They have pretty much everything you need. It's crowded and hot but you can buy almost anything you need. From a gym, fresh flowers, Homemade soap, dia de los Muertos dress, and makeup. Then there is a Sorianna in there as well which is like a mini Wal-Mart.

This mall has a feel of a bit more local. It is still in the resort district but seems to be used more by the locals than the tourists. The stores are smaller and tend to be less about selling souvenirs and more like a normal mall back home. The food in the mall is definitely more local which I really prefer. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for sure

Strange selection of shops and limited air conditioning. Lots of good places to eat a quick meal.

Place more looks like a garage than the "Plaza". It's dark, dirty and basically nothing to do here.

It's an amazing mall. Lots of busyness. All kinds of good stuff. Great grocery supermarket. You'll find almost anything you need. Very safe. Terrific location.

Decent indoor shopping facility. Casino and cine on top floor. A few restaurants and dessert spots. There is a large electronics market behind the mall. Used and new phones etc.

Nice mall close to the hotel zone. Good place to do some shopping and personal grooming from pedicures to beauty salons. There are many places to get something to eat and banks to get cash from Banamex ATMs

I went to Soriana to do some food shopping and noticed that Soriana is inside Plaza Caracol. There are many stores and restaurants inside and the Plaza is always busy. They keep the Plaza clean and it is a good place to go in and get away from the sun and rest. The restaurants outside have covers to keep the sun out as well. I really enjoyed walking around Plaza Caracol and recommend it for any shopping needs you may have. Good location, good food and good fun.

Nice enough little spot for grabbing some essentials quick (ex. Nicotine vapes, local sim card, some snacks etc.)

The best place to get all your electronics, cell repairs, eye glasses, spa services and has a full grocery store as well.

Usually go to this shopping plaza , mainly for locals, just for the Dairy Queen they have inside Soriana, which is the food supermarket and also for art supplies and even radio shack . There a Mcdonalds, Burger King, Bowling Alley and a cinema

All right mall. Needs updating. Easy to get lost there. Lots of empty spaces for rent in this mall.Dont waste your time going up to the Casino, its a big money pit. Half the slots dont work, cards dont work in some of the machines. No air conditioning either.

Theater, shopping, barber, beauty parlor, spa and take out rotisserie chicken plus a department store and a dozen ATMs-all this is found at Plaza Caracol. They have a gym and upstairs is a food court. The Soriana is like a Super Target but the prepared food section has room for improvement. That's okay because the rest of the mall has food choices. Parking can be validated in the mall. The Pechugon rotisserie chicken with potatoes will make folks very happy.

Mall with varied stores. From having keys made to rotisserie chicken. Parking at a premium. You get a token to park if there is a space available.

  • 5/5 Franki N. 11 months ago on Google
A lot of made in China stuff. And the theater doesn't have many English movies these days. But overall it's a pretty good mall to kill some time in.

Good place to bring the kids and shop for yourself. Some restaurants and icecream places, lots of clothing stores soriana grocerie store. Highlight for the kids is Galex arcade and trampoline room.

Nice place to shop but parking is a bit of a hassle. You have to pay at a kiosk before leaving but if you don't exit within 5 min, your payment is invalid. Might be worth it to shop at Soriana for us but still as hassle. Also wish it had more bathrooms but that's pretty standard in Mexico! 😉

lots of stores that didn't interest me, but we found a local lady selling bracelets and the grocery store attached was large, clean and full of items to check out, prices in local currency, air conditioned although not enough but decent, taxi's available to drive you back to your hotel.

Older shopping mall. Has everything. Clothes, shoes, cell phones, accessories, casino, kids arcade, bowling alley, massage chairs and food court.

  • 5/5 Perla M. 9 months ago on Google
PET FRIENDLY! Lots of variety of clothing, shoes, novelties, etc. Recently installed new massage chairs! 5 to 10 pesos a session. Great mall. Also houses restaurants, food court, nail salons, hair salons, smoke shops, department store, LANS, and gym (Anytime Fitness)

Amazing indoor mall with lots to offer for everyone! Indoor playground, trampoline park, bowling, billiards, casino, movie theater, arcade, lots of restaurants outside and shops inside. We could spend many hours here!

A locals mall. It’s huge and full of every kind of store from a Radio Shack to a Dairy Queen dessert counter. A churro stand to a nail salon. There’s even an Oxxo and a Food court and a big Soriano inside. We stayed next door and we’re here a lot

  • 3/5 J Lewis E. 2 years ago on Google
It is a super pain to come here. The parking requires you to find a store that will validate your parking. And the only place I know of that does this is the grocery/multi store Soriana. Go to Telmex or the mattress shop and they'll laugh at you if you ask for a validation. I dislike their white credit card looking parking cards that keep track of how long you've been parked. I avoid this shopping plaza unless I have to go to Telmex. Then I go buy something at Soriana even if I don't need anything just to get a validation. If you have a car, go elsewhere.

