My husband and I stopped in this delightful coffee shop and were so surprised by what we found! This is the best coffee shop I have been to and we are from Oregon, a state known for great coffee shops! I would recommend to anyone considering going here! Best coffee in PV by far and great prices too! The employees were great and friendly! We will definitely be coming back!

I can’t say enough about this place top quality foods and drinks staffed by friendly waiters in the front of the house and definitely chefs that cook with a love for food in the back of the house definitely a winning combination. Mui Bueno.

This place is slowly becoming a firm favorite. Third time here for brunch. Portions are big so we usually share a meal. Friendly (and beautiful) servers, lovely owners, great mojitos and fabulous food! Oh... and lots of parking!

Great food, great service. When we stay in Las Moras, it is great to have this little gem within walking distance. Breakfast and dinner are equally delicious. After eating Mexican food for so many meals it's nice to have a change of pace.

Incredible! We visited on vacation and had the loveliest brunch. My husband got delicious traditional Mexican breakfast, I got an egg white omelette with Turkey, spinach, panela cheese, topped with avocado. I ordered a fruit cup and it was an enormous bowl of fresh fruit with a a little yogurt cup & toasted almonds. My daughter ordered incredible blueberries & cream pancakes. Great espresso drinks & smoothies as well! Very good service and delicious meal!

Went for a casual dinner with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Panini’s were delicious & the fajitas were amazing. Cappuccino presentation was very pretty & the frozen margaritas looked fantastic. Prices were very reasonable…500 pesos including 20% tip for a beer, 2 meals (with enough leftovers for dinner tomorrow!) Highly recommend this gem!

Coco Frappuccino was amazing. Blueberry pancakes probably the most popular breakfast dish. French toast was a little to thick for me and the bottom french toast was soggy by design, so next time I’ll request thinner slices of French toast and not soggy. In between the blueberries pancakes there is a crème thats spread on like you would do butter but a hundred times better then butter. Coco Frappuccino is a must. I loved it cause I’m not a coffee guy at all and this had a very mild coffee/chocolate taste that just hit my taste buds like wow.

Wow we just tried this place in our neighbourhood after more than 3 weeks. What a find, best coffee Americano I’ve had here and or breakfast selections were awesome. My wife had the smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber & avocado panini I had cochinta pabil (Yucatán style pulled pork) with cheese and pickled onion on an open faced ciabatta bun.

It's excellent for the first time I've come here, the food and drinks are of the best quality, as for the service, it's a bit slow, I feel like they need to pay more attention to the customer but I loved it and highly recommend it. ❤️✨

Nice large portions. Not sure how I could eat so much food. And great food. Healthy fresh ingredients. Good drinks. Good prices. Friendly service. Try it. You’ll like it.

You must try the French toast! It's incredible... Chocolate, fresh berries, delicious bread. The apple or blueberry pancakes are excellent as well. Super fluffy!

Here's a toast to slices of bread bigger than your head! French toast in Mexico.. the best of both worlds right!?? La Cata is consistently one of my all-time favorite restaurants in PV. And if you want your tongue to do cartwheels, I highly recommend the pan Francés! Warm, fluffy, sweet thick Brioche bread topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries, with a drizzle of dark chocolate and sprinkle of powdered sugar. Had mine today with a pumpkin spice latte while listening to live music. This is how you do a morning in Mexico! But seriously try everything.. everything is soooo good!

I am so glad to have this Germ of a Café/Restaurant in my neighborhood. Have been there now about 8 times. And so far I have only have had one thing there, there was not to my taste bud and they solved that with grace. I have been there for breakfast and lunch and all very balanced plates, also there drinks is a hit and the service is great to. My cudos for who ever is in charge of this place.

Great salad. The place was busy. Good service. Clean. Accepts most credit cards. Next trip, even though I'm not a hamburger fan, thought I'd get a burger to go - something different. OMG!!! Best hamburger ever with scrumptious fried potatoes, real potatoes. I thought 200 pesos was a bit high, 'til I bit into that burger. It was a bargain. Viva La Cata.

Highly recommend!! What a delicious surprise! Jared our server recommended the pulled pork with beans and chips in this amazing sauce served with avocados and homemade pico salsa. OMG! We also shared the blueberry pancakes that had homemade whip cream that had a flavour to die for! So many subtle flavours in the food. The cafe Americano and the chai were amazing too. We will be back tomorrow! Thanks Jared!

I had a delicious lunch here! The customer service was fantastic, I don't speak Spanish very well, but the servers did their best to help me order exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be eating here again! Thank you La Cata!
