Not good. Dolphins kept in captivity. Supposedly they’ve been rescued, but I can’t see any being rehabilitated with a view to go back to the wild 😢

Sad dolphins. Don't support this business.

I booked a two tank dive expecting the same service as I had with another dive outfit. Was expecting a larger boat given the sea state, however what we got was a fishing skiff in 3m swells with chop. The dive itsself was was non spectacular. Water temp was very cold and I was chilled despite the rather thong wetsuit provided (always bring your own gear kids) Swell continued and due to low vis <10' was rather disorienting. Was quite sick upon reaching the boat for surface interval. Despite the size of the boat and the sea state, and the availability of a sheltering island nearby, the company chose to surface interval on spot.45 min of this and I was destroyed, I could not move and was utterly incapacitated. They chose to continue the 2nd dive despite a diver being in severe distress, offering O2 showing that they had reason to be concerned but taking no further action. Had it been a d I, I would likely have died. Little concern shown for dive safety, diver emergency or proper protocols. Inappropriate equipment chosen for seastate,. This experience has turned me off of diving in the pv area, the diving is not that spectacular, and not worth the conditions. Had a $1500.00 budget for diving on this vacation, I'm spending that on other, better adventures such as cycling tours. Diving in PV not worth the risk or hassle.

They owe me almost $4,000 USD from a wedding that was cancelled because of borders being closed due to COVID. They have been promising a refund and telling me it’s on the way since April, it is now November. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Our excursion with the sea lions was amazing. However when we went to buy the picture package they quoted and showed us a price of $189 dollars. When the charge went through it was for $197 dollars. I know isn’t much of a difference but when you are doing this to every family that comes through it adds up. Just quote the price you are going to charge. They said it had to do with “THEIR” exchange rate. We all know is the dollars was less they would be charging a lot more. Just be honest and have integrity.

Fantastic adventure! Better than Disney! The staff were all very courteous and friendly and boat guide Charlie even helped us get back to our car at day's end. We road boat across the bay, where we boarded trucks up to the adventure property. Once all safety gear was on, we rode mules to uphill to the first zip line platform. From there, all the guides Fito, Poncho, Yoshi, Paul, and others did a great job leading us through a wildy fun course and kept us safe at all times. It would have been nice to have a firepit or dryer at the end. Also, when we arrived back in Boca de Tomatlan, we had to wait over 40 minutes for the boat pickup when everyone was tired and hungry, it would have been more pleasant at the cleaner restaurant.

Dolphin adventure was amazing. All of Our kids were amazed at how much they got to interact with the dolphins. I’ve never had so much fun with a dolphin excursion.

We did this tour with one other family - a total of 8 kids and four adults - and it surpassed all expectations. Gris was our guide and she was amazing. She was so calm and yet fun and made sure that everybody received the same type of experience: swimming on the dolphins belly, kisses, dancing, and followed by an aerial show. We learned so much about these amazing mammals and left with a greater appreciation for their social intellect. The photos that they took were incredible quality. Octavio was our photographer.

We went on the seal lion excursions and it was amazing. Pics are a little high, but food was to die for. And our sea lion was so cooperative n sweet

The sea lion and stingray encounter was amazing!! I loved it! I was unable to do any water activities because of the horribly long line at the zipline!! It took 70 minutes to zip down into the water😡😤 There were too many people at Las Caletas, so the wait time was terrible. This truly did ruin my experience there. I wanted to go snorkeling, and ride the banana boat, but I couldn't do any of it. So if you are going to Las Caletas only book 1 extra activity, and then enjoy the included activities.

We love Barbie! My girlfriend and I did the Dolphin Trainer for a Day and what an experience! We were surprised with dolphin and sea lion interactions at each point in the day and we got to see so much behind the scenes. I can't believe this was only $189 per person. Our guide Barbie was so fantastic and knowledgeable. She was ready to answer any and all questions not only about dolphins, their care, and their welfare but also about the lifestyle of a dolphin trainer. Carlos, Emma, and Rodriguez were likewise incredibly capable and experienced. All in all, this company gave us incredible experiences that I know we're going to treasure. Thank you!

The experience was great, but they charge a fortune for the pictures.

I did the rhythm of the night cruise, dinner and show. To start the check in process was super easy. Once aboard the ship, Chy and his crew were prepped and ready for us. The helped everyone board safely and had refreshments ready. The entire crew was extremely entertaining and attentive to our needs. They had the perfect balance between being fun but also responsible for the ship and its passengers. The show was good and the dinner as well. But the highlight of my day was the entertainment from the crew. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I am not easily impressed, but I was very impressed.

We did the dolphin extreme. Being pulled underwater by a dolphin was a pretty fun new experience. You go deep enough you can feel the change in pressure. Staff were very friendly. I recommend the wetsuit if you aren't used to being in cool water. I didn't see it mentioned on the website but they have food for sale while you wait. You go to the changing room and lockers behind the lifejackets once you listen to the briefing. The dolphin and sea lion pools were bigger than others I've seen but still looked too small if that's where they spend most of their time. If there are larger pools, the website should include more information about it. The pictures and videos were not the quality I would expect for the price paid. Photos are clear but had the wrong date. Luckily they could be fixed with ExifTool. The videos were short clips of parts of the experience. I wasn't paying attention to the photographer but I'm pretty sure he had to switch between picture and video so some of the best shots are only in one of the formats while others were completely missed. I was going to share a few pictures of my favorite parts but none were taken during it.

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed interacting so closely with the amazing creatures.. I admit a little apprehension about being so close to the giant sea lion, but he was a sweetheart too. The trainers were amazing, all the staff were friendly and we have wonderful photos and videos for the memories. Thanks for the experience of a lifetime 👍👍

They take very good care of the animals, and it's a fun, safe experience

The sea lion encounter was great but the buffet was disappointing. Would have liked more actual Mexican food than American food.

It's really nice to swim with the Dolphins and Sea lion, BUT it's more about possing for the pictures than having fun. Also, they don't have the option to get one picture. You have to buy the picture packages they have, which the cheaper is almost $200.00 dlls! More expensive than the actual experience with the Dolphins. 👎

The most amazing experience ever! The animals are loved and plump and you know they are cared for. I went with a group from a cruise and it was perfect beginning to end. And meeting Cassandra the sea lion was truly magical!

Clean Professional. Worth the investment of time and money. Valuable experience. i recommend this experience for a family with a range of ages.

What fantastic tours. We did Rhythm of the Nights and Extreme Zip lining. Both were great and full value for the money.

Cant wait to go back next March!

This place was the best all inclusive hotel we’ve ever been to. The service was amazing and the food was top notch. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed wonderful weather while we were there. Make sure you take advantage of seeing the rhythm of the night excursion- 5 stares!!!

Very professional tour company who have been around a long time and understand good customer service. Must be one of the best we have used, Kids love their adventure tours and we like the rhythms of the night tour which has a boat trip, entertainment on board, free drinks and sometimes in Nov to March you even get to see whales in the bay as the boat crosses the bay. Once you arrive at the hidden beach , entertainment food are excellent . A great family evening and night !

Wow wow wow! My husband and I had an awesome experience with dolphins and a sea lion!!! It was my very first time swimming with dolphins and it was second time for my husband. Both my husband and my friend told me this place gives you more time to interact with dolphins than any-other place they have been before. It was about 40~50min swim with dolphins and a sea lion (interaction with a sea lion was about 10+ min). Instructor was funny too!
