UPDATE:
I
have
just
downgraded
the
review
from
originally
a
nuanced
(impo)
2
stars
to
1
star
because
the
owner
seems
to
like
to
smear
critical
reviews
with
fake
justifications
for
bad
policy
actions
to
discredit
constructive
criticism,
instead
of
any
form
of
self
reflection:
the
owner
lies
about
the
incident,
because
he
doesn't
know
at
all
who
I
am
quite
clearly
and
just
makes
it
up,
as
I
certainly
did
NOT
eat
carnitas
at
all
(or
anything
else
that
comes
remotely
near
something
like
that)
in
the
place!
Very
bad
business
practice
and
a
huge
disappointment;
I
was
expecting
more
of
an
agree
to
disagree
kind
of
reaction,
for
which
I
would
have
had
all
the
respect.
Original
review:
In
general
I
think
it
is
an
average
place,
nothing
really
special
to
be
honest.
Had
a
coffee
there
and
it
is
was
fine,
but
there
are
better
places
for
better
coffee,
so
not
really
impressed.
I
have
to
say
they
do
have
comfortable
seats.
However,
when
we
asked
for
the
wifi
password,
we
got
an
excuse
that
wifi
was
not
good
and
the
waitress
ended
up
not
giving
the
password,
which
I
found
extremely
odd.
Then
the
second
thing
is
that
while
I
strongly
believe
that
every
cafeteria
has
the
right
to
set
its
own
policies,
BUT
I
personally
do
NOT
like
places
that
have
the
policy
of
consuming
any
items
you
are
already
carrying
yourself,
while
consuming
the
venue's
products
as
well
(and
I
strongly
believe
this
is
a
very
ill-advised
policy,
doing
more
damage
to
the
customer
experience
than
doing
any
marginal
good).
I
think
it
is
horrible
service
and
forces
the
staff
to
complain
to
customers
about
it
while
plenty
other
(coffee)
places
function
just
fine
AND
have
a
much
better,
welcoming
customer
experience
and
atmosphere
because
they
don't
complain
about
this
stuff.
Creating
unnecessary
friction
with
customers
should
be
avoided
as
much
as
possible,
and
having
such
policy
will
achieve
the
opposite.
So
I
won't
go
as
far
as
giving
a
1
star,
because
in
all
fairness,
the
place
overall
isn't
that
bad
either
(even
though
I
think
reviewers
giving
5
starts
are
overrating
the
place
impo),
but
that
policy
is
just
ill-advised
and
staff
actually
enforcing
is
even
worse.
So
I
would
strongly
suggest
to
get
rid
of
that
policy
OR
instruct
staff
to
ONLY
bother
truly
bad
offenders
about
it
(like
a
group
of
10
people
that
bring
their
own
complete
meals
and
start
eating
there,
then
not
even
order
any
item
from
the
cafetaria...
in
such
an
extreme
scenario
I
imagine
it
could
be
justified
to
enforce
such
a
rule)
