The Silent World Divers team is TOP NOTCH! We had a last minute booking with them the night before we were supposed to leave and they were able to accommodate us with no issues. When we arrived, we were greeted and registered quickly. The dive crew was very knowledgeable on all questions asked and very patient with all of us. We went two different dive sites and although the visibility wasn’t great, our Dive Master, Andre, did what he could to help us see as much as possible. Andre did an amazing job making sure we didn’t get lost even with the low visibility and we felt secure the entire time. Once we were done diving, the crew supplied all of us with sandwiches and drinks and took us back. It was a really wonderful experience and I would recommend this dive shop to anyone wanting to dive in Puerto Vallarta!

I was headed to Puerto Vallarta for vacation and wanted to dive. My mom was also looking to complete her certification. They were super responsive by email before our trip and were able to accommodate my mom’s certification and a regular dive for me. It was a nice small group. Jadira and Chris were awesome instructors to have. Highly recommended if your thinking of a dive here!

Fantastic dive shop, staff members, and guided dives with Chris and Naum (Sorry not sure spelling)! Professional, reasonable price, very friendly, and nice boat experience. Small group made the experience so much better. Total 8 boat dives in 4 days were amazing in Banderas bay, PV. We dove at 4 dive sites (Mahajuitas, Los Arcos, Marietas, Chimo) where we saw many kinds of marine life - Mantas, Whales, Eels, Turtles, Lobsters, schools of fish, the list just goes on and on! At the beginning of December, I used a 3mm full wetsuit which was comfortable for me at water temperature around 80 F. I would highly recommend Silent world divers to all levels of divers!

I’m open water certified but my wife is not. Silent World worked with us so that she could do a discovery course and I could dive along-side her at Majahuitas which was phenomenal. Rudolpho was our guide, and he was simply fantastic. He met every expectation and more. He and the crew were personable, helpful for my wife’s first time diving, and extremely thorough. I would not recommend any other dive shop in Puerto Vallarta. Excellent, excellent service.

WARNING, LONG TEXT REVIEW AHEAD! This place was recommended by a friend for our first time. The place looked as the usual diving center, but do not be fooled by this: These guys are amazing! Yadira was very attentive to our needs during the booking and provided a lot of details in our program. We opted for the basic program as we had never dived before. Our master diver, Nahum, was very friendly, warming and welcome, but on top of that, he's very knowledgeable. We had our first class in a pool, where he went over the basics smoothly and was very patient with us (I'm a person who gets stressed really easily). On the following day, the real deal came and we went to open waters. We were with Nahum again, Rodolfo, the instructor, and Efrain, the boat's captain. All the team really makes you feel confident and relaxed. Rodolfo and Nahum went all over again with the basics and gave us a nice confidence boost for the ones we were nervous. At the time of the real deal, I was almost in shock when I was getting into the water, but Rodolfo and Nahum did what they know and in no time I was diving on my own! Definitely will come back with them. Pros: these guys are pros and they are passionate about what they do. 10/10 Cons: your own stress and anxiety, please leave it at your hotel.

A truly amazing dive shop. I’ve been diving with this shop for the last year, from dive refresher (it had been more than 2 years since Open Water certification) to rescue diver certification. I can’t say enough praise of the professionalism, attention to detail and warm welcoming of their staff. Yadi, Rodo, and Shannon are remarkable instructors that will challenge you while ensuring your safety and increasing your confidence in dive skills learned. Divemasters Chis and Andrez are super friendly and always bring a positive vibe to the dive trip. From departure to return they make every effort to ensure a fun and safe dive. And Captains Lucio and Efrin consistently find the best spots to dive. I really like how the staff would take the time to help in your progress towards becoming a better diver through education and advice. Definitely recommend them if you are in Puerto Vallarta, you won’t be disappointed.

Diving with Rodolfo and Silent World Divers was truly an incredible experience. My partner and I had the most amazing time! Rodolfo is very kind, funny and a zen personality. He was very patient while teaching us the ropes, but also very thorough and good at explaining concepts. We dived in 2 different locations (including Los Arcos), and it was so beautiful. The choice for spots, the gear and instruction were all spot on. He creates a very fun vibe. My partner was a bit scared initially, but he really helped her relax and she had the most wonderful time. They really capture the Puerto Vallarta spirit and I can't wait to go back.

I recently completed my open water diving certificate with Silent World Divers and had an absolutely fantastic experience. I had never tried scuba diving before and was a little nervous to start. Shannon made the course such a fun and educational experience. I could not have asked for a better instructor. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to go scuba diving in Puerto Vallarta.

It was a last minute plan for me to head to Puerto Vallarta, and without much preparation I found Silent World Divers on google. I was greeted by Yadira in the office when I signed up for the diving trip to Marietas island, she was very patient to explain everything, got to know my experience and helped me with a quick equipment fitting. On the day, i was joined by other 3 participants and we all had a great time out there, led by our dive master Andres. Excellent service and guidance both on the boat and in the water as well. If I’m back in Puerto Vallarta again, I’ll definitely be joining them for another one and 100% recommend Silent World to my friends and colleagues.

Great dive shop. Great site selection. Comfortable boat. I'm an instructor and am hard to please... Really enjoyed diving with the crew. Andreas lead a few great dives! Chris, and Rodolfo also tons of help on a couple of dives! Captain Luisso is awesome too! Shout out to the shop staff Bernicia in particular! They do an awesome job working with divers schedules!

