    This is a dirty 20x20 foot fountain with a lot of sad turtles and some koi in the beating hot sun.

    Interesting area in La Isla outdoor shopping mall. Nice place to walk around and shopping is higher end stores. Starbucks and small free standing food kiosk style restaurants.

    Kids around were enjoying it. Its nothing special. There are some turtles n koi fish. Stores around and a place to have a beer infront of it.... fun for kids for couple of minutes... i guess.
