Starbucks is a Starbucks but ......this Starbucks is made for gawking. There is a great overhang , shading the outdoor seating. This is good!!!!! because a person can just sit here ,nurse their drink and watch the parade of characters go by. And go by they do!!!!!! Grab a seat and chill and watch. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. The bathroom is always clean and the area is easier to get to than the malecon location. The downsides are that there is one barista that is always slow and does not create drinks in order. Each time he works the line takes forever. When the other baristas are working you get your drinks in a reasonable time. The food selection is great, but you cannot preorder drinks or food in the app which is annoying. The only real complaint I have is the staff always skips the line and makes their own and their local friends drinks before the guests. It is obnoxious. A friend will come in from outside and walk up to the barista and get their drink instantly vs waiting like the rest of us. But it is what it is. I’m still happy to have this location.

Way overpriced sugary coffee drinks that suit the United States travellers tastes and budget. This is not a place for coffee connoisseurs or people on a budget. Staff are nice and shop has a good layout and that’s what the two stars are for

Bright, new, brilliant Starbucks on my favourite Puerto Vallarta street. The wall murals are awesome. Clean bathroom accessible from inside the store.

Ruby! She was the best! Thank you for remembering me, my name, & greeting me. They all made me feel very welcome everyday I went in there while I was visiting Mexico. Thank you again Ruby for going out of your way to say hello by my name, it made me feel comfortable to come back everyday. My new favorite Starbucks!

Food was untasty. They had no water for coffee drinks, which isnt their fault, but the atmosphere had an empty American feel to it. In comparison to the warm and friendly privately owned cafes all around the Romantic Zone, Starbucks is touristy, and less welcoming. They do have wifi, though and a few outdoor tables. You won't dislike it here, but Id suggest the local owned cafes and coffe shops, unless you need that internet with your coffee. Look for Rico Cafe on Calle Jacarandas. Locally and American owned, Sophia and Miriam will make you a fresh inexpensive hot beverage of your choice and always has fresh, delicious food/bakery choices,as well. The ladies will make you feel warm and welcome!

Came to this Starbucks a few times during my stay at Puerto Vallarta in Zona Romantica. The store is cool and clean, perfect for a hot day when you need a cold beverage and some strong ac. They had drinks that seem to be unique to the area, such as the Pina coco yogurt Frappuccino, which I highly recommend. The service was great, the staff was polite, my drink came quickly and it was well made.

I used to like this Starbucks because dogs were allowed in, the staff was extremely friendly and prices wer resonable for a Starbucks. But all of this has changed., it is now the typical American brand with all its rules, its dos and donts. Nothing special as the taste is similar to every other Starbucks. It was special because of its staff mostly. But now staff is still great, but it comes to a higher price and too many rules.

I've been a long time customer & even a "partner" at Starbucks back in the day. I've watched their prices go up & quality go down over the years, but yesterday's experience took the cake. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, with just one person in front of me, I ordered my drink, chai latte with regular milk and no water, and was charged more than the advertised price on the menu. I asked the young lady at the register why she was overcharging me. She said it was because of the milk. I said I didn't request any specialty milk alternatives. She said that I wanted to remove the water, which means extra milk to make a complete drink. Seriously? I've been ordering the same thing for years & never been up charged for having an ingredient left out. Not sure if this is corporate greed on the part of Starbucks, or just one corrupt employee. Either way, it's a very bad look for the company. Buyer beware. #Starbucks #Corrupt

Fast service but there is only 1 toilet so there is almost always a lineup if you want to use it that's why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.

They have to deal with a ton of customers and sometimes the cleaning up suffers. But still, a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee

Great staff the power went off today morning everywhere in zona Romantica but they still got to help us by doing sales cash and taking orders manually. Huge shout out to the staff.

The brewing ratio is a bit strong, but local Mexico Chemex coffee is an option. The design of this shop is beautiful. Flat white has too little espresso as well. Vibes are great and a good mix of inside and outside seating. Super kind service.

Horrible americano. It tasted like dirt. Must be the beans they use. They charge you extra to put cream in your coffee. Thought it was odd. But oh well. Threw it out as I was walking along the malecón wishing I would have tried another coffee place. Service was friendly and the place was clean.

Credit & debit accepted. Friendly staff. Great view of the surrounding nature & within walking distance of the beach. The cashier that helped me assisted me in English, so native English speakers won't feel stuck for not being fluent in Spanish.

I love this Starbucks location and the staff. The staff greets me as soon as I walk in, and even on the busier days service is still fairly quick. It's also a great spot to sit, sip coffee, and watch the people walk by.
