We went on the zip line and it was so fun! The tour main guide person was very funny and explained everything good. There were about 8 staff on the zip line thing and all of the were super nice. The main guide also drove the truck and the drive is long but it's fun. When you get there, there are very clear instructions. You put your stuff in the lockers located right next to the bathroom before the zip line tour starts. They tell you to leave your phone (optional) and all your stuff. I also highly recommend leaving your phone in the locker because there is a river down below and both your hand are occupied. Also it will probably fall out of your pocket. Once they tell you how to do all the things on the zip line (brake and stuff), you hike up a little and there is the first zip line. Unfortunately, there are always other people there so you have to wait in line to get to the first zip line. The first 5 are practice and then there are 16 other non-practice zip lines. Everything is moving quickly so it's a bit nerve racking because you can see the staff helping the other person get off and there is only 1 staff per platform. So imagine you are going down a fast zip line and the staff is helping the person in front of you get off, and you don't know if you should brake or whatever. If you find yourself in that situation (everyone did), I recommend closing your eyes. When you land on the platform there is either the next platform or a bunch of stairs leading up. And this is no easy job getting up, all your heavy equipment is fastened tightly around your waist and you have to carry the heavy metal thingy(forgot what it's called). Near the end few zip lines, you have the chance to go upside down, unfortunately you have to go with a staff member do you have to wait because there won't be enough for everyone. When I finished the zip line I recommend having lunch. Everything is fresh and delicious. We had tacos and absolutely enjoyed it! The waiters there are also very nice! After the delicious food we went to the tiny zoo. You walk up the stairs from the restaurant and there it is! You can hold a giant yellow and white snake and also cute monkeys! Even a toucan! These places all have somethig in commong, they are all by the river! Right next to the river there is a speedy slide straight into the river! The river is very beautiful, it is bright blue and transparent! Make sure not to forget your swim suit! I really enjoyed this place and I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Keep in mind there are different tours not only the zip line! 🤠 😄

This crew really knows how to have fun! This was such a great time and well worth every penny. Pepe and his team do a fantastic job making sure you feel safe every step of the way. I never questioned my safety. The views over the canyon are fantastic. The food at the restaurant at the end was delicious, and let's not forget the tequila. I will recommend them to everyone I know who is going to Puerta Vallarta, and I'm sure I will go back for the ATV tour.

If you are going to go zip lining this is the best place to go! The staff are absolutely wonderful, they are funny and will do everything to make this adventure one to remember. The restaurant at the end of the tour is beautiful, with a stream right beside and a gorgeous view. If you order anything make sure you get the guacamole or the Mexican pizza. Everything is very clean. Thank you for having us!

This was a great day! Thank you to Edgar and Pepe. They made it more fun for me by letting me go upside down on some of the lines. One of the best zip lines I've been to! Food and drinks are at a great price and delicious! Plus, help support the animal sanctuary by leaving a donation and if you can help support the store where the locals sell what they make by hand. Don't forget your sunscreen, bug spray and your enthusiasm 😊 If you end up getting scared, don't worry, they will accommodate. They have plenty of water for you while you're climbing up the mountain to the next zip line. I took the speed boat to get to the town, then took the truck ride up to the location. You can take the truck ride the whole way and have a different view of Puerto Vallarta. Scenic routes either way are beautiful 😍

We were at Los Veranos for the 5 hour zipling tour on November 22 and had such a great time! The entire group was phenomenal and hilarious, we had the best time all day. My son was a bit scared but Edgar made him feel safe and even got some laughs out of him. He hasn’t stopped talking about it since! The tequila tasting afterwards was also great, we picked up two bottles. Thank you Pepe, Ramon, Edgar, Eduardo, Fernando, Alexis, and the rest of the familia for such awesome memories! We will come back again soon! P.S. My husband sends this message to Ramon “Thanks for helping the ‘pollo’ conquer some fear” ❤️

It's a great facility. Well organized. Very professional. Great for kids too. They allow kids from age 5 onwards. Harnesses and equipment suitable for them. The mini petting zoo is great too for the kids.

Los Veranos Canopy Tour was phenomenal! We had such a great time. The staff was so funny and made sure the entire experience was safe and enjoyable. The zip lines were exhilarating and the views from the top were incredible. The owner Patrick even came and greeted us during lunch at their restaurant and was a real nice guy! The food was also excellent and the Jefe margarita was delicious on a hot day. 10/10 would recommend!

