This place feels wrong on all levels. As soon as you walk in you’ll feel uneasy. Drinks are overpriced and are the worst cocktails we’ve had as a group of 5 in PV. Most notably, staff is trained to be racist and selective on who to give good service to as non-white customers are ignored. I don’t 100% blame the staff and definitely blame the owners for encouraging this behavior. Not a welcoming or fun environment. Don’t spend your money here. Spend it at actually local family-run Mexican bars where you can help out the local community and actually have fun.

Fun small and lively bar with efficient staff that specializes in martinis and cocktails. Bar owner is from Chicago and bartenders are friendly and cute.

The Corner Bar has a nice set up and has a good selection of beverages. However, the guys who own the bar are not nice to the Mexicans and some tourists. They do not even smile at you, only if they know the customers. Andrei seems to be always mad, and Chuck is very rude to the Mexicans. I have seen him not even saying hola, just straight talking to them in English, not even a greeting word. Not all of the Mexicans speak English, and it is their country, as respect they must speak in Spanish to them. Chuck is the immigrate, so he is the one who has to learn the language. Since the place feels racists and only catering to the foreigners, I would not support, neither recommend the Corner Bar.

This is where you want to get your cocktails. Ask the bartender to surprise you. Whether you are stopping in before a show at Act Two, or on your way to the club's, this is where you want a drink that is crafted for you. Ask for the bartender to surprise you. They can do a cocktail or a martini with your liquor of choice and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The staff are friendly, and the space is designed with style in mind.

Your staff spends a lot of time on their looks which we all enjoy, however they really need to learn to smile, be friendly and make the drinks correctly also. We were here for an hour, we didn’t see one of them smile and drinks wrong. Looks alone will not keep this over priced, out of the way, cramped bar open for very long.

I wouldn’t say that they are professional bartenders for the price that they charge for drinks that would be equivalent to the best bars in New York.The bartenders appeared to me to be more like hustlers. Also, hey don’t have a happy hour here and the drinks were not that strong. They won’t see me again and I’m sure I won’t be missed.

I have lived in Puerto Vallarta for over four years. There are many amazing gay bars here, however I usually limit myself to going to one or two near my house for happy hour. I rarely go out to the clubs unless I have out of town friends visiting. Today, I went to The Corner Bar for the first time since they first opened because friends from Palm Springs are in town. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, and the amazing drinks that were served. The guys that work here are HOT HOT HOT... did I mention that they're HOT?!? And like I said before, they're all genuinely friendly and attentive. Drink orders are delivered quickly, and empty glasses are refilled before you know it. I highly recommend The Corner Bar for locals and visitors alike.

Perfect place to start the evening or swing by for after dinner drinks. Very chill with attentive service. Great house cocktails that highlight some local flavors but the bartenders were able to make whatever we threw at them. Do note that they close at midnight so it won't be your late night option. Very limited seating but comfortable couches near the urinals with a view. The Corner Spice might be my new go-to drink. Loved it!

Awesome corner bar. Perfect for drinks before dinner or at another party. Staff extremely friendly, especially the manager and the customer relations manager. Drinks are awesome and you can ask for a surprise drink that they will prepare for you at the spot. Recommended to visit

If you want a nice quiet atmosphere to have a conversation with someone, this is the spot. The bartenders here are cute and make excellent drinks. We’ll balanced: not too sweet not too strong, just right. 👌🏽I got the watermelon splash and loved it! I almost didn’t stop in here but I’m glad I did!! PS ask for the bartender Angel he makes great drinks!

Best handcrafted martinis in the Romantic Zone, my favorite is the grapefruit martini. Great vibe, lounge area is comfortable and music is fun. Staff is always smiling and friendly.

Had the best time here. Staff are very friendly, service is great. Very easy to meet new people there as you end up sitting close to other guests. Ended up coming back every night. Great addition to the PV gay nightlife. Highly recommended.

Visiting from San Diego. OMG this bar has it ALL. The HOTTEST shirtless young bartenders. A very upscale intimate vibe, easy to chat up with patrons and enjoy the sexy staff. Martinis are divine. The bartenders are so all smiles and playful, fast and efficient. The bar has a very architectural vibe…everything from the urinals to the bar features and intimate seating spaces. Sam is great. By far one of the most FuN and inspiring and sexy bars in PV for sure ❤️

I’ve been a little thirsty living in Puerto Vallarta for at while now. Therefor, I’m familiar with a lot of bars/restaurants. But, this was my first time @ “The Corner Bar”. It blew my mind!!! Atmosphere here is chill & vibrant. The service is great and comes with “shirtless eye candy” bartenders. Attracting all & leaving us craving more…

Great service , but I would expect that if I’m going out for drinks . The drinks were watered down don’t bother with premium top shelf you won’t taste it in your drink and olives for your dirty martini aren’t even worth the extra cost.

Wonderful new addition to Zona Romantica. Went for cocktails with friends and found a super cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious drinks. Can’t wait to go back!
