Food was hot and quickly prepared. Staff very nice and attentive to Covid19 rules. We eat at restaurant and would do it again.

Super nice brand new Carl's Jr just up the street from old location.

I left my wallet at carl's jr. When I returned the greeter stopped me at the door and told me they found my wallet. When I looked in it i still had my 560 pesos. I tipped them the sixty. And btw the food and service was great too.

New opened restaurant in the parking lot of the Macroplaza in front of AutoZone. Fast and friendly service. Food was fresh and good.

Moved here a few months ago from Florida to Puerto Vallarta and discovered Carls Jr, an American chain, which I never visited in the United states. Fantastic Burgers, fantastic fries, fantastic chicken fingers with the kids meals. Delicious strawberry chocolate vanilla ice cream for the kids with the meal. unbelievable service and a big playground that my daughter just loves we've been there at least 14 times in 2 months. It's not cheap, the prices are not cheap, but the experience is fantastic, clean,great food, great service. I'll post pictures in the future

Not as good as the other Carl's jr. Hamburgers were not as fresh

I don't know where to begin. First the music is defening. I couldn't even hear what the cashier said. Secondly, the employees refuse to make any modifications to menu items, even giving the bread an extra minute to toast goes against their "protocol". Then, they got my order completely wrong after charging me extra for tomato that was left off the sandwich. I think it was on purpose to retaliate for my audacious requests. All I asked for was to toast the bread a little extra time. I know it toasts on a conveyor belt, but how hard can it be to run it through twice or stick it on the grill face down for a minute? No effort is made for the customer. "Rules are rules," and the customer better shut up and put up.

Teriyaki burger 5/5, kids were loud and not segregated enough as the was only one eating area so great if you're a parent or you like hearing lots of yelling. Service pretty great. Would have been 5 stars if they'd made it nicer.

They wanted to charge me 170 for a milk shake 😂

Biscuts were very dry, went to counter for ketchup and no employees for 4 min.

I was in the area and coincidentally they had just opened for breakfast, understanding they were still preparing for the day ahead my food came out quick, fresh and great, when i asked about the coffee as i had to go already, they took the time to fill my cup straight from the brewer as it was being brewed (lol), everyone was so nice about it i know if i had stayed and eaten there i'd've had a better experience

Brand New store not bad for fast food

Restaurant was a bit run down food was ok but we didn't get our milkshake until we were finished our meal not very happy with that.

Great location! Food was definitely a great reminder of the USA.

Beautiful new location in front of macro plaza. If you enjoy Carl's Jr then you will like it.

Sitting at the Carl Jr's in the Puerto Vallarta airport order your fast food and it takes 30 minutes just to get your food not pleased for me having to wait 30 minutes after you place your order to get your food at a fast food joint is not fast food that's not good service

Best burgers, the price is high but worth it

Yuck.. screwed up our whole order had to drive back to location and argued with staff about this wasn't what we ordered 😒. Went to use bathroom and women stall was full of blood.

You can never go wrong with this burgers, just don't forget to ask for ranch, ketchup or any dressing of your choice they tend to forget to add it in your drive thru orders.

When I ordered my beef sandwich, I requested beef only meet in the sandwich, however the cashier lack of knowledge did shock me, she asked is it OK to add the bacon? If this employee received 30 minutes of training about the products she is selling, she would have known better. Anyhow, the sandwich came with no seasoning, salt or any flavor, just because I requested no bacon, the staff did not add anything all together, and the whole thing was miserable. This was my first experience, and will make sure it is the last one.

Their #1 combo is large burger.. a little bigger than USA

We went through the drive-thru. It was an average wait time. Our order was complete. Our order was correct. Everything tasted really good. Our hamburgers were hot and tasty. Our 🍟 french fries and our onion rings just needed to be a little warmer. But they still tasted good. And they had real onion rings. 😋 And my shake was delicious. I will go again.

They got my order wrong, yet again. I keep giving them chances to improve only due to lack of choices for fast food in the airport area.

Normal, good, greasy fast food. Friendly staff!