Greetings from Canada! This week we had the pleasure of returning to one of our favorite tours in Mexico. We took a speed boat to the tour and our guide Fernando was an absolute gem! Another noteworthy member of the team is Pepe, we didn't deal with him a lot personally but there was an older member in our group and he made sure she had the best experience possible. Just being in the presence of someone who shows so much respect and hospitality made our hearts warm. We will always recommend this tour. Don't miss it! These guys are amazing!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Super fast paced zip lining. We had a huge group of 22 and Pepe ran us through all 15 zip lines with little to no wait. I would 100% recommend this as an excursion if your on a cruise in Puerto Vallarta. They took us straight from the pier where we disembarked and put us on a speed boat and we were at the tour office in about 20 minutes. The restaurant and slides were great. Feeding the monkeys was an incredible experience and it was included in the total cost.

Fantastic family fun, the setting is mountainous jungle soaring high above rivers and canyons. This is such a well run safety conscious and professional operation we all felt very comfortable from the start, the hip line staff were energetic, fun, and professional! I would highly recommend this activity, there is also an excellent little Resturant with drinks, and food like burgers, fajitas and more, and fun slides for the kids to do and play on the river within the patients view. Really lots of fun for every age.

I have done a handful of Zipline excursions in Mexico and I can say with confidence this is one of the absolute best, first class, experiences. Don't leave PV without doing it!! We took the speed boat to the location and our host Miguel and Captain were great! Once at the canopy Pepe and the crew were extremely friendly, took care of our large group of 20, all while providing entertainment! They also went out of their way to find a lost phone!) The restraint was fantastic and all the plates provide a good amount of great tasting food! It was the best day of the trip and highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing experience! I highly recommend this location. I know that there were many to choose from, this one was recommended to us. I’m so glad this was our choice of locations. The staff was incredible. They made the experience! Every single one of the staff was loving what they do. They were having the best time with each other, with all the customers. They were fun they were funny they just made this whole experience an absolute blast! You definitely won’t be disappointed! The zip lines were incredible! The guides give you opportunity to go upside down if you want to. I have a beautiful photo of my husband and I going together. We went in the summer, dry season. I bet it’s incredible in the spring! We spend time after zip lining down at the restaurants, enjoyed some amazing passionfruit margaritas! The food was nothing incredible but it was good. We also enjoyed relaxing and swimming in the river and the waterslides were pretty cool as well!

This tour was incredible! Everyone at the company was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. Pepe helped us feel confident in our zip lining abilities while showing us a great time. You definitely get an action packed day with so much beauty overlooking the jungle and the river. We highly recommend this tour!

Los Veranos canopy tour is a great excursion for the whole family. Pepe and his crew are great! There are some stairs and hiking to the next line requires some stamina. But, the crew keeps everyone moving so there is little waiting time and maximum fun. The zip lines are not the highest nor the longest but there are plenty of thrills and challenges. I would definitely recommend if you are interested in zip lining. Also, there is good food and a tequila tasting

Couldn't be more satisfied!!!

Markay and Carlos went above and beyond (literally) when my son backed out because he was afraid, went down, then regretted his decision and wanted to try again. They were patient and calm and so kind. Everything felt and was extremely safe and professional. The food was great. Animals adorable. Definitely would recommend 10/10.

Los Veranos Canopy tour was soooooo muchhhhh fun! I’ve done zip lining before but never like this, they literally instruct you on everything, and they do it in a fun way! When zip lining with Los Veranos, they up a metal type handle that you hold on too, they tell you how to slow done and how to break! I can’t even explain how safe I felt! We did about 11 beautiful lines or so. They have water stations at every line because you WILL need it! I literally got my cardio in for the entire week with the stair climbing lol! I wish I could remember everyone name but Pepe, Chica, Jesus, Moises, mosquito loco and the entire crew were FABULOUS! Pepe did our tequila tasting and he did it well! I can’t wait to come back with my family! What an amazing time!

My family and I very recently did this zip lining tour. It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The speedboat out to the island was so much fun, while we were on the speedboat they even gave us a little history lesson. Once you arrive at the island they send a open air van to pick you up to take you to the place where you will zip line. Before you start lining your course given safety equipment Everyone there is were polite and professional. I felt so safe doing the zip lining. The zip line itself is an experience. It's scenic and fun. BEWARE YOU WILL HAVE TO CLIMB A LOT OF STEPS IN THE HUMIDITY AND HEAT TO REACH THE ZIP LINES. PLEASE PLEASE NOTE THIS. IT WAS THE WORST PART OF THE ZIP LINING.