Thank you to Silent World Divers for an amazing dive at Las Marietas. Chris the Dive Master was great along with the whole crew. It was my first time going on a dive where there was 4 of us with the DM, I was nervous not knowing how it would be. He did a great job keeping an eye on us and he had a bell that he would ring to get our attention underwater. We saw so much sea life. Definitely recommend them.

I finished my SSI open water dives with Silent World and had a fantastic experience! The booking team was super responsive and made sure I had all the info I needed leading up to the trip. Once I got there, Rodolfo was a great instructor - he communicated all the skills test expectations before we were in the water and gave tips on how to improve. Chris was the guide for the already certified divers, and he was very kind and helpful when I got seasick on the way to the dive site. This was an incredible group of people who all helped me achieve my goal of open water certification. Overall, 10/10 experience!

We took the Discover Scuba Diving 2 day course and we had an amazing time. This was our first time Scuba Diving and our instructor Andres was very knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel safe all throughout! We felt very comfortable in the pool training, and diving the next day in the ocean was just out of this world. Andres made us feel safe in the ocean and taught us so much about the beautiful sea life (we saw tons of eels, starfish, corals, fish, octopus, rays, and even heard the Humpback whales). Our instructor also took some nice photos during our trip. If you are thinking of trying Scuba Dividing, give Silent World Divers a try. You will want to keep diving!

Had a great experience with these guys. Special shout out to Chris and Evan. They did a great job of placing us on the different sea life that existed. Which enabled us to see a ton of cool “critters”. And I am so thankful that you guys were able to add me onto my last dive. My husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta this past December. We wanted to go scuba diving after getting our open water certification this past Aug. The experience was incredible! We saw a giant mantra ray that was caught in a boating line and the dive master freed it. From the sounds of it they had been looking for it to free it. I saw them take good care of where they were diving and cleaned up fishing lines and trash they saw as they dived. I felt comfortable diving with them. They were friendly and fun. Very enjoyable experience and one I Will remember for a lifetime.

Three friends and I did our PADI certification through Silent World Divers. Rodolfo was a great teacher. He made sure we had equipment that fit and was functional and showed us how to set up our gear and how to use it. Any time someone needed more help with a particular skill, he was there and ready to help. Best experience, highly recommend!

My family came to Puerto Vallarta and selected Silent World Divers exclusively from the reviews. All I can say is the positive reviews weren’t wrong. My son and I did three days of diving and my wife and other son joined us to snorkel one day at Los Arcos. The team at Silent World went above and beyond to make sure we had safe and enjoyable dives. They made sure the dive difficulty was appropriate for our level, had well maintained gear, guided the dives and snorkeling with expert staff, pointed out unique wildlife and had great snacks for us at the end of each trip. So if you are looking for a safe and attentive dive operation who makes every effort to to give you quality dives, then Silent World Divers is it.

From the time you book to entry on the boat, the whole crew was super helpful (thanks Chris) and showed a passion for the water. Great dive locations and so much see life at Los Arcos. You won't regret this visit!

I had a great time diving for three days with these guys. Everyone was professional, they were respectful underwater observers, helpful sharers of good info on the surface, and overall a pleasure to spend time with. I'd definitely do another dive with SW next time I'm here.

The staff and dive masters were all very friendly, nice, and professional. Being fairly new to diving, I felt very safe with our dive master. She kept a good eye on our group and pointed out many different fish and even an octopus.

One of the most Awesome experiences while in puerto Vallarta! Our tour guides taught us all we needed to do to have a safe and great dive. Majority of my group was not certified and they took super good care of us! They made sure everyone was understanding of procedures. Split us up in groups to make sure no one was left out. They Took us on two dives and showed us all the under water wild life. 10/10 recommended 👍🏽

Great dive shop! The customer service was amazing. They are super friendly. They focus on small groups which make the dives safer and more enjoyable. Our guide made sure to point out all sorts of cool animals big and small. They also took time to stop on the way to and from when we saw whales diving. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to dive in PV. They accommodate all skill sets from beginner to expert.

Rodo, our dive instructor who did our refresher course was incredibly professional and thorough in our dive training. I've done numerous dive refresh courses, but never won this thorough. We really really appreciate it, as my partner hasn't dove in over 10 years and it's been a few years for myself. I would highly recommend and encourage you to also do your dive trip with them. We would have, however the Marietta Island trip did not leave on Tuesday, which was our only option. His wife yadi, was quick to respond to our text messages around pricing and availability. Would highly recommend this family run business who is second generation.

I had 4 beautiful dives with Chris, Rodolfo and Lorenzo. The equipment was very good, they take a lot of time explaining how they operate and do proper briefings. Finally, they have a great family vibe which is probably because - they pretty much are a family business 😀 I have been to many dive shops around the world and I have to say usually the climate is always a bit stressed and sometimes you feel the financial pressure on the industry. Here everything was great. I am really positively surprised. Thanks again to Abraham, who was my first contact on the phone and probably took 30 minutes to discuss all challenges that our dive group had and additionally explained boat/facilities/dive sites/ chances of various fish and seasons, which was really helpful and immediately created an overall feeling of excitement and confirmed me that this is the place to go diving.
