While a bit pricier than what you would find in town, Sunset is super convenient and within walking distance of Paradise Village and other nearby resorts and condos. You can get fresh produce, meats, grocery items from the US and Mexico, things needed for the beach ( like sand toys, sunscreen, flip flops), and other essentials 😀. We buy our water there in two gallon jugs. The bag boys, who don't get paid and work for tips only, will happily haul your jugs of water and groceries to your residence for you for a small tip. Bring your own bags or buy grocery bags there. Make sure you bring or buy a fruit and veggie wash to treat your produce while in Mexico. We use Grapefruit Seed Extract, 10 drops to every liter of water. Soak for 20 minutes. No need to rinse!

The store is well stocked with a variety of items. This is a relatively small supermarket based upon many markets in the USA, but I found everything that I needed. The staff was friendly. Bring your own shopping bag.

Close walking distance to resort. Higher prices but expected. Was not accepting US dollars but was taking credit cards, I used Discover and they took it. ATM right outside entrance but it appears to dispense US dollars.

Picked up a few groceries here. It is very convenient and there is a great selection, but you pay for it!!!! Chips were marked $2.29 . The price imprinted on the bag was taped over and priced at $5!!! Staff was very polite. Just expensive.

Close food market and mall with places to eat and shop within walking distance of Paridise Village. No US dollars accepted but credit cards are good. Small size products for your 1 or 2 week visits. Produce is local but jars and canned goods mix of usa/mx items. Also small Rx with larger Pharmacy next door.

It's so convenient to be able to walk out of our room and just walk a couple blocks to get provisions for the week. The selection is good n varied including fresh produce, a bakery, liquor, and sundries. 👍

Good selection of herbs, spices, fruits, crackers, cheeses and personal hygiene products. Friendly staff.. My understanding is that the bag boys don't get paid, so please tip them kindly

Great assortment of items that you will need to help make your vacation more enjoyable. Would be 5 stars but they price items very high knowing tourists will pay.

Small supermarket located in the Paradise Village Plaza, prices are higher than other similar places but it’s handy for tourists mainly

Not a bad shopping spot. Just know prices are going to be a bit higher since it's a tourist spot. We went to Walmart instead.

Very friendly staff, and a large selection of groceries! Prices a little more than back home in the states, but not too much.

They have a good selection to fit mist needs, even had almond milk for my wife. However the prices are high ....the covinence is worth it.

Expensive but convenient to the resort. Very limited choice of fresh product.

Good selection of food items. However, we found that there are some very over priced items.

It's the only place in the area to get anything to eat coffee etc. Outside of the Hotel Complexs The stores did not seem very popular except for the Starbucks Mac D and the bank

The market is close to Paradise Village. It is large for the area and has most things. Very clean with friendly staff. There are lots of smaller shops in the mall housing the Market.

Very handy but prices are a bit high and selection is a bit low. It's nice to have a store like that so close.

Some prices are surprisingly cheap (like eggs) and some are surprisingly expensive (like butter). Decent selection and wonderful staff. Could use more inventory in the meat department, though.

Decent little market. Tip your bag boys as they make nothing. Have lots to shop and get. Semi clean Check out ladies are a little rude at times.

😐 This one is hard to judge because it's your typical Walmart, just in Mexico. They do carry different items than they do in the States which was cool to see. Our group went for swimwear and snacks mostly. This is located in a mall which was really weird to see.

👍👍 “La Plaza” is the umbrella for many restaurants and shops. Tacos Break is still operational but part of this umbrella located outside on the third floor. They don’t open until 1:00 PM, and while the service is a bit slow, they’re friendly and the food is great (tremendous value too)! I had some hib...
