Smaller casino no real vibe the charge you 60c 10.5 pesos for your players card the only way you can use the machines but all and all I would return It was fun.

You are a looser before you begin playing at this casino. I bought 200 pesos on my play card but only had 191 when inserted in machine. So I tried the restaurant . The grilled fish had to be sent back for lack of doneness.. Final product was so so at best. .

It would of been a hit! Except the lady at the card table, didn't know how to play . She cheated you don't drop duce's in one hand..they get split! She did movidas that were not professional.. 🙈 needs to go back to card dealers school!

Pretty small slot machine area. They had a real roulette table though. Also a couple card tables, 21 & Texas Holdem. Place even had a few booths to order food and they had a full bar. When I was there, they had NBA playing on the T.V. sets in the sports booking area.

This is Mexico, not Las Vegas. Count your chips before offering them to cashier cage for cash. I will never go back !

It's not a bad casino. My card was causing me lots of problems which made my time their kind of suck. The staff was really cool and friendly and they helped me.out with my card. As far as casinos go its a decent one.

Terrible slot odds. One small live hold em table. 2 blackjack tables 50 peso minimum until 9 pm then 100. Roulette table. Don't use the ATM I was ripped off.

This casino pumps out the music in the street all night. Regardless if the casino has anyone in it or not. There is a hotel attached to the building and several by it. The music that is non stop is obtrusive. Inside the casino which is not well lit and quite seedy. It's dark and dingy and has the oder of a business that has 50 years heavy smoking inside.

Worst casino I’ve ever been to as a tourist …. Managers were so rude and disrespectful. Ruined our fun with an honest mistake made by dealer. The dealer was completely innocent, but these guys ruined everyone’s night. Stay away from these rude managers if you wanna have fun. I feel so bad for the dealer cause I’m positive she is stuck with these brutal people. FYI we didn’t lose money, but they way they treated us and everybody else through us off. They have no clue about customer service. Hazards people!

If you go to the bar area and have some drinks and food... Ask for Maritza, she will take amazing care of you. The A/C is strong, domestic beers are 35 pesos, house margs/mojitos are 75 pesos... Not a terrible place to be!!!

Very small casino if your used to vegas. They have a separate smoking and non smoking areas. They only had 1 blackjack table amd it was full. Seems like they should have more than just 1.

This review is about the restaurant in the casino. My husband and I come to PV twice per year and usually visit the casino for his sports betting. During our visit in November of 2022, we decided to give the casino restaurant a try, and we were pleasantly surprised. My husband had the burger and fries, and I had the shrimp cheviche and the aguachile with specialty micheladas, which were amazing. Fast forward to this week and our decision to go back, and what a DISSAPOINTMENT. He had the burger, which was ok, but they had forgotten the bacon, no big deal. I went for the aguachile, which was literally inedible, contained cooked shrimp, and was literally swimming in a bowl of blended chiles. The first bite set my mouth on fire so badly that I could not taste my food as everything went completely numb. I know what you are thinking "this lady isn't used to hot and spicey food" but that is definitely not the case, I eat all kinds of peppers and spicy foods so I am not a stanger to hot hot hot but this was so unbearable that I couldn't eat it. It was the type of hot that stops you from tasting anything. it just leaves you with an uncomfortable feeling you wish would go away. It literally numbed the interior and exterior of my mouth, and I could not taste anything. A true and utter disappointment. Even when I asked the waiter for a plate so I could fish out the shrimp to scrape off the chili sauce to attempt to eat, he didn't clue in that something was wrong. Also, the micheladas were a disappointment. The first time they were so delicious but not this time. I was looking forward to the return experience, but what a disappointment. I do not recommend whatsoever.

Smoking!!! There is no air exchange or even exhausting of air so the cigarette smoke fills the entire casino (including the non smoking area) so much so that the air is so blue you can't see through the smoke to see the other end of the small casino. Your eyes, nose and throat burn so much after a short stay. The music is played extremely loud at all times on speakers that were designed for basic Public Address and not music. It is so loud you have to yell to your partner to speak with them. Then when they run the so-called bingo the woman speaking is even louder. The slots are basic, somewhat outdated. The casino requires you to load a players card with funds to play the machines, no big deal, however they charge a fee (tax) to load funds then again charge a fee (tax) to withdraw funds. This is a casino commission and not a tax by the state or country.

Crowded because of too many machines and very smokey. The Winclub Casino located closer to the Puerto Vallarta airport is a much better location!

Sit in the air conditioning with a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Really good food (club sandwich with fries, chicken burritos, etc.) for less than a hundred pesos with free water and coffee.

😠 I do not recommend this casino especially to tourists. Firstly, the staff are incredibly rude and when you highlight it to a supervisor they do not care. If you need a restroom break and you are sitting at a table, your seat will not be saved. Really ??? Secondly, their drinks are spiked. I felt diz...
