Had my CovidTest here for return to USA. Staff was friendly and was an easy process and got my results the next day, If you’re in PVR and need a Covid test to go back to USA or Canada, look no further.

The clinic by itself is fantastic. The doctors and are nurses are fantastic and some of the best doctors in Vallarta. The reason I gave the review so low of a review was thedue to the clinics corodanator Pam who did not care for my we'll being one bit, she screamed at my wife while a was in surgery and gave me such anxiety that I had to go home and take a Valium. I had a double hernia repair along with a hydroseal repair. My insurance paid 100% of the bill, but not after she threatened me 10 hours after surgery that I had to pay $62.00, or she was going to have me detained with the security guard. This woman should be replaced and stop tarnishing the name of a great clinic

My husband has gone to this clinic a number of times in the last few years for lab work. We have always been pleased. This year was the first time he went because he was sick. The care and attention he was amazing!! We were very pleased the Doctor and her caring nature. She made sure he had a follow up appointment. We can't say enough. Many Thanks!

I came here for an OBGYN-related issue and was very impressed with the level of service and quality of care. I had an exam and bloodwork done, and the total cost out of pocket for all of this was only about $150 USD. In terms of COVID, I also felt very safe coming here as everyone's temperature and blood pressure is checked at the door and you have to note your reason for coming before gaining admittance to the building.

After getting a high fever and ear infection on vacation we came to this clinic. We received excellent care and they were very caring and professional.

Pros: Great clinic. Their cardiologist is really nice and knowledgeable. The staff and people in the clinic are very freindly and speak English. It was easy to order all kinds of tests and I'm happy to go back. Cons: Some of their other doctors, while extremely nice people, are not as educated as I would like. They don't know much about diet or anything outside of their specialty. If you have something serious, I would educate myself as much as possible to ask the right questions and get the right tests.

I recommend this place. I had a great experiencee due to the staff and Dr. Urzua. Ms. Berthe was really responsive and helped me to book an appointment and she checked on me after the appointment. I was so nervous because this was my first doctor visit in Mexico. I usually forget a lot of my Spanish when nervous. The staff speak English. The were friendly, attentive, and flexible. Dr. Urzua is really nice. He took his time. Listened to me and explained things in a way that I could understand. I plan to return when services are needed again. I recommend.

I had an endoscopy that went absolutely perfectly! The medical staff were professional, spoke English, and explained everything to me. The work was fast and exceptional. They also had all of the medicines I needed on-hand in the pharmacy. And *today*, the front-desk staff were cheerful, helpful, and professional. This contrasts sharply to my 0-star experience with the front-desk staff 2 days prior. Not only had they scheduled me for the wrong day, but they emailed me COLONOSCOPY prep information, when in fact, I was scheduled for an ENDOSCOPY. (BIG difference!) When I pointed all of this out, I found the front-desk staff utterly indifferent, unsympathetic, uncaring, unmotivated to get their manager to hear my complaint. If that had been my sole experience with San Mare, I wouldn't have gone back. However, I am glad I did, and San Mare provided top-notch care at a fraction of the cost of medical care in the US (even with insurance).

I took a member of my family to this clinic because she had a serious cough and difficulty breathing. Within an hour we saw a doctor, had bloodwork done and a chest xray taken. Pneumonia was the likely cause. It was serious enough that further investigation was needed. We were introduced to a doctor from San Javier Hospital that the clinic is associated with. We went to the hospital right away and had a CT scan taken. My family member was admitted. This all happened within two hours. They spoke to our health insurance company on our behalf. No issues with payments. She was treated and released three days later with some medications to take home to completely clear up this health issue. We are going to the clinic tomorrow for a checkup and chest xray. She is doing well today. I cannot speak highly enough about this group of health care givers. They were talented, professional, respectful and a pleasure to interact with during a serious health issue. Both of their facilities are immaculate, bright and reassuring. Bottom line is we whole heartedly recommend their services if you need help.

Fairly new facility with state of the art equipment. The labs provide prompt results, often the same day. The doctors are fluent in English and most staff speak at least some. Prices are high for Mexico. Note that many of the doctors are just starting their practice, so take that into consideration.

Had PCR tests for returning to Canada. The staff was most helpful, & they spoke English very well. I asked the gal on the front desk how long to get results & she didn't hesitate "tonight", she said. So, our test was conducted at 9.15AM, & the results were in our email accounts at 8.15PM. Service doesn't get any better than that. We are returning to PV in April, & will book our tests at the Sanmare yet again. That is, if the Canadian Govt is still insisting on PCR tests. Look no further...this is the place.

I went for a consult with Dr Ernesto . He was super courteous, personable and made me feel like more of a friend than a patient. He gave me re assurance and answered all my doubts. Great guy. Great clinic. 👍

Very nice, clean, and friendly clinic. I hurt my foot while on vacation and needed an X-ray to make sure there were no breaks (there were none). Everyone was very friendly, and they speak English which was helpful. I would highly recommend them if you need medical care while on vacation in PV!

If you get the opportunity to go somewhere else, do it!! Place with poor profesionalism, also they double charge and you never find the person who supposed in charge of it you help You. Si tienes oportunidad de ir a otro lado, hazlo!! Lugar con un profesionalismo pobre!

When you need a hospital in Puerto Vallarta, this one is tops.

Sanmare saved my father's life. Dr. Denisse, Dr. Cesar, Dr. Ibarra, Dr. Ojeda, Dr. Chirino and Ms. Saint-Cyr communicated with my family on my father's condition daily during his three weeks stay. The doctors, nurses and physical therapists took such wonderful care of my father. My family is so grateful since we were not able to immediately come from New York to see him. Ms. Saint-Cyr helped our family transition our father to a beautiful care facility. My father is much better now and we want to thank Sanmare for everything.

I’ve had personal experiences and some with guests from out of town. Overall the service at Sanmaré is excellent! The staff are so attentive and unlike other hospitals you feel more than just a patient but like family. Thank you Sanmaré for your meticulous care and impecable service 🙏
