Happy hour is one of the best and cheapest in town! View is great and service is amazing

Amazing view, on the rooftop of Hotel Encino.. excellent fast service, and delicious food (we had the chorizo with mushroom fondue and supreme burrito). Highly recommend!

Cool place with reasonable prices. Service is good some visits and and non-existent on others.

This place is a delight. Dulce has been out server every time and she made us feel so welcome. Whether it was food by the pool (we are staying at the hotel) or in the restaurant it has been a delicious surprise every time. Food is HUGE, fresh and delicious.

Wonderful drinks, views, service (shoutout Edgar N.), rooftop views and food with later hours than most other restaurants in Zona Romántica - and they accept credit card! Fun music. Great sangria and espresso martini. Food wise: wings, fajitas and quesadillas on corn tortilla were all a hit. Safe to say this is my new favorite restaurant in PV!

I gave this restaurant 5 stars straight away but the stars got chipped away as the evening went on. No pasta or pizza for an Italian themed restaurant. They didn’t mention this when we came in. We only found out after we ordered the drinks. Service was also slow. The chicken fajitas were good. Great views from the corner table.

so i came here w a few others for dinner after struggling to find a restaurant in the area and i was pleasantly surprised w our choice of the closest place. moments has an extensive menu multiple pages long and the food is quite tasty. personally i was feeling a pizza that night (i know, i’m in mexico ordering a pizza like ☠️) but it was definitely meant to be shared and wasn’t too oily, which i really liked. the few things i didn’t like about this place was that if you are seated indoors, it is loud.. like loud to the point i have to raise my voice for others to hear. and this is caused by the music videos being played on tv screens that are slightly inappropriate to children so be weary of that. other than that, service isn’t too bad and our waitress was very kind to us. (also pretty sure we spent like $40 usd for all of us)

Love there tamarind and Parmesan wings. Their paninis are really good. Did Uber Eats. Always tasty and well packaged

Food was good but it took forever for our food to arrive. Also,our server didn't ask if we wanted drinks until 10 minutes after we ordered food..

Very bad service. We waited over half hour for a table and got wet because of the rain, they dont even let you wait inside the restaurant, once we got sit, they moved us from our regular table to a 2 persons table even that we were 5 just to put another family in it, I understand there was more People waiting, but we waited for ours too

Such a lovely place with a beautiful view. Diego the manager is incredible. I hosted an event of 30 people and everything went very well. The food is good and very cheap prices. Definitely a hidden gem in vallarta.

Very good food...a bit hot when the temp is high

Convenient if you're staying at the Encino..it was raining heavily so we decided to just eat upstairs. Seems like a popular hangout for the locals, the atmosphere was fun and casual, and the view is amazing. Too bad the clouds were out otherwise you could definitely catch a sunset. Paulina our waitress was beyond excellent, great attention to detail and we really felt taken care of. We ordered wings and a salad which were both okay, they have a great menu we just weren't too hungry. Great spot I would definitely go back there again. Happy hour from 3-6!

They're nachos were just okay the view was nice of the strip from the restaurant when we wanted ice since there wasn't a ice machine they charged us for less than a third of a cup of ice. Seems like if they were more customer friendly they might get more customers. Especially from hotel customers.

Great Mexico ambiance. Very good food and happy hour drinks. Very reasonable.

Great little spot on the top floor, the view is not much to look at but it is a neat little spot.

We love this place. Off the beaten path... Great food very reasonable. Don't be in a hurry... Service a bit slow.

Good service and views. 2 dishes were excellent. My frijatas de pollo didn't have much of a taste. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars
