In general terms food was bad and gave me the runs, it lacks of flavor, not sure what it is but is like "plastic food", almost as instant noodles. Hostess was very rude and denied having tables open even when restaurant was half empty. I feel for Puerto Vallarta true residents that have to put up with all these bad services, but that is consequence of corruption and what cheap money makes to a town.

Great Italian food and service! Reminds me of Carrabba's in the U.S. I really enjoyed the spaghetti with the chicken, excellent. Very attentive service, but can be a little noisy. The server actually closed the sliding doors to the little room we are in, too muffle the loud talking in the main dining area. Thank you!

Service is really good here, the bread, the appetizers, the pasta was all of quality. If you are looking for some good pasta while you are in puerto Vallarta, and something not too upscale, this is your spot. The rose option they have it’s super good! Highly recommend this place!

Great service from Angel and Ceasar. Cold AC. They bring you bread and herbs and oil and balsamic which is amazing. Drinks were good. We had the spaghetti and Alfredo with chicken. We will be back for sure.

I was very impressed with this restaurant. The attention to detail is amazing. A cart was rolled to our table to make the cocktails, as well as my pasta which is the best pasta I've ever had! The staff was very attentive and I feel the price was worth it.

Fantastic dining unbelievable service friendly beautiful atmosphere. Had fettuccine Alfredo made at my table such a unique delicious dish. My wife had Margarita Pizza. Nice restaurant and decent food. Inexpensive wine selection. Very good service. Atmosphere was like a chain restaurant/cafeteria. The stuffed mushrooms appetizer was delicious, as was the wood-fired pizza. The seafood spaghetti was okay and had very little seafood. Stick with the pizzas. The others we saw looked great as well.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I ordered the "Pasta alla routa parmisanio" and I have ascended to a different plane of existance. My third eye has opened. I felt like the guy from the movie Ratatouille when he eats the ratatouille. The best pasta I've had in my entire life - even as a self proclaimed pasta connoisseur. When your meal is ready a big cart is brought to your table. They cook it on a portable stove in front of you and add sauce and pepper. The man then scaraped a good chunk of cheese from a giant full sized cheese wheel sitting readily waiting on his cart. Then, they cooked the already delectable pasta a bit more and plopped it into the cheese wheel. It was then all stirred together with the cheese melting into the pasta. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. Then, he poured the pasta onto the plate and added truffle sauce on top with truffle shavings. I had a bite and was instantly stunned. The noodles were obviously fresh. The sauce was creamy and cheesy. The truffles and truffle oil added an interesting woody tang but nothing that was overpowering to the cream and cheese. They danced perfectly in sync on my tongue. I savored every single bite, not eating for hunger but for enjoyment and satisfaction. If you by chance are in Porta Vallarta Mexico, I highly encourage to try this for yourself. The meal, with the show, was very reasonably priced. The service was fast and easy to talk to even if you do not speak Spanish. The portions were generously sized, I even had leftovers to take home. I am going to think about the perfection that this pasta is for the rest of my life. I would do anything to eat this pasta again. I highly suggest you try this. Do it for me.

Updated: Our server, Graciela, was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, kind, and very attentive to our needs. I personally think she looks like a graceful ballerina! She made is an incredible experience! The atmosphere was a lot better during the day. The music wasn't overbearing and we could easily hear and converse with one another. FETTUCCINI ALLA ROUTA PARMEGIANO was the dish I had on this visit, recommended by Graciela as her favorite. The presentation of my dish was so neat! My dish was made right at the table (video included). The texture of the pasta was amazingggg, one of the best pasta experiences ever! The shrimp from my dish and the fried calamari was a little bit overcooked, making the seafood more chewy and less succulent. ORZO DI MARE ALLA CHAMPAGNE, the dish I had the night before, the seafood was well-prepared and preserved both the texture, moisture and taste of the seafood! My daughter had the SPAGHETTI POSITANO dish. She seemed to enjoy it. _______________________ Miguel Leal is outstanding! We had experienced a minor issue that he resolved quickly and effectively. While we spoke, I felt heard, respected, and my feelings validated. This is so very much appreciated. Very impressed by how he handled a messy situation with ease, kindness, and empathy. We were quickly seated with no wait time at all and they were very accomodating to allow us to store our luggage along the wall while we dined. Our server was very kind and sweet. The food was delicious. My daughter, an extremely picky eater devoured her Magherita pizza, while I enjoyed my seafood orzo. I found my dish delicious, except that there was a tad too much salt on the orzo. This is pretty typical of many restaurants, so it didn't bother me that much. I was very happy with how pleased my daughter was because meal times sometimes can be very difficult with her picky preferences. The restaurant itself is very clean, and modern. It has an upscale feel. We were seated right underneath the TV and it was extremely loud where we could not converse with each other without straining, nor could we converse easily with the wait staff. It would've been preferable to have an option for a separate part of the restaurant that wasn't loud like a sports bar for normal family dining, as opposed to sports enthusiasts.

