Dr. Susan helped me so much. I cannot express how amazing it is to not be in pain and discomfort and I owe so much to her for helping me through it. I was visiting PV for a month for yoga training and booked an appointment with her due to discomfort and desperation. She is so intuitive and kind. She saw me regularly during my stay and I have never felt better in all of my life. Her adjustments and personalized treatment plan were just right for me. Oh my goodness!! Susan is amazing. I spent the last year living in PV and seeing Susan on a weekly basis. I had begun to assume that living with back pain was just what humans do. Well, it doesn’t have to be. Susan is so gifted, she has learned so many things that are pure magic…. i’m sure they’re not pure magic,.. but, I have no idea how she knows what to do! I have watched my body transform in one year. She listens carefully, she will refer you immediately when necessary, she’s tough love when you need it… she’s the gentle voice on the low days. Cranial work, clearing ear tubes and improving the ringing in my ears, digestion issues…. and on and on. This is, of course, in addition to the back treatments. (I was healing from a compression fracture in my mid back.) If you are in PV, book yourself an appointment. Your body will thank you!

Dr. Colby is the best chiropractor in the Bay. Note that the first visit price is rather expensive, but the subsequent visits are only slightly more than the others in the Bay. She is well worth the extra cost.

Dr. Colby is AMAZING!!! She is a miracle worker! Not only has she helped me get rid of an unpleasant pain on my lower back but she has also worked wonders with the pain around my hiatal hernia. She is an angel and her office is clean and organized. I highly recommend her.

Was suffering with neck and back stiffness and pain as well as limited mobility in my neck and right shoulder. What a blessing Dr Susan Colby is. I was cruising into Puerto Vallarta and had experienced excruciating pain in my body just prior to boarding our cruise. Always hopeful I carried on to ensure my family would not miss out on this adventure. Unfortunately my body had other plans. I found her through a Yelp inquiry and booked an appointment online. Her staff called to confirm some details as we anchored in PV and I saw her that afternoon. Let me tell you, Dr Colby knows her stuff!!! After doing a thorough examination of what was going on with me she worked her magic. I have used chiropractors for years and she is the real deal people. I got off the table and felt immediate relief. It took a couple of days for full recovery (as it does with any holistic procedure) but I saw her on Wednesday and by Friday AMAZING I was 100% and enjoying activities with my family and friends again. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me to have this encounter and hope to visit her again when we return. If she was closer to home I’d change chiropractors in a heartbeat. I am truly grateful and appreciative of Dr. Colbys knowledge, talent, abilities, and professionalism as a practitioner. After an acute severe lumbar pain flare up ( perhaps too much golfing over the past month - sciatica? ) left me literally having trouble taking a deep breath, bending over, or getting out of bed, Dr. Colby accurately and thoroughly assessed my status, and successfully treated me in her clinic. I was able to walk out of her clinic after one treatment in disbelief that I was almost pain free. Her follow up advice was also very beneficial and I returned for one additional treatment before I flew home. I walked into Dr Colby's office bent over and in pain. It was a good 8 days worth when I finally decided to get it looked after. After 20 minutes of her working on me, I got up, stood upright and walked out pain free. One very happy patient.

Dr. Susan Colby is the BEST 'Body-Brain-Worker' I have ever been to! She is so much more than a Chiropractor. She understands the importance of all the cranial bones (head/face) to set the path for all the rest of the bones to follow. If your Chiro doesn't put a glove on and address your maxilla and cranial sutures...then they just don't get it!

Awesome experience, feeling much lighter. Loved her approach to figuring out what were the areas that required attention. She does not rush through her patients.

I am used to see my chiropractor weekly at home. So after being in Mexico for over a month, my body was not happy. And since I am here for medical reasons, I figured finding a chiropractor would be beneficial. Finding Dr Colby changed SO MUCH! I was having gut issues and so much pain before I went in. And everything has been working so much better since and I am not waking up in pain. Her approach is unique, she dose not practice traditional chiropractic care which I believe is way better! She is more hands on and understanding that force on the body to put things back in place is not the best/safest way to help the body. I really respect her way of healing, looking forward to going back next week! If you are in need of an 'adjustment' - I highly recommend Dr Colby, she will help you in more ways than you except! I was very skeptical of the amazing reviews, thought they must all be friends. But wow I was so glad I was so wrong, Susan is a kind and superior human being, a highly intuitive and extremely intelligent doctor. So I am now writing this to thank Susan and yes I now also call her my friend.

I highly recommend Dr Susan. I came to her hoping to be able to lessen the discomfort I was experiencing in my neck/shoulder area and my lower back. These were issues I had for numerous years. I found her to be amazingly helpful! She seems to have an intuitive muscle knot radar. I am very impressed (and pleased) that she is trained in an assortment of techniques and found her style of deep controlled pressure to be very effective. She was definitely able to make a noticeable improvement for me. I will certainly resume visits to her upon my next season in PV. I only wish I would have found her sooner!

Dr. Susan is nothing but amazing! 4 weeks ago I severely injured my low back. I could barely walk. I couldn’t sit without being in excruciating pain and getting out of bed was a task in itself. After only 3 appointments, Dr. Susan had me pretty much back to my old self. Her passion and love for not only the profession but her clients’ well-being is clear. I have been to two other chiropractors over the years. They were good and had a firm style. Susan works quite differently and I really appreciate her less aggressive style with excellent results.
