The workers at the door aren’t very friendly. They appeared to be stocked well and the restrooms were ok. The prices all seemed to be the same as any other Sam’s in the US. Not many good deals to be found.

Horrible experience. The wait time to pay was ridiculous and then I brought liquor and had to go to customer service to get the bottle I paid for on another line. Customer service cleared out all the locals and left us standing there. I finally requested a refund. Horrible service and attitudes!

Really disappointed in Sam's Club. The check out lines have no counter space, and juggling the items in your basket or having to place them on the floor during check out is really just unnecessary. Also, they have begun charging to PARK YOUR CAR in their parking lot. Already paying for membership - what's next?

Nothing special here. The store is large and well stocked. The store was not busy or crowded. Horrible membership services. I think that are paid to ignore their customers.

I would avoid the food court here. Probably goes without saying, but nothing like Costco after I've been a few times now. The pizza is just frozen and reheated, it's open air so there were a lot of flies/bugs and my stomach was none to happy the next day. Sam's club itself is fine, what you would expect from the Walmart equivalent of a warehouse store.

I haven't been a Sam's Club member for over 20 years. A Groupon offer came in my e-mail and it was hard to resist. I'm a Costco fan & feel better shopping there than at Walmart/Sam's Club. Is there a website w/ funny pictures of Costco members? I got the membership for my wife (complementary membership) for her visits to Mexico. I was please with the employees (cashier)! He needed to look-up a code in a notebook to make my American membership work. He was fast and got me out of there quick! Try to use cash! Using a credit card will cost you more. Lastly, my wife needed the membership card to buy food at the food court. Kind of a drag.

Worst ever. Sam Walton called and wants his name off the building. The Wal-Mart next door was in MUCH better condition.

Nicely laid out stores. Employees were helpful in connecting us with the items we were looking for. The store was highly accessible and every employee was very willing to help. A little less selection than the Costco down the road, but all the fan favourites are here.

The checkouts seem to always be extremely slow. I do not recommend this place unless you enjoy standing in line for a long, long time.

Sam's club in Vallarta feels a bit dark and dingy. Since there is also a Costco, which offers a wider selection and more inviting atmosphere, I would prefer going there.

Always a good place to get bargains

You can get in the front door with your Sam's club card, but you need to go to the service desk to check out. I really liked the way it was the same but totally different.

It’s very interesting going to Sam’s in different countries. They have similar and unique items for sale. The food court was excellent. Had an amazing hamburger.

Some good prices but bad service, not well stocked, and a bit dirty. Costco is much nicer.

Very good place problem is. If you have. Mambershp car. You can't Buy any thing. I think better to accept cash. To for emergency

The quality seems better than Walmart regular. Able to find virtually everything I'm looking for.

The service is super friendly at Sam's club Puerto Vallarta. It has very decent products and they're slightly cheaper than its competition Costco.

Sam's and Walmart have started charging for parking in their lot next to Liverpool PV. There are no Instructions in english and from what I can tell little in Spanish either. When you go to pay there are 3 pay machines, one out of order. Again few Instructions and no English. We will not be shopping at Walmart or Sam's again. Too much work to get in and out.

I paid on the app. Scan and go it's a great time Saver. Remember bringing your membership they're serious about it

good selection of items...different from Costco. Well priced wines, many different items, great frozen goods selection, wider selection of bed linens and good organizational shelves and cupboards. Never as busy as Costco. Friendly staff. Great product expert in Appliances, TV and Home Entertainment called Alberto who is now at Liverpool store. Fluent in English

Great place. But, they sell charcoal for your BBQ pit, but don't have the starter fluid. But next door at Walmart they have it.

Had to go back to Sam's after a delivery that was scheduled for Friday was a no show, no call.... nothing. I waited over an hour at customer service when they finally scheduled a next day delivery at 10am. I was clear, I was not moved in yet and to make sure it's delivered on or afterbutnot earlier. Delivered at 9am.... lucky the front desk made arrangements to hold it on my behalf. It was an inconvenience, hope this was a one time thing.

Good location . Wide choices and competitive prices.

They had a convenient location relative to the cruise port and had just wat we needed.

Great place to get your Covid test before leaving only 200 pesos, everywhere else was charging 650 pesos or more and made you wait

I agree about the food court. I was so very sick last January from eating a hot dog there.

It is Sams Club, what can you say. Usual Sam's Club items and quality, and typical Sam's Club service...not much. If you have the option go to Costco instead, a different world of far superior experiences. Just about 3 to 5 minutes away.

Sam's has no carts and they tell customers to wait outside until we can get a cart, so there are people waiting outside, had to go to Walmart and take 1 of there carts to use, very inconvenient,.
