minutes late due to the taxi. Not an issue. The staff was amazing and super nice. The sea lion was very intimidating at first being such a large animal. It was extremely friendly. It was obvious that the sea lion was much older due to the cataracts, which is a sign that it has has a Good long life. It would not have survived like that in the wild. I can not say enough good things about the experience. It was not rushed and was very fun. The pictures are a little pricey, but wanted them since I will likely never do this again. For families on a budget, it is a small water park that is perfect to take some kids. It was very inexpensive to get in the park. Approximately 8 American dollars. For thr price you will not be disappointed.
