This is the best vegan/vegetarian restaurant in PV. Menu changes on a daily basis and it comes as a 3-course meal. The owner is super creative with her plates, using ingredients in season and in ways you would never expect. Highly recommend!!!

A Gem of gems!!!I don't normally write reviews but I am compelled to in this situation. The absolutely BEST vegan food I have ever had and I've been eating it for over a decade. The love and passion that is poured into this food tremendous!! Magdalena is a brilliant cook and her love and passion is very apparent when u meet her. It was such an amazing experience and one I will treasure forever, that's how good my experience was. The frozen jackfruit, veggie fettuccine, jackfruit lasagna, tapioca pudding, etc etc the list goes on. If anyone travels to Puerto Vallarta or is in the area, please go and make it a point to eat here. You will not be disappointed! We will be back!

I wasn't expecting to find a lot of Mexican vegetarian food, but I was wrong! Corazón has fantastic and wholesome food, prepared fresh, which is as tasty as it is healthful. I recommend it, even though I'm not vegetarian. Whenever I eat here, I leave feeling energetic and vital. It's a hidden gem.

So homey and delicious! We were on the hunt for vegetarian Mexican food and her restaurant was the best hidden find. The food tasted light and filling (instead of traditionally heavy). The breakfast menu is available every day, but she adjusts the lunch menu every day. I felt like I was in a granny’s kitchen eating homemade food. Thank you !

Maybe it was just a bad day, because I ordered some kind of tamal that was absolutely tasteless. The waiter didn't know the answers to any of my questions. But I've there on other days and it was good.

This is an absolutely amazing place for vegetarian and vegan options for Mexican food. The owner explained in detail all the dishes that were available and also served us delicious starters and soups. It's a must visit for veggie lovers and people from the Indian Subcontinent will surely love it