My family had the best time on this tour- even though half of them are terrified of heights. The tour guides were entertaining and the tour was well organized. We had Pepe, Alexander, Chico and 4 others that helped us through the course. The views from the zip lines are amazing. The animal sanctuary was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this.

We had the best time. Absolutely loved our experience. Office staff were helpful from the start. Once we got to the Zipline tour, the guides were terrific without question, especially Alexander and Anthony and Pepe. Someone had a three year old and the guide LITERALLY carried her through the course, clipping and unclipping her so she had a nice experience. I wouldn't bring kids, personally, as it's a lot for them, but the guides were great. Tour was great too. Not excessively physically demanding. The kayaking and water elements are very minimal and the Zipline excursion is 98% just ziplining with an opportunity to drip your feet at the end. The restaurant at the end is tasty and the tequila tasting was fun. As was the bird and monkey exhibit. Definitely something to do with a group. Not for people who cannot walk easily or struggle with climbing or are of size as the course requires a good amount of climbing up steepish terrain. Take the speedboat if you can. So cool. Very very worth it.

I highly recommend going by boat!!! The boat ride was amazing and the captain and tour guides did a great job at showing us around and keeping us safe. The zip lines were great!! If you do choose this, be sure that you wear appropriate HIKING clothing as there is lots of walking and stairs to climb. The end restaurant is amazing and there are beautiful animals to hold and take pictures with!!

Fun, funny, and safe guides gave us a great time! Good snacks afterwards at the restaurant. Bring US$ to bring home bottles of tequila (including coffee, pecan, and amaretto). The open-air jungle truck was our city tour, but people on the speed boat got to see whales.

We had a great time at Los Veranos! We opted for the boat ride and we're glad we did as on the way back we saw a whale and her baby playing in the water. At the zip line tour, the guides were all very energetic and made the experience very fun. Our group consisted of pre-teens, teens and adults. And as a parent, I was able to relax and enjoy myself knowing that the guides were looking out for everyone's safety. The animal sanctuary at the end of the tour was a great surprise. We had fun seeing and holding some of the animals. Thanks Los Veranos for a FUN day!

My husband and I got to take the Canopy Tour (with land pickup, not boat) for free, since we got sucked into a timeshare presentation. But I would have paid full price for this experience. Pepe (our guide) picked us up near our hotel and we had a beautiful 30min ride in an open-air truck. I loved to see parts of PV that I wouldn't otherwise see. Despite some destruction from hurricane Nora, you could tell the company put a lot of time and care into creating a welcoming (if not touristy) home base. After the safety presentation, you get to go over 14 different ziplines. A handful of them pass over a river, which was a stunning view. The guides (Pepe, Makey, Jesus, Benji, and one more person whose name I've forgotten) were exceedingly friendly, funny, and enthusiastic. At least two of them are photographers who will ride with you to get some action shots. The pictures are available at the end for a reasonable price (~$50 US is what we paid). After the ziplining, you're given about an hour to eat lunch (not included in the price). The food (about $12-15 US/plate) and the margaritas were great! You can pay in cash (pesos/US) or by credit card. We had heard rumor of a tequila tasting, but we either missed it or it wasn't offered to us.

I have done a couple of zip line excursions with Los Veranos canopy tour in the past. I just did another one a few days ago. I absolutely enjoy their tours. They are professional, but funny. In fact, I could not stop laughing at their great humour. In addition, they are safe and ensure we have a good time! Besides the zip line, they have a great restaurant, animals to pet and a clean river to jump in to. Some might think the river is cold, but as a Canadian, I enjoyed jumping in to the river! I highly recommend going with Los Veranos!

My kids and I had a wonderful time on this zip line adventure. My youngest (9 years old) was scared at first. However, the guides were kind and so very knowledgeable. They took the first two zip lines with her and by the end she was laughing and hanging upside down! The guides were fun. Safety was a priority. We all had a terrific time! The restaurant was also lovely and my kids had a ball swimming in the lake and visiting with the animals. I highly recommend this tour for any family visiting Puerto Vallarta!

This was the highlight of our trip. Our kids (7,9) loved it. The crew was amazing (thank you Pepe and team). We had done a bad boat trip earlier in the week so such a relief to find an adventure that lived up to the hype. Would do it again.

Best zip line tour I have been on, boat ride there was also awesome. I wasn't expecting 14 different zip lines at different heights and speeds. I will diffently do this tour again. Plus animals and swimming at the end.at the end

😐 The place is nice, the bad thing is that there are two people who stay throughout the event apart from making you feel watched, they are very rude.
