Doctor Castillo went above my expectations. I had never had botox done outside of the US and he did a better job than my home clinic! Not to mention, the price is MUCH more reasonable than US prices. You can tell he is quite knowledgeable and has years of experience. He speaks fluently in English. He made sure to answer all questions prior to my appointment, and I was able to easily get in touch with him afterwards for a follow-up question. The injections were much less painful than I've experienced before, and he even put on a cooling mask and sunscreen afterwards. The service is top-notch and I would highly recommend this clinic. I am so pleased with my results and will be back when I return to PV.

I honestly could not recommend Dr.Castillo and his team more. This was my first time getting a cosmetic procedure done in Mexico and I was a little nervous but my experience could not have been better. I have gotten lip fillers in Canada before but this experience was 1000x better. The clinic was extremely clean and I felt confident about coming here the second I walked in. Dr.Castillo and the team walked me through everything they did and ensured that I knew exactly what they were doing. Dr. Castillo also checked in with me throughout as he did my lips. Dr. Castillo and the entire staff are intelligent, professional, and caring. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a bias against getting anything "aesthetic" done outside of Beverly Hills or NYC but boy was I wrong. The results (crud extracted) with Hydrafacisl with Dr. Chavira shocked and amazed! I'm hooked. And Dr. Castillo has a keen sense of the natural, refreshed look in all that he does. I'm a convert! I will be back.

Dr Castillo was thorough, communicative, professional and did a great job with us. We had Botox, filler and even a mole removed and about a week out and everything is looking really good. Crossing our fingers that the scar from the mole is minimal as he said it would be. We would highly recommend! Update: Ok, I need to share this update. When I came to the clinic, I shared the units i typically received around eyes and forehead that allow for a nice gentle relaxing for the muscles and it looked natural. Still a bit of movement around the eyes and forehead. What I didn't realize was that he injects differently (90 degrees rather than 45 degrees as they do in Canada) and this seems to have made a HUGE difference in how the botox has affected my face. My forehead is completely frozen and has been for 4-5 days now, and there is absolutely no movement around my eyes, other than my eye lids are droopy and they are creasing in a weird way. My vision has blurred making it hard to see normally right now. I have never been this frozen, so it goes to show that injecting at 90 degrees and at the depth he goes to (BTW-each injections hurt more than ever, he confirmed it was due to the angle and depth he goes to) causes a much bigger impact. My thoughts are that he should have known that with his style of injecting, he should go less in units for those folks used to being injected at 45 degrees or to a shallower depth. I do believe this is a Dr's responsibility to know this and share this with his patients.

I was in town on vacation for a few weeks and decided to try a local doctor for Botox injections. I was a bit anxious at first as I’d never had any medical treatment out of the country. But when I entered Dr. Castillo’s office all of my worries were put to rest. It was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and I was greated with a friendly smile as I walked in. Dr. Castillo and staff provided the most amazing and professional service. He had great bedside manner and did an excellent and honest consultation, only providing what I needed to achieve optimal results. Before we got started with the injections, Dr. Castillo gently massaged and thoroughly cleaned my face. I felt as if I was getting a mini facial. Upon injecting, he was gentle and quick, causing very minimal pain. A week later, and I absolutely LOVE my results! So natural and all of my problem spots were addressed with satisfaction. I must say this was the best Botox job I ever had and at less than half of what I pay in the United States. I frequently visit Puerto Vallarta and now I’ll make sure to see Dr. Castillo during my trips for my cosmetic needs!

I've been coming here for a little while now, getting hydrafacials and more recently Dermapen treatments. The kindness, honesty, and care that Dr. Dario and Dr. Castillo give their patients is second to none. The actual premises are clean, modern, and comfortable too. I have some stubbon acne scarring and I can already see huge improvement after just one dermapen session. I have complete trust in their abilities and will be trying some other treatments in the near future - I won't go anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta for medspa services - and you shouldn't either!

