Beautiful place ! I was just visiting a friend. The place is beautiful for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo with modern amenities through out. It has been updated with a very nice kitchen, beautifully tiled showers and designed for vacation ease. The refrigerator had filtered water and ice, and a washer and dryer in the unit in its own utility room. Outside dining next to the river and trees - great iguana and bird watching out on the covered balcony. The pool was very nice and relaxing and the elevator worked as it should; there was a front desk attendant 24 hours a day to assist with packages, new visitors and to track who was entering and leaving the residence. Only a block from the beach in Old Town, plenty of local businesses and restaurants within blocks of walking. We hIghly recommend this condominium.

Best place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Clean and accessible. Great location. Rather pricey.

Nice little plaza. Bank, restaurant, shops, R/E company...

This is a mini town square: post office, cash machine, realtor, boutique, good restaurant, and very popular gym.

Great location in the center of the romantic zone. Two blocks from the beach. Two blocks from the clubs. Great restaurants all around.

Close to everything...all within walking distance. Beach, restaurants, groceries, entertainment...muy bueno!

Best value for money

I know I will never stay there, we needed to go to Inrtercam Bank which parking is Always an Issue. There is a parking spot out front the constructions guys have blocked. There is enough room to wait for 5-10 minutes without too much incidences. The Lead Construction goes and get the Desk guy to tell me to move

Went for some drinks and a snack with a friend, we had some nice and refreshing margaritas and a beautiful freshly made guacamole, everything was great.
