People! You need to come check this place out. Seriously my favorite burger in PV so far and I eat plain burgers so no hiding behind condiments when I’m around. Fresh hand packed deliciousness made on homemade bread. They also have a Sunday brunch I can’t wait to try The view is great, there is a nice breeze, staff is excellent. Can’t wait to come back and try more. Live music at night! Easy to get to. I can’t say enough. Come support this new restaurant.

Great food and music. The service was so attentive. Lots of seating and great views of the Rio Cuale valley and the bay. Prices for drinks and food are all very reasonable. El Ensayo needs to be on your list of must-visit places in Puerto Vallarta. I had The Beast burger with ground sirloin and chorizo sausage. A little messy to eat, but sooo good! My wife had the bacon cheese burger and said it was the best she'd had in a long time. The Beast played. Non-stop with a great selection of music. We were so pleased that they played a lot of Mexican rock in spanish. While we were not familiar with the songs they were a wonderful change from an abundance of American songs we normally hear. Finally, the service was exceptional and so attentive. We never had to wait for anything.

Great food, staff, and atmosphere. We had their special Buba dish with delicious meats, cheese, and tostadas. The staff are wonderful and want to make sure you have a great time. It’s worth the short trip from down town. There was live music and we danced until closing. Can’t wait to come back next time we are in Puerto Vallarta!

Ok wow, the beast burger here is the best I’ve had in two years of living in puerto Vallarta looking for a great burger. The hot sauce is amazing, gringos might need to ask for it. It’s Smokey, subtle and adds a huge dimension to your meal. You must try 😎 Wow wow 🤩

This place is great! Amazing venue with top entertainment. Go for the food, service, and rock and roll. You won't be disappointed. A big shout out to the acoustic set of 2 Little Quarters and amazing brunch on Sunday. It's becoming a weekly habit.

Been catching the tres/quatro (The Beast) band for the past couple years and first time having food at their restaurant at the top of the hill behind El Remance (about 10-minute hike from Romantic Zone bars/condos/restaurants. Albeit there is 186 stairs to climb at the end of the journey--or, just take a cab/Uber. But do yourself a favor and make the trip. They have top end cover bands and local artists playing most days--that alone is worth it. The view (the award for the climb) is awesome and the top bar is wide open to allow max airflow. The bands play on a stage between levels so great venue for music. And the food is on par with most casual RZ places. Wife had a hamburger and called it the best she's had in Mexico after many attempts to find something decent. I had a sirloin steak (roughly $15USD). It was very good--excellent seasoning, a bit overcooked (if you like rare or medium rate always order down one in Mexico) but for $15 GREAT value. We will be back for both the food and the bands!

Great Spot! Amazing view and the best sandwich I've had in a long time. I was too early for music, but I'm sure that will make this rehearsal bar even better!

This place just opened up and is an absolute delight! Great food and cocktails at a fantastic price and even amazing live music with plenty of room to dance your heart out (if that's your thing)! You won't find views of the city or an experience like this very often. Please come try it for yourself!

Our first time... AWESOME! Our quesadillas were stuffed and the salsas were killer. Pro tip... try the peanut salsa. Really. It has an awesome heat and adds even more. And I haven't even touched on the venue and music! If walking be aware there are many many steps up. Otherwise a short taxi will get you there via the highway.

Honestly.... One of the best bbq chicken sandwiches I've had in a long time.! Realistically speaking. The food comes off of a grill and is brought to you as best as they can. Everyone involved has worked very hard to try to make this a great place. In my opinion they deserve the 5 stars that I'm giving them.!!
