He met us at the airport, brought us to our Airbnb, and took care of our every need throughout our stay. His continuous presence, big heart and big smile allowed us to focus on our stay. And when we first arrived at the Center, we were given a full assessment, and after any needed testing, we each met with Dr. Romero, who formulated our treatment plan. Each day we were met by a committed team of Doctors and Nurses, who were skilled, professional and just great~!!! They answered our every question and addressed any concerns. Our very comfortable Airbnb was a 5 min walk from the Center, and we had many nearby restaurants to eat out if we wanted. This clinic surpassed all my hopes, dreams and expectations. All the staff were happy relaxed and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Diego, who was my first contact with immunotherapy regenerative medicine, not only delivered everything and more that was quoted by the facility, but picked me up from the airport, checked on me daily, explained daily treatments, scheduled all my treatments and provided me with his personal number for 24 hour support. Last year while doing research for myasthenia gravis and stem cell therapy I interviewed the owner and workers of this clinic. They were one of a few clinics leading the charge for stem cell and myasthenia gravis that I could find at the time. The team was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They gladly provided a tour and a couple of patient’s consented to speaking to us. While I am in remission from myasthenia gravis, my goal is to stay in remission and help others find options that may work for them. In going to the clinic I was experiencing chronic headaches on daily basis and residual affects from a virus that was affecting my heart. In listening to the therapies offered I decided to try a few. Now it’s 11 months later and I can report I have only had 1 headache since having the treatments at this clinic, brain fog has lifted, my energy levels from that 10 pass has been off the charts!! For these reasons, I have decided to make annual trips for tuneups! The staff speaks English and Spanish and I believe there is one person who speaks four or five different languages. I had stem cell injections in both my knees a week ago. The clinic itself is clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff who attended to me from consultation to injection day (Diego, Lorena, Dr. Manuel Rosas and the 2 nurses) were informative, professional, attentive and very caring. I was shown cells, plasma, etc beforehand and every procedure explained in detail prior to Dr. Rosas carrying them out. The aftercare texts on whatsapp have been fabulous and have put my mind at ease as to what to expect and when. Every question before my treatment and after has been answered promptly and truthfully. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking stem cell therapy as an alternative to surgery. I'm just hoping and praying the stem cells do their work and I can avoid nasty knee replacement surgery back home.

My mom and I went to the Immunotherapy Regenerative Clinic in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. My mom and my step-father had been there twice before for stem cell infusions. We did not have him with us this time so it was just us two women. After traveling from Florida to Mexico and checking in at the clinic they raised the pre-quoted price, for mine, we got while in the U.S. from 70,000 pesos to 120,000 pesos. This was for the infusion of 300,000,000 stem cell. Hoping to get an reasonable adjustment to the original 70,000 peso price my mom asks how much extra to infuse my hand with just 100 million more stem cells. Now the price went up to 160,000 pesos. My mom refused the price and Lorena discounted the whole price to 100,000 pesos. My mom signed and accepted the price and thirty minutes later we were informed the price had risen from 100,000 pesos to 160,000 pesos. We left the clinic. We found another clinic in town and received a fair price and they did a great job. These are typical medical tourism crooks who want to take advantage of people if they can and get all they can because when you find out they are crooks, you never go back.

I have had tremors since I was very young. I saw several specialist at Children's Hospital in Washington State, this is a top pediatric hospital in the USA. I was told there is no cure, just therapy to deal with tremors symptoms. After receiving treatment at Immunotherapy Regeneration Medicine they are almost completely gone.

It's amazing how much a clinic like this can do for your health. I've had the plasmaferesis for myself and also PRP with stem cells for my injured knee. Before the intervention I thought it would take forever for my knee to recover from a weight lifting injury, but no more than 2 months later, I was already recovering strength and confidence to go back to training. The Doctors are amazing and the staff is the most friendly people you can find. It's definitely, in my on opinion, wisest decision to make, at least talk to them and hear what they can do for you.

About 7 years ago I asked Dr if he could help me my left knee is causing me a lot of pain and had limited me in doing my daily routine . I received the stem cell treatment since then I have no issues at all with my knee. When my shoulder started to hurt and I was told it is bone on bone and what might help is exercise I was not going to accept this and got an appointment with Dr Ernesto .. Presently have had stem cell Treatments and now experience healing in my shoulder with significant pain relief the treatment targeted my muscles and tendon in my shoulder area. I am going back after the two months is up where I will get the treatment for the problem with my shoulder bones . The new clinic which is state of the dark in Pureto Vallarta includes the happy and efficient service from all of the staff. The assistant I received including airport transfer to my hotel and a ride to my appointments could not be better.