If I could give Dr. Castillo and his staff 1,000 stars I would. The botox experience at Rejuvenate Clinic surpasses anything you will get in the USA. You'll get a mini facial before AND after the treatment. Another thing I appreciate about Dr. Castillo is that he is conservative with his treatments. In the USA they always want to give me 58 units of botox, he says 44 is just fine and let me tell you the results are better than anything in the USA. The results from my last treatment were beautiful--he just gets it. He stays up-to-date on industry trends by continual education. Go to Dr. Castillo I promise you won't be disappointed.

Came here on a friend’s recommendation and so glad I did. Dr. Castillo is a master injector! Minimal discomfort, so natural looking and fast. I had some bruising he caught quickly and gave me enzyme tablets to help it, and it healed in 5 days. I’m going back again before I go home and will definitely be coming back to see him. Everything about my experience with Dr. Castillo was completely beyond my expectations. From him selflessly fitting me in last minute on his day off, to his attention to detail, professionalism, patience and simply the way he took his time to listen, assess and execute seamlessly. I have been going to Dr. Castillo for two years on my 1-2 trips to PVR each year. The clinic/spa is two-fold - spa & clinic. Extremely professional, clean and peaceful. He and all staff are kind and extremely generous. Do not be in a rush. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST and will TAKE ALL THE TIME he needs to ensure you look exactly the way you want (of course, as medically possible and within reason). He WILL NOT inject, move product around with his fingers, send you away in 10 minutes and charge you thousands. He is METICULOUS and will check, double check and do what is needed to ensure your face is even and NOT OVERLY “done.” I now ask him what I need and trust him to choose and do it! Make the time for a follow-up visit. Be ready to be spoiled. I want to bring him to Chicago so all of my friends can have ahhhmazing treatments and results!

Since the moment I walked into Dr. Castillo's office I was treated like a person and not just a number. I received a complimentary facial BEFORE and AFTER my botox consultation (which is NOT common in the US). After my facial I met with Dr. Castillo himself and he listened to my concerns/wants and made appropriate recommendations. Came here for botox while visiting PV and had a great experience. The clinic was very modern and clean and all the staff were great. I was treated to a relaxing face cleansing/massage before the treatment. The doctor was wonderful, he didn't try to suggest anything that I didn't need and made sure everything was natural and not overdone. I had come in with a sunburn and afterwards they put a cooling/calming mask on and applied sunscreen. Amazing service for far less than I have paid in Canada! Highly recommend.

During vacationing in PV, I wanted to have some estethic procedures, I had botox and fillers, and I ended up getting a microneedling treatment as courtesy. I have such a great experience with Dr. Castillo and Dr. Dario, as well as the nurses Valeria and Maria, they are just the best! . What an incredible experience and service, I never had a service like they provide in the States. They are a great team and know what they are doing in every procedure. I'm going back to California but planning to come back to PV in a year for their treatments and service. I felt like they were a family and made me feel so comfortable and care. Dr.Castillo and his team are amazing. They speak fluent English and respond promptly on WhatsApp. My experience getting lip fillers at this clinic was so much better than in Canada. First they give you a “mini facial” to prep your face and then inject local anesthetic like a dentist to numb the lips and apply numbing cream. You don’t feel any pain! The Canadian clinic only gave topical numbing cream which honestly didn’t do anything for me. I am so pleased with the overall experience at Rejuvenate Clinic PV. I have already passed on the clinic information to family and friends living in PV to get their lip fillers and Botox. I will be sure to return for additional work anytime I am in PV.

Wow what a great experience. As a travelling Canadian I went to this clinic because of a good rating and reviews. I would like to add to their positive review. Professional Right from the start. I was not expecting the attention I was given. From the start I was given a great facial cleansing . Also a nice massage and cream on my arms to my hands. Then the consult and photos and your concerns. Dr Castillo was very good at listening and then suggestions on what he would like to do. The price was quite reasonable and it’s my face so I’m looking for experience not the cheapest. I highly recommend !!!
