I love this place! They have all you need for our pets. Plus every weekend they have either puppies or kitties for adoption, I adopted my fur baby with them and they were checking every month for almost a year if he was doing ok, that says a lot! They even gave him a birthday present ♥️

Well stocked and everyone is friendly. I don’t think their grooming services are particularly worth it. Our dogs toenails weren’t cut. His teeth weren’t cleaned. Maybe he was washed and brushed? They definitely sprayed him with doggy fragrance so that was nice. Overall disappointed.

Extremely nice people and outstanding service. The vet we seen was so caring and thorough with our dog. Better than any service in the US. Dog washing was very affordable as well. Highly recommend!

Love this store. Good selection of Royal Canin and Science Diet. Toys, leashes etc. Everything you'll need for all other types of animals too. And they have grooming and a vet on site so it's a really good one stop shop. Definitely recommend.

The veterinarian here is extremely good. I love the way he treats my animal. They seem to have the right equipment, too. However, they don't have a pet hotel. Also, they have a good selection of healthy foods for our pets, and the vet can just go out and recommend one.

Great store. Has everything you need. It just takes so long to check out. Just needs a speedier system in place. Better today. Great people and selection.

We love taking our baby there. They all welcome him and he gets super excited when we pull in the parking lot. Which there is a lot of parking and lots of wheelchair. Prices are what you would find else where but they always have great deals. They do grooming here also but have not checked it out. They sell fish and birds and I learned today they have animals to adopt as well. Always friendly customer service, great rewards, clean and a friendly spot to take your dog Updated: We got Fonzi groomed. We checked around at three other places and PetCos pricing was the best. Plus the PetCo membership gets you a discount. It was our 11 month old Australian Shepherds first time at a groomer and they took such good care of him. Highly recommended.

Needed dietary food as vet recommended Staff helpful, friendly and courteous! Went out of their way to assist me 2 days ago to get the dog food I needed. Always do kind to my dogs. Highly recommend Petco.

Dog training at Petco Fluvial, Puerto Vallarta: really good trainers. Sympathetic. Intelligent. Articulate. And they really train the owners as much as the dogs. We were surprised at how quickly our dogs learned and became better behaved. Highly recommended.

We have a teacup chihuahua that we have been bringing their for the past 4 months. They have saved our dogs life 3-4 times now. Love this store.

Nice and clean store. Much smaller than the ones in the states. You can probably find all that you need for pets. Will come back to buy a betta fish!

Same great service as Petco in the U S... Maybe actually better :) . Love that they also carry some Mexico produced high quality canine food. Got a free sample of Full Trust dod food and our Doberman loves it . Will switch to it as soon as current food is gone.

They have 100% lost me as a customer. Not only are they extremely over priced - which I partially get because of importation for certain foods, but even their dog beds and bowls and everything is. That’s not even the main concern for my review. If I could give negative stars I would. After buying this expensive bag of dog food, I open it to find a COCKROACH inside!! And it was still alive!!! Absolutely disgusting and they need better quality control!!

We had a problem getting a heart medication for our dog. The people at Pet inn, the vet operation at this PetCo, were fantastic! It took time and persistence to get the meds, but these folks, especially Dr Katia, we're great and communicated with us every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy to find this store. It's been very hit and miss in Puerto Vallarta for pet foods and accessories. Great spot.

Well stocked with most everything you could want for pets. My pets are two dogs and I buy their organic dry dog food.

Expansive but definitely the most thorough collection of dog cat at ferret stuff in Vallarta. I got my dog named "dogbambi" a treat she loved. It was great seeing how they have such a nice selection.

We get our pup's nails done here and the staff are great. Also great selection of goodies for your furry friends.

Lots of options and products for pets. Staff didn’t seem to know much when asking about kibbles for pets with allergies. Just make sure to do your own research and not rely on their opinions.

Was here to see the vet. They inspected our cat very thoroughly, have the treatment, recommended all the future steps. Variety of products for pets is also great, we found all the things that were missing!

Grooming was wonderful. My 15 year old Shih Tzu had a medicated skin treatment shampoo followed by some hair and claw trimming. I was able to watch her occasionally as the work is fully transparent. The prices are very reasonable. My little dog was very energetic and happy herself. She would have acted differently had she been unhappy with the treatment.
