Great port. Very clean and organized. Lots of shops. The duty free shop does not necessarily have the cheapest pricing.

Boarding area for most boat tours. Check in was simple. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are shops and cafe areas while you wait to board.

Nice cruise port. Outside the gates are some duty free shops and then an area with a whole bunch of mom and pop shops. Flea market style. Lots of unique and local gift options. The cruise port is also close to a Walmart and Sams club to do some shopping. Very convenient and user friendly. One of the better ports we have visited with convenience to shopping!

Typical port entry if you are going on board on a tour ship that take you to a remote beach. Place is clean. Great a/c. Great security.

Such a nice marina. Go 20 minutes prior to tour check in times. Its very busy to get to check in. The guy told us to go right away to security because it was open. So we did..there was no line and people sitting. Then we heard an announcement for our trip and people joined. So i am not 100% sure if you have to wait for the trip to be called or just go. Everyone was nice and you have a very long exit but i think its to guve everyone a chance to shop at the many stores.

Such a nice boat tour my family and I took here, I just need to say that you should be aware about these tours some of them are provided by hotels, people in Vallarta town, or you can just go here and buy it which I recommend doing because it is original price no more, and a lot of vendors in Vallarta downtown are trying to sell tours at different prices which occurred to me, he even promised a ride from my hotel to here but he didn't show up, no big deal took a cab, but just to let everyone know, and make your purchase a better experince!

The sunset along with a Pirate Ship made for a perfect ending of a perfect day.

Nice port. Well cared for. Lots of people trying to sell their excursions and even hustling to get you into their restaurant but they are all friendly. The port authority ticket booth needs to be more prominent. We almost missed our excursion because we didn’t see the counter. Our bad though