Really good food. They have a parking lot out front but it is pretty packed. There were a lot of people waiting out front when we arrived, but people got seated quickly. They were able to find a place for us as well after maybe a 15 minute wait. They came out with the complimentary bread with the olive oil and vinegar sauce after a short wait. We got the marinara pasta, and a chicken with spinach as side. Everything was done perfectly. Also got a drink, and everything came out to around $50 usd. Pretty good value compared to the US for sure.

A very traditional and rich Italian cuisine. Lemonades and Margaritas tasted delicious! The only unfortunate was that the food wasn't provided at the same time and took quite a long time to get it.

Delicious and tastefully authentic Italian cuisine. I had the ravioli stuffed with crab and it was divine. The sauce was so good. Hubby had the chicken briani with risotto and he loved it. He hardly can finish it. The bread and oil for dipping they give you in the beginning is also very yummy. I had a Fresa fragolo drink and it was sooooo delicious Friday night make a reservation recommended. It is kind of chilly in there and there's outside seating as well. Quite a bit of parking that is shared with another restaurant. You have to try the sausage stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. It is bloody delicious.

So good we ate here TWICE in a week! And we NEVER do that! Tableside pasta tossed in Parmesan wheel, tableside cocktails, everything was full of flavor! They cater to kids as well, let them build their own pizza at the table! Great food, great service, and I’m Italian! Eat here you won’t be disappointed!

Great Italian restaurant! Beautiful interior. The Manager, Christian, is very understanding to customer's needs. The staff are pleasure. We had the calamari fruito misto which was so tender and delicious. This is a hard plate to get it right and they did it! The Cesar salad for should be enough for two people. They make their own pasta. It looked good and hot. People were celebrating birthdays and having a wonderful time enjoying this fine dining restaurant. You can't go wrong eating here. Not to mention, the food prices are easy to live with, too! The specialty drinks are delicious! We had the Lemoncello martini. It was a great way to start the evening with your love one!

Attended for a large, 34 people, birthday celebration during the early dinner hours. There was minimal lag in service with such a large group which was very appreciated! Food was delicious, and complimentary pre dinner fresh baked sourdough with balsamic vinegar and herbs for dipping. Entrees ordered were Fettuccini Abbraccio with shrimp and Chicken Parmigiana with herbed French Fries as a side. Huge portions!

This place is top notch. The service was unbelievable. All the servers were so nice and attentive especially Eric & Leon. The food was excellant too. We had stuffed mushrooms and ceaser salad to start followed by a pork chop with yummy lental soup and pasta. And fettuchinni with grilled shrimp. Both dishes are highly recommended. Beautiful restaurant, with excellent service and amazing dishes. The food is wonderful, from pizza to Stromboli to ravioli and more. Fresh bread and olive oil & vinegar dip is the perfect starter. Absolutely recommend in PV.

Wow.. this place is probably one of the top 3 restaurants I've had the privilege to eat at in my life, and that says alot since I've travelled the world. Service is a 10/10, food quality is an 11/10 .. bravo, highly highly recommended ❤️

We decided to try some Italian fare here in Mexico - and Abbraccio Cucina Italiana did not disappoint! We shared the Burratta Caprese - the mozzarella was fresh as were the tomatoes. I ordered the Margherita pizza which was delicious! Such yummy sauce. My partner got the Di Maré - it was also very good. We ordered drinks as well - I got the white wine sangria and he tried the Amaretto Dolche. Both were delectable. Give them a try!

Firstly the good part. The service is good. Staff is attentive and very friendly. You can tell they try their best to give you a good dining experience. They serve hot bread with olive oil and vinegar infused with garlic and various herbs which is delicious. Unfortunately that is the best part of the meal. We ordered Ravioli Di Mare and Tre Carni Pizza. The crab stuffing of the ravioli is quite fishy and mushy. The cream sauce is just ok, pretty standard but the grilled shrimp is dry and overcooked. I cannot even eat the third ravioli. Yes, that bad. I only had one bite of the pizza and well, it’s a pizza. Not returning.

Had a wonderful tasty Italian meal tonight at Abbraccio's in PV, our first time there. The food, the service & environment was spot on! Prices were very reasonable as well. We were extremely impressed with it. DEFINATELY will be going back.

We visited this restaurant based on online reviews and it did NOT disappoint! The food was amazing, staff were friendly and very attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a a casual date night for our anniversary. We ordered the Prosciutto E Pesto wood-fired pizza and lasagna with a Pinot Noir. I am a pizza fanatic and this pizza was AMAZING! It was more food than we could eat between my husband. They have a good selection of desserts, we ordered the the Crostata Di Banana Crème De Nocciole which was rich/sweet and also very good. Definitely a 5 star review. Follow me and I’ll follow you.
