I was so happy to find a place that was totally gluten-free and acclimated other diets. The “paleo” pastries I tried were so good, some of the best I’ve had. It was nice to have pizza, because I don’t get that often since I don’t eat many grains. The onion rings were so crispy and delicious. The drinks were very refreshing!

Such a cute place tucked back in an authentic Mexican neighborhood. Just a block up from La Comer. Their sugar free coffee syrups are Monk Fruit based, which I love because I strongly prefer monk fruit. Their espresso never tastes burned or old, like some other places around Versalles. They also sell freshly made paleo & keto desserts, and also pints of sugar free, dairy free ice cream to go.

The food is amazing here. I tried Chillaquillas and the sauces are not at all spicy which I like. And the smoothie Verde was also very good. it is a little bit of expensive side but totally worth it. It's very vegan friendly and keto friendly place. Lots of options for all type of diets.

Charming restaurant with remarkable awareness of dietary differences. In my 15 years since being diagnosed celiac, this is easily one of the best gluten free restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Everything was individually prepared, fresh, and unbelievably good. There are tons of vegan options clearly marked on the menu. The restaurant is owned and operated by a family who pours their hearts into every dish. They all have an extensive knowledge of dietary differences and which ingredients are safe for which people, making it an ideal choice for those who have to be careful what they eat. We had the vegan chilaquiles and apple cinnamon waffles (which are also vegan!) with organic maple syrup. We devoured every bite. It was such a luxury to dine somewhere without worrying about hidden ingredients. So if you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, diabetic, doing keto, or just plain hungry, this is a fantastic place to safely eat.

Amazing desserts, amazing service, cannot stop ordering from here! This is truly a hidden gem in PV.

I ordered a chocolate cake from them. It's gluten free, dairy free, and monk fruit sweetened. The chocolate taste is so rich and my stomach does not get upset and of course very satisfying! The communication is great and delivered on time! I would love to try their savory items next time. It's a cake made with love. Thank you so much 🙏

Best garage to restaurant adaptation ever! The love and care they put into every detail showed, in the place, food, and service. Great neighborhood too. The translation of the name of the place is "Blessed: Sin without the guilt." All healthy, lots of vegan options, and EVERYTHING is Gluten-free. I'll definitely be back to try breakfast before we leave town!

The food was so good! I like how they cater to majority of those with dietary restrictions; from vegan,keto,celiac,gluten free,etc. The chocolate ice cream was SO good. The owners are really sweet! The desserts were great, the chocolate trio cake is a MUST.

Highly recommended! We had breakfast and fresh juices. They have lots of sugar free, vegan, keto or low carb options. The cakes looked amazing as well so we ordered one (order 1 day in advance). The waiter was extremely attentive and the everyone is super friendly. Bonus points: they are pet friendly.

For someone on a low carb or keto diet I was very much in heaven!

This is an amazing place to go whether or not you have dietary restrictions. They are super accommodating to gluten allergies. Everything on the menu is gluten free. The food is also able to be made vegan, dairy free, and keto friendly. With all that said, even if you do not have any dietary restrictions, the food is absolutely delicious. On top of the amazing food, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable, and the ambiance of the restaurant is really cool!

Very pricy for what you get. We ended up getting some smoothies which had a lot of crushed ice. We had vegan gluten free burger which came with no sauce just some basic ketchup and mustard. I was expecting more effort for the amount of money paid. We also ordered fries which were nothing special. Chair and table were very wobbly almost felt like it was going to break. The service was ok. Girl knows how to speak English but when I requested no ice in my smoothie she ignored me. Probably won’t return. Over all we found the prices to be too high and not worth it.

I had an experience at La Bendita today that was great! Something went a bit wrong with my order. It wasn’t a disaster but it was disappointing at the time. The owner called me personally. We had a nice discussion. I didn’t need further action but she insisted on it and went above and beyond. I couldn’t speak more highly of how things were handled. I only have great things to say about La Bendita. We have been here two days in a row and have enjoyed every bite and sip we’ve had here. Highly recommend the burger, has the most delicious onion rings that don’t leave you feeling gross. The pizzas are delicious. I have gluten allergy and have felt so good after eating anything from La Bendiga. Perfect place to relax for the morning or afternoon in PV.

Was there just today and the vegan option food was delicious. The vegan pizza was delicious. We enjoyed a fabulous layered chocolate treat and the green juice was fresh and good. They even made it to our preference.

I Love this place!!! This is by far my fav Gluten Free Restaurant in PV, with Dairy free, Sugar Free & Vegan options! They not only have amazing desserts & customer service but also amazing breakfast ( waffles, french toast, molletes, chilaquiles & more) Lunch: Pizzas, Salads, Hamburgers, Tapas etc.) they are super friendly! & very accommodating to dietary restrictions or preferences. I always have my custom cakes made with them. Even if you do not have any Gf restrictions, and just want to be healthier this place is awesome. The place & atmosphere is also super aesthetically pleasing & comfy! <3

100% GF Restaurant, where i can also get all my Dairy free desserts. It is extremely good, i had my birthday cake custom made here, GF, DF, Sugar free & looking like a Tarot Sun Cake. Love that each month they have new specialties, i really recommend this place to ALL visiting, whether you are Celiac or Not it is Really good.

Went twice and got pastries to go the first time, came back a couple days later and sat in the outdoor patio area. The staff recognized us when we came back and made us feel welcome. They were also very knowledgeable about food allergies and made sure to ask if I had any. They immediately assured me that everything was celiac friendly since it is a dedicated gluten free kitchen. Pastries are AMAZING and the food is great too! They make the Rol en Taza when you order it so it is fresh when you eat it. The Napolitano and the Pan Francés were my favorites. We also tried the Cúrcuma, Mini Oca, And Huevos Rancheros. Another friend in our group tried the Mini Fresado too and said it was delicious. The texture of all the pastries is great! None of it has a “gluten free taste”. Everything is so delicious. I will be coming back here every time I come to Puerto Vallarta and everyone else should too— especially anyone with Celiac! They also have vegan and vegetarian options.
