Average furniture; great selection of housewares, organization tools and little gadgets. Payment system is awkward; purchases on main floor need to be paid on upper floor. Office had two clerks sitting; 2 terminal machines and only one person was helping the three of us in line.Second clerk was not busy and just staring into space. Not customer focused at all. Sales Clerk downstairs was very good though.

If I could give it zero stars I would . New Management Mr Rodriguez is terrible . Left us waiting all day for furniture delivery. Told us at first 11am ,230 pm , 5pm and then 8pm. Truck arrives at 8pm with zero of our times. Go the store they said nothing we can do. Had renter moving in the next day, I had to pick up everything at the store in my own truck .They sold me new items and they never even had them in stock had to get demo items as I had no choice . Mr Rodriguez was zero help worst Manager I have ever seen.

New Management Mr Rodriguez is worst manager in the world. They told me 3 days in row they would deliver my furniture never did. At the end of the day on the last day when they told me sorry next day. I went o the store and hired a truck and their employees to bring it to me after hours. He has no customer Service even his own employees said he has no idea what he is doing

Great store, nice staff, had a bit of issue with policy when a friend purchased a cuartrimoto, or quad lol after taking it out the front and riding it down the lot, it stalled and would not start, we pusjed it back, then they said they would not keep it till the next day to fix it, we would have to take it home, when the intention was to ride it home! ( Yes that's legal! ) Then bring it back to them the next day! Which turned out to be wrong, we had to take it to the service place! Not an issue now that I know all this( note the service place is italika, in Pitilal, and the Jordy there is THE MAN!! I digress at the time it was tough and my friend was very distraught as it was a hassle to deal with after paying cash, 34000 pesos for it! This store like many others need to look more into after sale service! Not to maintain, but for this type of event, it could have easily sat in the shop overnight! If we had paid and said we will take it the next day there would not have been a problem.... The liability on it being there cannot be so great, as to offset the cost of lossing future customers! I later bought a 250 Enduro from somewhere else because of this incident!

Need some new furniture, appliances, computer..or maybe a motorcycle! Well this is the place to get it.. you name it for the casa it's here, and what I seen the prices were not bad. The staff gave us room to look around and when we need assistance.. they were fast and friendly. Recommended. Barry 🇨🇦
