Nice place to buy all Mi items. A perfect place for Mi fans. One of the best Mi store I have ever seen in West Bengal. Staff members are really very helpful and knowledgeable. All range of Mi products are available. Location and ambience is also good. Very easy to find. Discount is also available as per term and conditions.

Worst experience... Worst among all mi store... They don't give attention to customer.. I was here for mi body composition scale... When i called mi customer service they told me product is available... But after I come they are just so rude & told me to leave they haven't any product...

Today, in the morning, I called up Mi Store at Avani Mall because I came to know that the 30000 mAh power bank was available only there. I called them up and requested them to kee one for me as it was out of stock in most of the biggest Mi Stores. They kept one for me seperately and when I went there in the afternoon, I was delivered the product and thoroughly informed about it. The staff was also welcoming and helpful in explaining the product. Hence , I had a very good experience.

Mr. Ajay Sharma has VERY bad behavior while my visit to store strongly I'll not recommend him to deal with any mi lover or else we all have to shift to another brand.

Yesterday they are delivring me a product...bt they did'nt and today they are saying tht is out of stock...vry disappointed.

They are very bad, even they did not show mobile properly and did misbehave with customers. I absolutely like mi phone, but in this company authorize franchise dnt have manner how to communicate with the customer. 😒
