😐 The place is not nice, as the videos and photos. Food is expensive, the customer service is horrible, if you don't buy food the workers don't let you go to some places that supposedly are reserved. the Zipline is a nice experience but they don't let you take your phone to take pictures because they... Beautiful place! Loved the waterfalls and hiking. However , the website is misleading and the ticket is not accurate. Lunch is not options, it’s a food credit. There was no tequila tasting. We did not have 4 full hours as they picked us up late and ushered us out early. In the future I would just take a taxi there and back. Overall worth the trip for the beautiful jungle and easy hike.

The zip line goes through beautiful scenery, the staff is attentive, and it is well-organized. BUT: 1. It is hard to enjoy the scenery because you have been repeatedly instructed to watch the man at the end for instructions on when to brake by wiggling your pulley. Furthermore, looking to the side causes it to wiggle which potentially puts on the brakes. 2. You are repeatedly instructed to keep your knees bent, especially as you land in each platform. But if you do so, the sudden deceleration caused by a spring designed for this, can cause you to rotate forward causing your shin to impact the steel equipment with enough force to cause bleeding and large bruises — at which point the guide berates you for doing so.

Stellar location! Beautiful, immense trees and waterfalls. It has a waterfall grotto to swim in, hiking paths to walk, zip lines to fly above the jungle, and an amazing restaurant for fantastic drinks and food.

Such a wonderful staff! My husband and I took ATVS to the zip lining area. Staff made us feel safe but had a great time with it. I definitely recommend this adventure!

Food was terrible. They picked us up 45 minutes late. Staff was not good at communicating at all. Beautiful location terrible food and I wish I was lying about it. Waited over 40 min for food that was cold. So bad they tried to makeup for it by offering us a free drink👎👎 wish I had my time back. But like I said we made the most of it.

The place is not nice, as the videos and photos. Food is expensive, the customer service is horrible, if you don't buy food the workers don't let you go to some places that supposedly are reserved. the Zipline is a nice experience but they don't let you take your phone to take pictures because they want to sell you the photos they take and extremely expensive, it's only from the 1st to the 4th Zipline. They said it's 10 Ziplines but they count a double Zipline as two. I had a really bad experience in the river, we were taking pictures on the swings, i had beach shoes and I Stepped on a roofing nail going approximately one inch into my foot. I had to take it out and my friend went to the office and asked for help. After waiting for them in pain for 10 minutes, one of the secretaries came with a kit aid, not even saying a word to me or asking what happened, with a really bad attitude, almost mad and just told me that these things happened all the time and started "cleaning" the wound, I asked if i had to go to the doctor, and she said no. After that she just stood up and left not asking if i was feeling good or anything. I just had to sit down for the rest of the time waiting for my transportation to arrive in 2 hours. When I was on my way out i waited for someone from the staff to at least be empathetic and ask about the accident but they never did. I left and i will not return because for the money I spent on the tour i was expecting more of what I got in attention and the service at least. P.s. there is a territorial pelican that doesn't let you enjoy the water.

Beautiful place with amazing and friendly staff! This is a great place to do some hiking and swimming in multiple pools along the river. I had a free day and purchased the entry package that included a food credit. The food is great and got to relax for hours in the hammocks and listen to the flowing water. I had taken an Uber there and needed transportation back and the manager and staff were very accommodating to help me. I would definitely recommend!

The tour drive up to this area is worth it! If you like a bit of contained danger, take this trip up to Eden. There is a lot to do for adventure seekers. Plus it's the filming site for Preditor! The restaurant had pretty good service but the food was ok. BRING PHYSICAL CURRENCY! No cell service means no credit/debit!

We went as part of a city tour tour. Not worth it that way because we arrive until 1:15 pm and spent only 2 hours. It's a bit far and small. And the food at the restaurant isn't good and overpriced. Unless you go on your own, avoid it at all costs.

We signed up for a zip lining excursion on a whim and didn't know quite what to expect. Arrive to a tequila tasting which was nice for us to take the nervous edge off of the zip lining experience. From there the guides give you the safety demonstration and lead you up the mountain paths to the zip lines. Our guides were all awesome, hospitable, and funny. For those that were more adventurous they allowed us to go "super-man" or upside-down. For those that were unsure, they were great about helping them through. Jose, Ricky, and Stinky were great along with the rest of the guides. The trip was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended! - Papi Munano

A fun destination! We had to walk the last couple of kilometers because our car couldn't make it. Fun ziplines with helpful guides, lovely pool and waterfall. Sadly, no tequila tasting as had been promised, but otherwise a great experience.

They have 10 ziplines and the guides really know what they are doing. They were patient and friendly. At first, it was a bit scary, but once you get a hang of it, it's really fun. NEVER touch the cable when you are moving. I did and almost tore my hands! The resort is very well maintained, they have swings and hammocks in the middle of a rocky pond. Lots of nice trails nearby to hike too. Price of the restaurant is also reasonable. The only thing I didn't like is, when we went ziplining, they didn't allow us to take a single picture. Later on, a lady who had taken many of our photos came to sell them to us for a whopping 800 pesos. That's basically the price of the whole tour so ofc I opted out.

Beautiful place. Getting there can be tricky, as the "road" isn't paved. If it's a rainy day, don't go there unless you drive a 4x4 vehicle.

Very fun ziplining experience and ambiance. Restaurant was pricey but good.

The place charged me more money than what the currency rate is from Mexican pesos to USD. The manager said (HIS WORDS) the restaurant uses their own currency and does not follow the current exchange rate that the rest of Mexico does. I showed him the exchange rate on my phone and he kept saying the restaurant uses their own % for the exchange rate and not the current exchange rate. Totally illegal and manipulative to tourists. I paid $50 for a piece of fish and a beer.

This place was beautiful and the hammocks and zip line were really fun. The only downsides were the food was not great and we got eaten alive by some sort of bug so make sure to cover up or bring bug spray.

This was a great day trip and Zip line experience. The river is beautiful and well set up for swimming, wading, and lounging. The zip line has 10 lines with 3 long stretches. The views were great and the guides attentive. They spent time helping our friend who was new and scared. We had a small enough group that they were able to get several of us to do special moves. The food at the restaurant was good and affordable.

A wonderfully relaxing place, we visited without crowds and really enjoyed the hammocks and the river pools.

This park has essentially three things you can do: zip lining, swimming, and eating. Zip lining was the highlight of this place for me. The staff was fun and they made sure to make you feel safe. Great way to get away from the PV heat!

A must see and do adventure for everyone! Our guide was Johan and he did a good job of making us feel safe and ensuring we had fun. We enjoyed going through the various trails and zip lines. A one of a kind experience and it was the highlight of our trip. Even if zip lining is not your thing, the team will ensure you are safe and put your mind at ease! Fun, enjoyable and memorable.

This place is AWESOME! Wish we could have stayed longer. It's absolutely beautiful and hidden on back roads. We went zip-lining which was a blast! We ended up ordering the set of pictures to be emailed to us, but never got the pictures. I messaged their team on FB and within and hour they had our pictures delivered to us. Great place and great customer service!

This place was amazing. I had questions about the park the day before and they were quickly answered via WhatsApp. We had a group of 9 and we had a blast! The zip line guides were hilarious and kept us entertained while having fun. The food was also delicious. Excellent way to spend a day!

The tour guides were fun and we had a great time. We took a tour bus to get out here and wish we had more time after zip lining to hang out. Overall a great experience.
