We continued because we were given a good price (whoops). The yacht did not match the pictures, it showed up late, the food was terrible, it stunk of exhaust, they ran out of food and drinks early, and they could barely communicate (which, fair, we don't speak Spanish, but they made it clear it was an English speaking crew and they weren't).
