Multiple followups required both for home sample collection and online report delivery. Not to rely on if someone has strict timelines. When the sample collector did not reach my home even after the scheduled time, I called the centre. The recipient of the call texted ME in whatsapp reminding of the schedule, instead of the COLLECTOR. Probably they don't follow a schedule at all.

Always on time and prompt service. On time for home collections always. Good behavior of everyone. Usually got report on same day & get correct report.