  • 5/5 Colin M. 2 years ago on Google
From electronics, to makeup, to clothing, furniture and food. This plaza has it all. Even a movie theater and a grocery store. Prices here are much better than the large tourist malls. Lots of variety.

  • 5/5 Pamela C. 2 years ago on Google
Cool shopping mall with tons of stores and restaurants. Gym, movie theatre, laundry services, atm, super market, everything you could ask for.

  • 4/5 Brenda Phillips G. 2 years ago on Google
Covid-19 protocols in place. Wheelchair accessible. You pay for parking. You receive a white plastic card at entrance of parking lot. There are payment machines to pay for parking for you to use when you are finished shopping and are ready to leave. Also, if you shop at Soriana, you can get free parking. But, you have to go to a specific kiosk outside of Soriana and present your Soriana sales receipt along with the white plastic parking card. They will authenticate it. And you still have to go to the parking payment machine so it can authorize your white plastic parking card too. It is a pain in the neck for you and others if you forget to go to the parking payment machine. Believe me, I know, have done that before.

Plazza Caracol is a good mall where you can shop for many things and has a lot of good places for a quick bite. Prices here are good and are always negotiable. It's where the locals like to shop.

Love this little mall ... just a cool vibe. Always go there when I'm in that area. Groceries, food stalls, shoe, beauty, hair and electronic stores... even a Radio Shack!!

Amazing mall with so many things to do. Tons of stores, movie theater, food court, small bowling alley with bar, activities for kids, and so much more! Definitely a great place to hangout!

It may be rundown a bit but I love this mall. Only 1 time in 8 years did I strike out and not find what I was looking for. It's a destination for sure. Electronics, formal ladies wear, bellísimas this is where to go for any of that.

Shopping for groceries then on to hat's and swimsuits. Beach here we come. Grab me some sunglasses on the way out with some fantastic El Pachegon , chicken, Papa's, tacos on the way out.

An interesting diversion with air conditioning - some areas better than others. Maps are available; however, the maps do not indicate all shops. Use their website to navigate the mall successfully! Some areas feel like they’re the end of the mall - but the mall still continues like a giant maze! Was a safe and fun shopping experience.

Lots of great shops. Friendly people. This isn't a tourist shopping location so the prices are great.

  • 3/5 Brad S. 2 years ago on Google
Basic mall. Cheap cinema , 56 pesos per ticket i believe. There is an ice cream stand in front of Soriana , the sugar free chocolate is delicious.

  • 4/5 Steve G. 2 years ago on Google
Good variety of stores. Kind of spread out and a little like a maze. Multiple levels although not much on 2nd level. Casual restaurants outside, nice grocery inside, big electronic place across the parking lot. Kind of one stop shopping. Nothing high end but more moderate to low.

  • 5/5 Ric h. 2 years ago on Google
Huge selection of stores. Good average shopping. Looking for high end clothing go to LA Isla or Galerias Vallarta.

The only pet friendly mall in Pv! The only thing I would totally recommend is Soriana allowing our fur babies to come in with us as well due to the fact that the whole mall is pet friendly, honestly if that happens omg I would always shop there no need to go somewhere else.

This might be the cheaper mall out there but It is indoor and it's fresh inside. Lots of cool little stores and coffee shops inside.. I kept coming here for the convince of have a Soriana (Mexicos Walmart competitors). The bonus tho is the MCDONALD'S ICE CREAM MACHINE STAND. IT ALWAYS WORKS.....

Best mall for the prices rarely crowded.

  • 4/5 george w. 1 year ago on Google
Plaza Caracol is a hidden local mall. It can be overlooked. It has a casino, movie theater, Soriana supermarket, and a Lann big box store up front. A rotisserie chicken place outside, a large electronics store, and a food court upstairs. It is always nice and cool, with every business running their A/C. McDonalds cones, endless options for food all over. I especially like the bargains at Soriana.

This has to be the saddest looking mall I’ve ever seen… outside of the U.K. But it has plenty of stuff to do with kids, like bowling, trampolining and a movie theatre.

  • 5/5 Keith W. 1 year ago on Google
Great spot for finding maple good deals on a variety of items. There’s a great little ice cream place inside with the best chocolate chip cherry flavor. Plus you can find homemade soaps and skin care products as well as most anything else you will need.
