You get what you pay for. The location is great if you like clubbing. It's literally right in the middle of the club district. Very loud at night. The bed is amazing. Shower 🚿 pressure could be better. The room is a good size, but it is not designed well. Friendly staff. Be aware you cannot check-in until 3pm cause no one is there until then.

The Hotel is as centrally located as it gets. Literally next to all the bars. Don’t let the windowless blue metal doors that look like a prison fool you. The rooms are better than expected. Rooftop Pool is small but nice. Great value. Guests are an older crowd. Predominantly gay men. Here’s the kicker- it shares a wall with Wet Dreams, which is a disreputable strip joint. The music vibrates through the walls till 2am depending on your location in the hotel. Here is something weird, there is no reception or front desk till 3pm. I mean NOONE. the front office is locked till then. That goes for check in and check out. I’ve never seen a hotel like this. Thy require a 500peso ($40usd) cash deposit which isn’t mentioned online. Since the office is closed and Check out is noon, you have to track down the house keeper to check out and get your money back. They will knock on your door at noon to make sure you check out. Overall it’s a great value but the reception thing is sketchy.

As mentioned in my last post. Nice room and hotel, except you can't sleep here. The party noise from the Gay Club shakes the room. The vibrations from the music are unbearable. The queers dance and party till 5 am. every day. The staff said they are aware of it and can't move me without management approval. They sent me to the sister hotel to speak to management, as they just wanted me to go away. I spoke to the hotel manager Monica. She was only interested in raising the price on me in order to assist me. Money was her only objective. I simply wanted another room away from the gay club or move me to the other hotel. Monica was getting her point across. If you want a quiet place, then it will cost more money. Even in the pool area, there were two gay guys arguing if I was queer or not. What an awful experience.

This hotel is very very bad! Beware that the hotel doesn’t open its doors to its guest till 3pm! Not even to wait in the lobby or drop off your luggage’s! I had a really bad experience with them. I arrived at 11am thinking I would at least be able to step inside and wait till 3pm check inn time and I was so wrong! Doors were fully closed and locked! I had no choice but to book somewhere else since I’m not from this country and I felt very uncomfortable standing outside in the middle of the street with all my belongings. So I tried to cancel thru Expedia and I explained to them my situation so they can reason with the hotel to not charge me for 1 night + tax for canceling and they wouldn’t reason at all! So I myself called and tried to explain to them as to why I was canceling and they still wouldn’t reason. The lady was super rude saying that was the policy and that Is that. I told her I understood check inn is at 3pm but what place keeps its doors closed to there guest till 3pm! And she flat out said “We do”! Overall beware of this unprofessional please and that rude lady!

DO NOT STAY THERE!!! it would ruin your vacation!!!! I stayed for 8 days, they DO NOT HAVE AC, YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY $10 DOLLARS PER DAY, HOT WATER WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, AC UNIT BROKE SEVERAL TIMES, WIFI WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH! AND DID NOT WORK FOR 4 DAYS!!! THEY STeal YOUR THINGS WHEN THEY CLEAN YOUR ROOM!! THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE HOTEL IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SEEMS NOT TO CARE ABOUT ANYTHING!!! I COMPLAINED AND THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!! I TRAVEL A LOT AND THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED.

Reasonably priced budget accommodation with a sundeck and "dipping" pool on the roof. Provides free reverse-osmosis purified water and coffee in the first floor "atrium". however there is now a $200MXN/day surcharge for air conditioninq. Two floor walk-up rooms with full fridge and gas range. Convenient to shops & restaurants in the Romantic Zone and only 3 blocks to the beach. Muffled music can be heard from the pub next door, but not too disturbing. Daily room service is excellent but front desk is only available from 15h00 to 22h00, a little inconvenient when checking in.

This is a very nice place. Well appointed and we'll looked after. The rooms on the street side can be noisy but that's my only complaint. Would definitely stay there again.

We came for the location, and were pleasantly surprised by the classic, traditional decor. Quite a charming suite! It is more on the rustic side, but if we wanted the boring hotel, we would have gone there. Perfect mattress! There WILL be some noise after midnight. This is an entertainment district, but we slept beautifully with the $3.23 set of ear plus from Amazon. Don't go to Zona Romantica without them ;-) Gilberto, Roberto, and Lupita were perfect hosts! Just a few blocks from the beach, and only 300 m from The Fit Club, a very clean, well equipped gym we joined for only 499 Pesos each for the week. In fact, we walked to everywhere we wanted to go on this last trip. Oh, and the pool on the top deck is a great place to chill out and relax. We shall greatly look forward to returning!

A great hotel with suites. Beds were a little firm but everything else was pretty good. Only thing is it's in the bar zone so can be noisy until early morning.
