😐 For food and service: there are much better local options for excellent food! The Lua omelette was very bland and uninteresting. Took over an hour to get food. Went to a taco stand afterwards 🌮 For atmosphere: this place has a cool feel and good coffee. Nice to spend time relaxing. If you’re look... This café is popular for a reason! It is a nice place to get a coffee or tea and buy a used book. There’s a section for LGBT books, which is appropriate for this community. You’ll also find classic novels here, which is a plus! The coffee is of fair quality, although not the best I’ve ever had. My favorite item on the breakfast menu is the omelette. The cream cheese bagel is decent for Mexico!

We had an early breakfast here and we were happy to have found this place. Overall pretty standard Cafe breakfast but the key is that they were one of the few places open before 8am. The environment was cozy with warm lights, books and couches. There are a few tables outside and they are dog friendly. The staff were kind and accommodating. Coffee was also good, we had espresso which was also pretty decent. We would go back again.

A favorite spot to have a great affordable meal and to peruse the huge used book section. The serving staff are excellent and food is always good. Fresh orange juice with carbonated water is a favorite as is the rise and shine Bagel. Pretty side walk patio or inside is comfortable as well.

Excellent cafe with amazing coffee drinks, desserts and books to enjoy while in this space. Staff is knowledge and very friendly. The brownies were phenomenal, cookies were delicious, bagged coffee for home use was incredible, cakes scrumptious and the coffee beverages I choose were made extremely well. Within the same building is the Demetro Galería, by sculptor/artist, Jim Demetro. Incredible place to view art, read a book, or have a conversation... All while enjoying a great cup of coffee! 👍👍

My go-to coffee shop during extended stays in Vallarta. A welcoming and attentive staff. Outdoor seating with fans. No frills menu. Lots of retirees eat here. Good coffee and bakery items.

I loved this little spot. Affordable and relaxing. I sat on the patio, it's dog friendly so quite a few people had dogs at their table. I had the French toast and it was lovely. The fruit on the plate was fresh and refreshing. I ordered a coffee and orange juice. The juice was really fresh. The coffee was delicious. It was a really nice way to start the day.

This is one of my top 2 coffee house spots in Puerto Vallarta after my 25 years of visiting. Friendly staff, intimate local atmosphere, good breakfast options and great coffee. Plus, the added plus of a secondhand book shop for trading or purchase.

Good local coffee shop with a wide selection of books and the local artworks give it a nice touch. They have cold brew for those trying to beat the heat but need your daily caffeine intake.

A great place to grab a book and light bites, meet for coffee, or sit and people watch. Try the Mango Tango smoothie!

Our favorite place to stop when in PV. The smoothies and tuna on focaccia is our favorite! You can pick up some great books while you are there.

Cozy cafe with coffee, smoothies, and breakfast / lunch. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Pet friendly. No AC, no outlets Lots of art and books to keep you gazing and curious. I had the Tropical Breeze smoothie with almond milk and it comes in a tall glass (either 16 or 20 oz) Alternative milk: * Almond * Coconut * Oat * Soy

Easily one of my favorite places. Been almost a dozen of times, interesting menus of the freshest food, and all the books! Also made it on a day with a larger art gallery showcase. Really something for all creatives. Additionally, my favorite post-hotel pre-flight hang out spot to kill some time away from the crowds and unwind.

This place is awesome! The food, which I couldn't help but try a lot of :) was delicious and very high quality. I highly recommend the huevos ranchero and the chicken bacon sandwich. The service was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. A great variety of books to peruse. This will definitely be a daily stop for my husband and I when we are visiting PV.

Cute quiet awesome place to hang out and enjoy reading while eating and drinking. Great service and lovely food. Definitely will come back for breakfast here as one of the best in town and great prices still by the waterfront not far to walk to.

Great little cafe/library/art gallery thats located in the thick of it all but somehow remains peaceful on the inside/the two times I've been there. The food is good, the service great, the wifi is excellent but it's the atmosphere is what I loved. It's a temporary tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of PV.

Nice place, the gallery and the books give a very cozy touch to the place and above all excellent food and service. I recommend the tuna or panela cheese sandwich, the apple salad and the avocado with tuna.

Fun and colorful place for coffee and breakfast. Located across the street from Lazaro Cardenas Park (mosaic tile park). Great place to watch the town square come alive in the morning.
