Employee sold me 400 pesos worth of coils with the vape that I purchased there. Apon trying to replace one of the coils I noticed they sold me the wrong coils. When i tried to exchange them they explained to me it was my fault for not knowing they were the wrong size and refused to exchange them because I had opened one. He absolutely refused to give me any kind of discount or anything for the correct coils. Very bad business. Not going back.

I walked there for 35 minutes and was there 30 minutes before it says on Google they were closing (7:50PM). Guess who were closed?

I love this place it has great selection on vapes and the prices are the best in Puerto Vallarta! I like the electronic cigarettes. The smoking gecko has a good selection of them with all types of different brands and flavors. And i can not express enough how fair their prices are on them. I will not shop anywhere else unless they stop selling electronic cigarettes OR unless they change the prices all together!

Not busy when I went there and the sales person had time to explain key differences between products I was asking him about. They had papers, pipes, bings, lighters, vamos, refill cartridges, fuel for lighters, and other nice stuff to check out. Location was easy to find and walk to and prices were about the same as other similar shops. The location in 5D is a big plus for me.

Best smoke shop in Puerto Vallarta! I went to them for all my vape/smoking gear needs and they always had a good selection of glass and vaping products to choose from! The store entrance is a patio door and it's very close to the malecon on foot (roughly 10-15 minutes) The lady working there was super nice and I always got service in english (in case you need that). Also they have decent prices and a nice selection of papers. Cant recommend them enough!

My mod died on me while on vacation. The proprietor was knowledgable and very helpful. Prices are a little higher than in the US or Canada, which is to be expected since Mexican law does not permit direct import from China. I would heartedly recommend.

I was running low on vape juice so I decided to try this place out. It's located close to the beach and was easy to find. I was served by a nice man who understood what I was looking for. He was courteous and accommodating. After allowing me to sample a few flavors he reccomended a great 80/20 juice from Freeman called 'Trail Blazer' most of their juices are imported from the U.S. They only have 0-6mg juices but the quality is top notch. They also sell coils and mods as well. I highly reccomend this place and I am grateful that I found it.

This is THE place to go if you are from out of town and need something. The gentleman that helped us was fantastic and spoke very good english. Helped 2 dumb foreigners out very well.
