I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for many years and have seen this park through the whole transformation, from raw concrete benches to beautiful music works of art. I recommend anybody coming to Puerto Vallarta Mexico to visit this park once it is truly a special place.

Great park near the beach in Puerto Vallarta. Some nice statues and impressive tile mosaic work throughout. On one end is an area with bleacher seating. I watched a pretty good Queen tribute band perform for a few minutes. Lots of food stands nearby too so you can grab a bite and relax.

So much color and art! Definitely come here to see all the mosaic artwork. Bonus if you come here on a Saturday as there’s the Olas Saturday Market, with lots of local goods and food!

The Saturday market is always worth attending for the fresh produce, flowers, baked goods, food, and especially the music.

What a beautiful colorful place. For the 3 weeks I have spent in Puerto Vallarta, I couldn't resist to visit at least 1 time everyday. Nice music and outdoor show, nice place to look at fireworks. But the best is all the shaded area where you can relax and take a break from the sun 😀

Very colorful plaza, much art and a great place for a break. There is underground parking and public bathrooms/showers. Many artist presentations and a diverse of groups expressing and showing much of Mexico's traditions.

What happens when a park gets old, run-down, dirty, and unsafe? In Porta Vallarta they have done something amazing, they turned a dump into a gem. I have never seen ceramic tile turned into art in this manner. You must see this Park.

The transformation of this once run down and ugly park is phenomenal. The artist Natasha Moraga came up with the idea and designed the mosaics which are currently still being installed by volunteers. Right in Centro so you can’t miss it.

Beautiful mosaic columns, walls, gardens, benches & an amphitheatre. It is a town square in the Zona Romanica, PV. It often has vendors & is a great place to rest while touring PV. It's also a great landmark if you get lost!

I love this place except for the abandoned building across the street.

If you're in the neighborhood, you should definitely stop by. This is a beautiful plaza in the Romantic Zone. On Saturdays they hold a local farmers market there. Several nights, we've happened across different traditional dance performances. The entire plaza is covered in an art project of wonderfully tiled benches and other structures. There are still a few incomplete but in the two weeks we've been here we've seen the artist complete one section and start on another so it is very much an active project.

One of my favorite places for a morning walk. This morning, Sunday, send seemed to be walk your dog day. I lost count of how many charming animals I saw. I just sat for a while among the multi mirrored art work which is Lazaro Cardenas. A pair of tiny old Chihuahuas followed their owner. A lady with three special dogs called for her missing one. One of her dogs was super friendly and came up to me for extensive petting. What a wonderful way to start my day after breakfast at Fredy's Toucan.
