It was air conditioned and pleasant. They even sent us home with fried bananas. Outstanding service and they make things right. We will go back. Not able to bring pets though it is inside in the AC so no pets allowed. Also right next to a garden center and went next door and bought plants. One stop shop. Loved it. I walked in the restaurant, nobody greeted me, there were a few tables but staff seemed to be struggling to keep up, I waved a lady passing by she asked me to sit anywhere we like. We sit down and waited…and waited…and waited….no menu, no “welcome here is a menu I’ll be right with you”, nothing, we waited a bit more and finally we literally walked out. We went to the Los Alcatraces Restaurant instead, they were even more busy and the service was fast and efficient. Sorry but I had to share this experience for others to be aware and for the restaurant to improve customer service. The dining experience from a customers perception is VERY IMPORTANT, hopefully they can improve it.

We thought it was just average. Food just ok. Menu was hard to understand and gal didn't speak a lot of English though she tried very hard. She was geat. Only had beer..no other alcohol. We probably wouldn't go back. Very hard to get a cab back.
