I think Costco has better selection, higher-end products and better service. (Customer service here is polite, though, when you finally RECEIVE that service.) Still, this location is excellent for me. Layout is logical and it's easy to find what you need. LOTS of good deals on huge quantities of items (restaurants buy a LOT here). Checkout is quick and efficient. Boxes are not typically offered (unlike Costco). The snack bar is inefficient and slow. Easy access and exit.

Probably the worst Sam's club I've ever been in. Granted I mostly shop in the US but have been at Sam's in Cancun that was fine. If you're debating between Costco in Puerto Vallarta and over here don't come here.

Watch the pricing... I noticed a cheese product that was rung up as double the price marked and took half an hour at customer service to get it reversed! Look at use by dates... Take patience.

Good place to get a variety of furnishings and food for reasonable prices

Sam's in Mexico is somewhat like a lame version of Costco. They have a decent selection, and prices are fair, but you'll probably have to go somewhere else to get all your supplies.

This place is very small does not have a food court prices are higher than a regular grocery store. Meat selection is poor. Bakery is poor.

Very easy process to get a membership... lots of good deals and prices for products.

If you buy meat, pay attention to the pricing.

Much like costco but smaller. It's a much better experience if you speak Spanish. If you only speak English it can be a struggle. It's clean and has lots of parking though.

This location has a limited selection compared to other Sam’s Clubs. The restaurant has the worst service ever!

Very similar to the Sam's Clubs in the US. Very good selection, including many imported items. Only problem is the checkout. It was very slow and unorganized. Expect to wait 10-15 min, just to get through the checkout.

Had a hard time finding things still couldn't find Milk went down dairy also half+half for coffee

No tomato, ground turkey, mushrooms, dill pickles, shredded Mexican cheese (ie cheddar, Monterey jack, Queso Quesadilla, Asadero), regular butter in sticks (mostly margarine)

Walmart's members only store to compete with Costco. Good alcohol, meat and cheese selection. Produce is high quality, especially the lettuce. Roast chicken and buns are good. Member's Mark products are all high quality so far. Taxis are hard to get when leaving.

Odd selection for a Sam's. Absolutely 0 space on which to place purchases at the cash. Only one employee at the door checking ppl out with a line up the width of the store. Decrepit banks and lower end inventory. Costco is still a much better bet.

Quiet sam's, it doesn't get too hectic the times we go. Selection sometimes is hit and miss but great place to have staples.
