In the 8 years that Colina Free Spay and Neuter Clinic has been in operation (pun intended), over 6,500 animals have been sterilized and greatly has decreased the population of uncared for, unwanted, stray cats and dogs in Puerto Vallarta. Colina allows families, people with limited income as well as the Rescue Community an affordable resource. It is professional, caring and a wonderful contribution to the community.

This is a tough one, When People find a stray in your neighborhood. People search for the owner in a lot of cases the stray is exactly that. You decide to keep your 4 footed friend. Take it to the Vet and ask how much to have your friend fixed so no children. Colina every Sat (line up at 7:30 AM) does a neuter clinic for Donations. They accept 15 animals for the day. They also offer for a Deposit a Kennel to help get your Friend there. You pick them up at 3:00 PM. Donations are the key to keeping the facility running.

This clinic would get a 4 for the service, and a 2 for the owner! (Volunteers staff was great!!!) But the owner... She was VERY rude to a local women when I was there for absolutely no reason! If they didn't do the good deed of spay and neuter by donation! I would never recommend this clinic! I was appalled by the owners attitude! As was the friend I was with!

Opens 8:30am every Saturday. Get there at 7:30 ideally as they typically only accept 15 animals for their free spay neuter clinic. Staffed by volunteers, leave a donation to help pay for the vet and supplies please!

A very special place bran by very special people who give their time on their only day off to help control the homeless dog and cat problem in Puerto Vallarta. Sundays only 7:30-4:00. Drop off no later than 8:00 pickup your pet at 4:00.

Two of my animals were fixed. This organization is awesome! Well worth supporting, too! Their doctor is awesome, too! Very experienced. I cannot thank them enough. And that Lidia, she is a perfect gem! She is dedicated. And their attending nurse doesn't stop making sure your baby is just fine. I personally am grateful 🙏 for that!