The clinic is immaculate, every person on their staff was very professional, the crew helped me with anything I needed like taking me back and forth to the clinic, took me to the grocery store to purchase food, transportation to any place I needed. When I went there I had several discs flattened out and I had so much pain I could hardly walk due to severe sciatica down both of my legs and in my lower neck area was so painful I couldn’t hardly sleep and when I first got to the clinic I could hardly move my neck or I’d get so much pain I couldn’t sit hardly sit Now I can walk for a few miles with no problem and the intense pain in my neck gives me much greater mobility and doesn't keep me from sleeping. I recommend their clinic to any friends who have other ailments that can be fixed with stem cells. It has changed my life for the better.

Dr. Federico was great! Highly recommend his clinic if you need any work done on your teeth. He safely extracted all of my mercury fillings and replaced them with healthier fillings and in-lays. He was attentive and all staff were very helpful and communicated wonderfully! Highly recommend!!

I hate to leave a 1-star review because the staff and office were both lovely, however, I think it’s potentially really dangerous what they are practicing. I went in because I have an infected root canal. The dentist did a 2D X-ray, told me the infection could be treated with a couple of ozone therapy sessions, and sent me on my way. Thank god I went and got a second opinion. It turns out, root canal infections will not show up on a normal x-ray. You have to get a conebeam CT scan. And my infection was really, really bad and most likely causing my health issues (gut issues, etc). I went to a holistic dentist to extract the tooth, and my symptoms cleared up. Furthermore, after extensive research, it turns out that 100% of root canals become infected, with no symptoms in the majority of people, causing all sort of health problems! Do not go here if you think you have an infected root canal - go see a real holistic dentist.

Working with Diego Hernandez, as well as the team of medical providers and support staff made some of the challenges of our trip so much easier than it could’ve been. Prior to Diego meeting us, he was 110% vested in our best outcome. There were several challenges along the way with travel setback’s, including the recent earthquake that hit PV the day we arrived. They were never unwavering in their support and accommodations of services they provided to us. I am a young 61 1/2 year-old who has been battling chronic pain and PTSD for decades, as well as in need of Bi-lateral knee replacements. The compassion and support provided to myself and family while we were there receiving treatment was very appreciated. I felt like we were in the company of longtime friends. Diego went above and beyond in any way he could to make certain that we received all of our services as seamlessly as possible. I am pleased with the outcomes so far, though I did not expect some of the very noticeable improvements with regard to my brain healing after having had multiple viruses this past year and traumatic events. I had such a great experience here from start to finish. The communication was excellent. I never felt confused about procedures or pricing. Having been at two other locations in PVR where there was a lot of miscommunication and confusion when it came to money left me feeling skeptical, mistrusting and hesitant to return. I completely trust Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine. Their prices are excellent! While other locations are jacking their prices up- NOT this place. While here, I did two plasmapheresis. Their plasmapheresis includes EDTA to begin with, which is so smart! Because of this, I got a lot more toxins and junk out of me. Visually, you can see this based on color and the amount of bubbles/ foam. I’ve done many plasmapheresis at other locations and I’ve never seen it look so “remarkable” according to the doctors. Next, they do two bags instead of one like other locations and finally they finish with vitamin C. The price is excellent for all you receive. Also, there is an English speaking liaison -Diego who helps you feel comfortable with everything from start to finish. He even answered my questions after hours. Because I came alone, it was nice to have someone to talk to and he made sure I was comfortable throughout whether it be water or a blanket. Not only is this experience better than any medical treatment you’ll get in the US but it far exceeded the other locations in PVR. I was also impressed how well everyone at this place spoke English. We recently discover Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine in Puerto Vallarta and we are so very thankful. Diego was our care liaison and he is fabulous. The whole team goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about the patients. The nurses, the administration staff, the Doctors all work together to help their patients get better. My husband has a small tumor, we decided that instead of waiting for conventional medicine to fail and put him through chemo and radiation, we chose to head this off at the pass and use regenerative medicine first, get this thing while it is still grade one. If it fails we can fall back on chemo and radiation. We decided that instead of turning to Mexico as the last resort we would make it our first line of defense. Please consider this medicine as your first line of attack if possible, with early detection. We are doing treatment now at home, Scott has already lost 15 pounds, changed his eating, much to his disappointment, but he is feeling great and we are both committed to beating this thing. We have a great team now on our journey with Immunotherapy and we feel confident we can beat it. The one thing I have learned is that the Canadian Medical system is very broken, it is a reactive, triage system, no fault of the Doctors or the care staff, our broken system is overloaded and underfunded and we cannot pay privately.
