As an American with kidney issues I was quite concerned about getting dialysis treatments while vacationing in the Puerto Vallarta, Mexico area. I did lots of investigation work and chose Soundialysis. It was a great choice. The facility was pristine, the English speaking staff was very “professional” and performed their duties in a manner that exceeded my expectations at a cost that was quite reasonable. Place is very clean. Staff are very professional. Dialysis went very smoothly with no problems or complications. Place is so close to my hotel (2 km) from canto del sol were we stayed. Taxi was cheap too to get to the place. Over all, more than 5 stars for extraordinary service

If only I can give this place more than 5 stars, I will. My husband had his dialysis here while we were on vacation and I must say, they are very professional and caring. They really took the time to make sure that my husband does not feel any pain when they were hooking him up to the dialysis machine. The place is top notch with cleanliness from the reception area to the treatment place. Ivan was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They also have a doctor onsite to monitor the patients. Although his dialysis was not covered by our insurance in the US, it is well worth it to have a great vacation, get his treatment so that he can enjoy the rest of his vacation without worrying on missing his dialysis. After each dialysis, they made sure that area of his arm was neatly and well covered with bandage. I will HIGHLY recommend this place if you are on vacation in Puerto Vallarta and needs dialysis treatment. OVERALL-top notch professional center, superb cleanliness, excellent staff and easy access to the facility.

I have nothing but praise for Soundialys. The clinic and its employees are both outstanding. From the beginning of the treatment booking process, Soundialys was  incredibly helpful and gave prompt responses to any questions or concerns I had. The clinic had a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they do an excellent job of making you feel at ease. I cant say thank you enough to everyone at Soundialys and I would 100% recommend this clinic.

Great place, very satisfied with the service. I had my mother scheduled for two days at Sound Dialysis and she couldn't stop talking to everyone about how careful they are, attentive with her always asking how she was feeling and if she needed anything. They provide comfort in every way. I will definitely recommend Sound Dialysis to everyone.
