PVRPV deserves a 5 star rating. At least I feel this way. I had recently rented from this rental agency and the customer service is impeccable. I had the pleasure of working with Jamie Alexander the Director of Customer Relations as well as Tania Lozano one of the vacation rental experts. I can't express enough amazing customer service I had received. Anyone looking to rent for a vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta need to contact this agency. They are the Best of the Best. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with this company for many years. In my opinion, they are the best property management and vacation rental company in Puerto Vallarta. The staff is really incredible and go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly. When mistakes do occur, they fix them immediately. I love that they have concierge services and I use it all the time, the manager, Angel is amazing. I've also noticed that they invest heavily in new technologies, I toured their new offices last July and was really impressed with their operations. I also really appreciate that the owner Tim devotes so much of his personal time to community projects. I can't recommend them enough.

Website is rather clunky. Never really did get useful info enough to make a booking. Went to Expedia and got the job done quickly. I'm disappointed as I like PVRPV properties. Not sure what has changed.

Tania was great! She welcomed us at the building where we were staying and met us again on our last day to get the condo's keys, etc. She was very informative, on time, available and made sure everything would run smoothly. We stayed in Casa Oceanview at Peninsula.. Wow!! Breathtaking unit on the 24 floor - with gorgeous views of sunrises, sunsets, ocean and a few other cool things when we paid attention. :)

A wonderful stay in PV! our host Tony was an absolutely gem, and his place something I could not stop raving about. Unobstructed, gorgeous views of zona romantica and the bay. PVRVP made arranging our stay easy and carefree! We'll be back and I know we have a few family members that will as well!

Same type of crooks that prey on tourists at the airport. You give them a specific budget, and they just don't listen, trying hard to upsell you something $1000 more.

I have had the pleasure to travel alot and I recently stayed at the Sayan Beach Casa Condos with a group if friends and I have to share that our concierge host Juan Pablo Medina was undeniably the best!!! He helped me and my friends with our every need from last minute massages to getting a ring sized to finding the stores we needed for all requests and was always happy to do it! Wow!!! I want to take him everywhere I go!! He deserves a promotion. No other has compared to his level of service and professionalism. 5 STARS!!!!

We have stayed with PVRPV more than a few times over the years. We have had wonderful vacations. They truly are the Vacation Experts. Their staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been using pvrpv.com for many years to provide quality rentals for our vacations in Puerto Vallarta. The staff are friendly, efficient and focused on meeting customer needs. Staff are quick to respond to issues that arise - for example, the wi-fi service was dismal in the condo that we rented in February and they arranged for an upgrade.

We have used PVRPV since 2016. They are very professional and handle any situation we throw at them. And I can't say enough about the staff. They are friendly and keep our condo bright and shiny! Even being 3,000 miles away, we have peace of mind. PVRPV checks in on our home during hurricane season too. We could not ask for a better management company. Gracias!

Check in staff was great, kind and efficient. Sadly Cleaning staff created chaos during our stay. Apartment items that we moved or tucked away to create space during our stay were reported to the owners by the cleaning staff (mid stay) as “missing/stolen”. We (renters)were completely bypassed in this communication. This lead to a string of unnecessary and stressful emails going back and forth between us and owners. Frustrating and so unnecessary.

I booked Villa Sorpresa with PVRPV. Five stars all the way around! Villa Sorpresa is an amazing oasis in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Surrounded by large natural greenery, the waterfall pool is heated to just the right temperature, it was even perfect to swim in the evenings. Very close to restaurants and shops. Fifteen minute walk or less from the beaches, if you focus on the walking and not the beautiful sights, sounds, and yummy smells of the street food carts. You could stay at the Villa Sorpresa for months and not have to leave. The on-site concierge was so welcoming and knowledgeable of local life. As a single lady, I felt so safe in the elegant gated Villa. I felt like I was a long-time returning guest, even though it was my first visit. I started planning to go again the day I arrived back home!

A special Thanks to Hugo for what seems his ability to getting things done so quick. A new fridge, bought, delivered and installed all within a couple of days. 2 days for new propane tanks delivered as well. Amazing job! And to Nora too… she takes good care of our place and make sure it’s spotless every week. And to Jamie; I’m sure he is the guy behind your website - impressive. I rented unit 7 at the last second due to a cancellation and was absolutely thrilled with the experience. My photos can't do justice of the place, but the pics on the website are 100% accurate. It's a beautiful studio at the top of a beautiful complex. I was really blown away by the amount of greenery and plants that are all over the property , including the unit's patio, as well as the overall design of the unit and public areas of the complex. The heated pool and lounge area are all great and the wifi top tier. This unit is perfect for a solo traveler and i had a great time there.

We've just returned from another amazing vacation with our family in Puerta Vallarta. It was the second year we rented the same house through PVRPV and can't say enough about their service. They helped us arrange airport transportation and massages at our Villa for all 9 in our party, both were great. Their customer service is excellent, we know if we need anything it will be taken care of with great ease. We've already booked again for 2024.

Excellent group to work with on planning a rental. Properties I've used are great, the area is relatively flat, which is good for me and my limited mobility. Been using them for two stays and already booked for 2024.

So professional! They literally check in constantly and you know you're in good hands! We did have a maintenance issue, which was never fixed with a broken AC unit. But everything else was okay.
