I came here almost a year ago thinking I’d receive my money’s worth on a face lift/foxy eye look with threads service they offered, and absolutely came out devastated to not see one bit of change. I contacted the owner who reassured me I’d spot a change within time, which was completely false! She then stated that I would require makeup to achieve the results I wanted! Why would you tell me otherwise during the consultation, and then in the end to just say all I need is makeup for the look I want as if that makes any type of sense. I paid over $1k dollars for this to be done, so I would have expected top tier service. There’s plenty of other places in PV who would’ve done this and MORE with what I paid. Beware and make sure to do your research before heading here.

No problem paying for a consultation; the problem is they gave you the information for free in the waiting room and then charged you for the same information in the consultation. I recommend finding a more professional place that ensures you get what you pay for. There was no hand washing or antibacterial used either on bare hands before attempting to touch my face. I had to ask the doctor to wear gloves before touching my face. You should not have to tell a physician this. Lastly, you may want to choose a place that does not have a physician and staff with the same skin issues you have. No insult to their skin issues as I have them but people do want to see results with the staff at skincare places. We all have choices. Just expressing my experience.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia en esta clínica, me hice una rinomodelacion, cosa que no recomiendo a personas que tengan una nariz pronunciada, al menos en este lugar porque al principio te hablan de un resultado que quizás ellas no conocen en ciertos tipos de nariz y al final te salen con que no es cirugía, cuando por ende eso es lógico, me hicieron revisión una semana después de la primera vez y a los días seguía inchada, por la forma de mi nariz me quedo chueco un lado trate de comunicarme con ellas a los 15 días ya que ellas me dijeron que en 15 días se veían los resultados, les mande msj y me dieron cita dentro de otros 15 días, y la verdad hasta lo sentí de mala gana por lo cual ya no quise asistir, no había puesto el review pero chicas por favor investiguen antes de ir a esta clínica o quizás solo a mi me toco la mala suerte. Como no puedo poner otro review, lo editaré voy a resaltar que no me pusiste gratis la jeringa, la vez que me pusieron el ácido la doctora o tu que era la que más hablaba dijeron que me sobró un poco para la próxima vez y a mi Segunda revisión me la pusieron, me doy cuenta del poco profesionalismo y respeto hacia tus clientes al expresarte con esos términos. When I asked to provide what kind of procedures they have They advised me a consultation which would cost $32. I said excuse me but I have to know what you have and the prices before I pay consultation fee. They say that they could send me the procedure list on whatsup , but not the prices. Wow! I’m not happy. I felt I welcomed. I went online to see the reviews and thank God I did. Seems like on most of the negative reviews regarding their service they reply - “we don’t have you in our record, so, you just want to destroy our reputation. “ I bet they will reply the same on mine. Very unprofessional! I’m glad I worked away.

También ustedes no están dando el porcentaje de citas que se convierten en procedimientos para orientarme. Me explico: de 40 citas que el doctor o la doctora tenga por semana, ¿cuántos procedimientos se hacen? Si de las 40 citas se hacen solo 7 procedimientos, la clínica es CARA y hace su dinero en consultas. ¡NADA MÁS! En cambio, si de las 40 consultas salen 30 procedimientos, entonces la clínica está al promedio. NO quiero ser difícil pero esto es lo HONESTO.

Fue una experiencia de terror. Voy a demandar. Me trató una muchacha sin experiencia diciendo que era doctora. Me cobraron cinco veces más de lo correcto.

Pesimo servicio, no son claros con sus precios, te dicen un monto y ya que te realizan el procedimiento (mal hecho) te triplican la cantidad acordada, me pusieron hilos tensores que al mes se brotaron de mi piel, tengan mucho cuidado, no los recomendaria ni uanque fuera gratis.

Lamentable, poco profesionales, no son medicos, no estan preparados y sobre todo, te engañan poniendote videos de face book. No recomiendo en absoluto esta clinica.

No recomiendo este lugar, no tuve una buena experiencia. El tratamiento Hifu que suele durar 45 min apenas lo hicieron en 10 min, por lo tanto no tuve ningún resultado, otro tratamiento fue Mesoskin que no es el yo había pedido pero fue el que me hicieron, y mi piel está exactamente igual que antes de ir.
