The most rudest and non professional vet or company in Vallarta. Most businesses in Vallarta are nice and welcoming. When you walk into this place the guy is sitting down and he looks at you like what the heck do you want. Why are you here is the vibes I get from him. I been here 3 times, I thought maybe the first two times I was over reacting but I wasn’t. They just give you the total of the transaction and give you your change, don’t even greet you or say thank you.not even look at you. I wouldn’t bring my dog here even if it was 5 years for free. It’s another vet just a block away, much more friendly. Walk a few more steps for a professional business.

Literally the rudest people I have encountered in Mexico. I simply asked via WhatsApp what my dog needed to fly within Mexico so I could make an appointment to get it done - they basically told me that to answer my question I needed to pay for a consultation visit and to ask the airline. Then they blocked me on WhatsApp. Insane. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to pay them even one peso.

Great place nice people, cut my dogs hair a bit shorter then what I asked. She is happy though.

Had my dog groomed there. They asked if I wanted short? Well he is pretty naked! Lol. My fault. But it's humid & hot here, so that's ok. My dog had been bitten by another dog, the Vet looked at (without asking). Said infected & that he has skin issue, so I bot antibiotics. Very happy!

Very pleased with a diagnosis and care of my dog. Seem to have a good treatment plan and were able to diagnosis the concerns I had.

Best vet in Vallarta imo. Very knowledgeable. I’ve taken all my rescues there and he’s been spot on with diagnosis, unlike some in town. Always great advice and reasonable. Highly recommended.

We were so happy to have found this Vet in Old Town PV. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Our little dog has been there on numerous occasions for Health Certification
