Wow This place has the best Sorbet (the strawberry flavor, I haven’t tried the others yet). I am from WashingtonD.C. & have spent time in 5 different continents. I have not found better sorbet than this. I can tell they use real, ripe strawberries & it is sweet but not too sweet, which is perfect. The texture is perfect, I don’t know how they get such tiny ice crystals, which makes for a smoother texture. I also have tried the chocokahlúa cake, which is delicious too. Mexican bakeries are usually not as sweet as American bakeries, which some people may not like. It depends what you are looking for. If you want French-style baked goods (sweeter, more buttery), then go to “Oh! Croissant” which is not far from here. But that place has pastries, not full-fledged cakes. Los Chatos does an excellent job of cakes which are sweet, but not TOO sweet (in my opinion). I don’t know how old you are, or what level of sweetness you prefer, but In my 20s I preferred excessively sweet cakes, compared with now in my 30s I tend to steer away from sickly-sweet foods. I felt happy & satisfied with 1 slice of this cake. 🍰 Thank you so much for a beautiful, high-quality, professional cake, Los Chatos! 🎂

Stopped for a Frapichino. Everyone enjoyed it. It is sometimes funny how many times you drive by a place does does mostly catering. You see their vehicles hauling many hidden treasures around Vallarta The sign said Open, we stopped.

Great place to purchase pastries and cakes for your birthday party needs. You can also purchase ice cream for that ice cream lover. Very flavorful

The pastries are excellent! The ice cream is really good. The service is never bad! The coffee is only okay, don’t expect options like an iced latte if you’re a Starbucks type, they have one really frappe style drink which sits in a slurpee machine and they freeze it at night so it’s normally 1-2 hours after they open before the only iced coffee is ready.

The place has slices, small, medium and big cakes. Also big delicious pastries with creative names and a coffee bar, all to go there's no place to sit. The cakes prices in pesos are: small 5-8ppl $250 medium 10-12ppl $350 cake slice $50 pastries around $20 but vary The place is nice and clean with a private parking.
