I came here, not knowing that that would be the greatest night of my life. I went with my partner and we enjoyed a performance by Andre Rieu and his Johann Strauss orchestra. It was the most epic show I've ever seen, and he is the Greatest Showman to live. The time here was magic.

Acceptable. Nothing amazing about it. Awful parking situation. Good shows. If you expect to dance a little bit, it'll be very hard since the space is so so sooooooo limited and the aisles are so narrow.

An incredible venue! It's by far the best in Guadalajara metropolitan area and maybe one of the best in all Mexico. The structure is designed to watch and hear perfectly well from any point you are. The modern and architecture and design makes it look imponent and majestic although it's not so big, it has a capacity around 6,000 persons comfortably distributed. It has also VIP area, food service, clean toilets, easy access, good (but not the best) location, safe place, near from Guadalajara downtown, etc.

So sad that such a nice place served bad alcohol that made sick all 6 of my group... From mild rash to a visit to the ER... Not buying drinks again, doesn't worth the price (risking our own health)

This is a really good venue for concerts. The staff is really quick, the vip area is clean and you have a really good view. The acustic is really good. And the organization about parking lot and entree is fast.

Great venue for music concerts! The sound is good for a large venue. It's eats a lot of people so when it's full it makes it a lot of fun to play.

Far away from Guadalajara downtown, public transportation closes before the concert or any event finishes, and taxis are overpriced, especially at nighttime. The enclosure is not so bad, but take your precautions.

It has a good logistic for the parking lot but when the event is sold out it is crazy 🤪. But it is getting better with the stuffs that are being sold inside of the building like snacks and beverages.

Place is awesome the thing I dislike is that we got VIP second row and there was a group of women dancing for David Garrett’s concert at the very front and they were blocking the back row and the security were just starring at them instead of telling them to sit down public had to tell them to sit down por NACAS!

Not easy access, seats are very uncomfortable. I definitely like that you’re able to see the artist on every angle, yet I feel like the stage itself is too small. But overall good.

Well organized staff. The parking place is spacious. The entrances are big enough and the security guards respectful. I went there to enjoy an amazing concert portrayed by the number one singer Sarah Brightman. The only issue to be mentioned is the audience's unpunctual entrance as the show had already started and people were still entering.

This is one of the biggest places to go for a concert, event or conference. Acoustic is super good!

Worst acoustics In an place I’ve ever heard. Been there in different seatings from front to back and you can notice that sound does not travel around distances, completely different than what they swank. Seatings are so small that people is extremely close to each other. I’ll definitely never return.

Adult beverages fairly priced, adequate washrooms. Seats are comfortable with beverage holders, but would be tight for overweight people. HVAC system was sufficient for a soldout event during a very warm evening. Dudes will get frisked (intimately). Sound was fine for a pop-punk rock band. Big screen monitors should be larger, but were the same size as those in Zappos theatre in Vegas which is a much smaller venue than Telmex in Zapopan.

Best place in Jalisco to enjoy any kind of concert with good view in every angle excellent acoustic that provoque an excellent sound. The only problem it's the prices on the snacks or beer 🍺, is so high.

Definitely the best venue for concerts and big events in Guadalajara. You have to arrive early if you want to avoid traffic and parking lot issues. From first row to the last one, you’re able to enjoy the event.

It's one of the biggest theaters in ZMG (Metropolitan Guadalajara Area) , here is where usually big events and artist of the world come to perform, there's plenty of first world services Inside, like bars and cafés, the seats are comfortable and even from the top you can listen and watch perfectly any performance.
